Stage3 is an awesome company to order parts through. Quick, simple, and competitive prices. I wish they offered military discounts. My one gripe is that I ordered a BestTop Supertop camper shell back in September and it’s now November and I still don’t have a shipment date. This is not necessarily their fault but it would be nice to get regular updates.

The Team over at Stage3 Motorsports is AMAZING! My Wife purchased a set of Tail lights, upon ordering it prompted her to call for availability. My wife called minutes before them Closing and got a Gentleman on the Phone who said let me go see if we have a set hiding, he said he would be Happy to accommodate another set if need be. This Man I wish I knew who, literally found a set, upgraded the Shipping and got it out to us FAST. NOW my wife knows why I have spent over 5 grand with them in the past few years! THEY ARE AN AMAZING COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

I ordered a front and rear suspension kit for my F150 and the rear suspension came in a few days but the fronts never came or shipped out. I emailed since there was not number for customer service which is absurd and I received a response about a day later saying a tracking number will be sent once they ship out from another facility. After about a week of emails and calls looking for updates and getting no where I finally received a tracking number. Awful customer service. They don’t seem to care to get your product faster by offering better shipping options while there were mistakes made by them after they are quick to take your money. It took 15 days to receive my product from the initial order. Not to mention my spring on my front strut had snapped so it was urgent to receive new front struts.

A horrible experience in trying to return a piece of equipment that did not work properly. They tried to get the manufacturer to do some type of warranty on it to return and the manufacturer decided not to so now they have stopped responding to emails and any other attempts to communicate. So now I have a very expensive piece of equipment that Im stuck with paying for and cannot use it or sell it to someone who can. This is not a company or business of integrity and I would not deal with them if I were you. This is one of the worst online experiences Ive ever had and ever hope to have.

These guys do not know what they are selling. I ordered a leveling kit and followed all the steps to get to the right leveling kit for my truck. After installing it, my truck was not level. After reaching out to Ryan with their customer service (email only, they only take sales calls, not return or warranty calls, red flag number 1) he said it was more level than stock. Thats not what level means and thats not what I wanted, I wanted level. I couldve gotten this look for way cheaper somewhere else. The website says easy returns, though they do not accept returns. The manager, Nate, said that once I figured out what lift I need they would take some money off if I ordered another one. I have a stock 2013 F-150 and you guys are the professionals, you cant tell me what I need to level out my truck? unbelievable. Extremely disappointed with their products and customer service. My credit card said if I just ship it back to their listed address they will dispute the charge for me. Didnt want it to get to this point but thats how it goes when you deal with crooked companies. I will be sending a dictionary in the box as well with level highlighted.

The customer service is fantastic!!! I had an issue with a part and was having trouble getting the manufacturer to do much. I thought I was going to be 9n the hook for a $400 part that I couldnt even use. Then I contacted Stage 3. Within just a few hours the helped me contact the correct person and get the ball rolling on a solution. Its all good now and its thanks to Ryan in customer service. Highly recommend using them.

Ordered 2 items last week online in the same order. One got delivered, the other got sent back, because the address was incorrect. Apparently, the 2 items got shipped from different warehouses, and one of them messed up the address.They have no option to expedite the shipment, to cover up their mistake.Update :Had to call them again to find the status. Was told that the warehouse guy is holding on to it, not knowing how to proceed.Also, have to say... in this entire process, not once did anyone apologize for the mix up and delay. They kept on giving excuses.Very weird customer service, was kind of snapping at me.Had to cancel the order. Not going back here again.

Ordered a leveling kit (shocks & coils) a few months ago. Initially I only received the rear shocks. It took me calling Stage 3 to have the fronts shipped and delivered. Customers shouldn’t have to call companies about incomplete orders.Also, what’s up with your customer service? I call for technical support and the rep doesn’t even introduce himself by name and sounds like he hates working there. This screams horrible bottom-down leadership to me. Customer service. That is all.

