Have had a handful of visits & the usual staff I see have always been wonderful very helpful. During recent visit I noticed an employee Ive never seen before following me as I moved from each accessory section. It was disappointing. Will just order online from other companies & wait going forward for hair items now.

I will never again buy wigs from Kelly’s this is the 3rd human hair wig I have bought that turned into a matted mess. They are false advertising their human hair wigs I am very disgusted and will no longer support them by buying wigs

Customer service sucks. Brought 2 sets of extensions from there and was told both times it was 100%real human hair and both times ended up being half synthetic. Would not recommend what so ever.

I paid way too much for the hair I purchased he had me read some paper about the hair which I did followed everything by the book and my hair has been up 2 weeks and I have to take it down very matted up I have had cheaper hair that did not tangle like the hair I purchased.