Purchased a leveling kit for my Ford Ranger. Part arrived without the studs to complete the install. Had a few days to complete the build before my trip to Moab Utah. Part arrived with key pieces missing and support wanted pictures and return the part instead of just helping me. The pieces may add up to $5, but I needed to invest another week of nonsense in order to rectify the problem. So now I have to cancel my trip and find the parts to complete the build. Their website is great for answering fitment questions and finding info on builds. The actual business/customer service side is horrendous though - good luck getting a hold of them if you have issues. I have been ignored for 3 weeks now about damaged/incomplete parts they sent me. Great customer service with lou at stage 3. Had ordered a bds lift kit for my f150 to upgrade my current rough country kit. Had started getting vibrations in my truck and had a recommendation from a local alignment shop that the current lift was the culprit. Ordered the lift kit through stage3 and was backordered which I was aware of on March 20th. Lesson learned on not getting a second opinion. Truck Vibration started getting increasingly worst so went to a different local shop Desert Fox 4x4 on April 12th and they did a thorough inspection to find that my upper control arms and lowers were trashed along with my passenger side shock being blown. So I called Stage3 and explained to Lou if we they were able to cancel my backorder so I can order control arms and the bds coilover kit needed to fix my current issue instead. He said no problem and would refund my difference after the order of the new products. I was worried they would say no but Lou listened and took care of my situation with no hassle! Will definitely buy from them based on my experience. Thanks again Lou and team at stage3. Definitely helped a bad situation turn into a good one. 👊👍

Good place to do business. I purchased Fox 2.0 coilovers and shocks and they arrived the following week with no issues. After I installed the level/lift I decided to purchase a wheel and tire package. I made a mistake when I was ordering and clicked the wrong package. This was all fixed with a simple phone call. The BFG KO2 tire that I ordered was on backorder and it took about 4 weeks for them to arrive. As an owner of a 2017 f-150 I have used Stage 3 for all my aftermarket purchase big and small. From purchasing a few stickers to two weeks back and forth with their experts to dial in a lift kit and wheel package, I have been nothing but impressed. Super fast and honest responses from their sales team experts. They won’t just tell you what you need to hear to make sure you’re buying their products. You will get their honest opinions based on what they’ve experienced on and off the trails. Most of them have their own builds in their free time so they are truly living and breathing all the products they sell. Won’t go anywhere else for my parts. Stage three has competitive prices and a good selection. This is the only good thing about them. If you try to return something, be aware that they will make you pay for shipping as well as a restocking fee.... EVEN IF THE WEBSITE DESCRIPTION IS INCORRECT. I have wasted hundreds of dollars and hours trying to solve the issue that Stage 3 Motorsports has created by having an inaccurate website description. Not to mention inaccurate shipping times. Customer service is a joke and I will never use their services again. I highly recommend you steer clear of Stage 3 Motorsports.

I bought a lift kit, coilovers, front bumper, and lights from Stage3 recently. Chris McGee was my sales rep and worked with me the entire way. Every question I would ask he would get an answer for me and follow-up as soon as he could. He helped me get good deals on these parts as well. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with a customer support agent like him, as compared to the generic cookie-cutter agents you find at other auto retailers. He truly knew his stuff and had good knowledge and experience to back it up and help me make a decision! Will buy from Stage3 in the future, although my truck is almost finished now :D !!!

I purchased running boards for my truck after seeing them on their website. Unfortunately the pics on the site did not match what was delivered.The boards were shipped to the shop and installed and although never used, Stage 3 would not let me even exchange them because they were already on the truck. I understand that point, but when the product material does not match the pictures advertised on their site, there should be some understanding and consideration to at least an exchange.Further, in all their communication on email and phone, there never was a point of any customer appreciation or concern, just a harsh no.

Worked with Shawn W to order a lift for my truck - he was fast, personable, and informative on email and phone, and was able to work with me to get a very competitive price on the package of parts I wanted. They actually went out and sourced a part I wanted to package with the lift, and are now carrying it on their site. Honestly only online aftermarket truck store I will ever shop at. Not only do they have a great selection of the sickest/highest quality aftermarket parts online but a great team to help follow up and address any serious question or concerns. This review is really going out for Chris McGee who works at Stage 3 who went head over heals to confirm fitment questions for my new rims and tires I purchased through him. He even called the tire place to confirm the fitment issues and took the time out of his weekend to address my concerns and followed up with his whole team behind him to make it right. A tire shop said they would not mount but turned out the tire shop was wrong and Stage 3 was right. A normal online store would never go that far to make sure their customers are right and they are doing something pretty proper to make sure Chris and the rest of the team is above par on customer service and their customers get what they bought + some and really fast shipping (FREE). So if I were you, go to stage three and ask for Chris and dont bother going anywhere else. Dude is an absolute homie and just wants whats best for you. -Not alot of people like that are left in this world, so thought it is worth a solid review for my guy Chris McGee. It took them 3 weeks just to tell me I couldnt exchange my fender flares(bad quality). Would not respond to my emails unless I resent emails. All and all it took 1.5 months just to get my money back. Bought front and back headlights from stage3. The recommended best ones from recon. Not cheap, and had them professionally installed as per suggested as well. Spent tons of money during summer, had first rain and back taillight fills with water. Contact and am told sorry just try drying it out with silica packs. Had I known that having to deal with water stains and ugly taillights filled with water, I would never have taken their advice. Do not trust their advice or their parts. They won’t help you when they inevitably fail. Poorly run business, will not be recommending anyone to this place ever!

I purchased the Stage 1 Fox 2.0 shocks for my 2013 f150 stx rwd to level out my truck because I didnt want to do just a strut spacer to level my truck so I went with a quality set, and my dad purchased a set of fox 2.0s for his 2011 f250 and havent had any issues since installing them, and I have to thank Stage 3 Motorsports for the excellent quality of customer service, its top notch, would highly recommend and Im definitely shopping from here again🦅🇺🇲

This is a great company! Not only are the prices on Rigid Lighting the best along with free shipping, They offered to accept my return for an exchange even though I had opened the box and damaged some of the packaging. They made it clear that if there was damage to the product Id be on the hook for the shipping not only back to them but back to me as well.I assured them through pictures that the product was as new but I was concerned that the packaging damage would be a show stopper. They accepted the product back, credited my card and I bought another Rigid Light that better suited my application. Rudy made it all go very smoothly and I highly recommend this company for your product needs if customer service is important to you!

Received wrong parts. Quickly shipped correct parts, but when they arrived they were improperly packaged. Customer Service Manager followed up and didn’t hassle me over a refund and seems determined to get the warehouse straightened out about their issues. There is a time lag between the east coast and Arizona but bear with them, they’re determined to get you whatever you need.

This truly is a great company. I recently made a purchase with them, I am in Toronto, Canada. I had some issues with the shipping while the Item was held by Canada Customs, which is not relate to S3M. Still I felt the support and help from Alberto at S3M, who communicated with me all the time and responded to emails very quickly and to the point. After 90 minutes on hold to rectify a missing parts issue I had already called about I hung up only o waste even more time the next day on the phone again. Products I bought are good but that’s truly a reflection on BDS and Road Armor nothing to do with stage3 as a reseller. I learned very quickly that unless your buying something don’t speak to anyone in sales, if they aren’t getting more of your money they don’t care. The tech I finally got put through was not only very easy to deal with but his follow through as fantastic. The tune I got was great 👍 so hats off to the techs

I submitted my tune form then received an email (attached) stating that it would be 24 to 36 hours and I would have my five star custom Tunes. I am currently approaching 72 hours and still havent heard anything. Called stage 3 yesterday they said I would have them by the end of day. Still nothing. Nothings worse than ordering something paying $400 and not receiving what you paid for.

I have purchased multiple parts from Stage three. They have been very difficult to deal with. The delivery dates of your order keep getting push back. Then when you get something that is damaged in shipping or missing parts they will not give you credit for that item, per their company policies. I have dealt with Ryan in returns on multiple issues with used products being shipped to me as well as faulty products. Tonneau covers and recon led taillights to be exact. DO NOT waste your time or money purchasing anything from these people!!!

As soon as I paid they got to work on my order and it was done. I got email updates on a daily basis on the status of my order and when it arrived, all items were intact. A few months ago I purchased a procharger kit for my mustang. Everything was all well and good until the install. We realized the air box wouldn’t work so I reached out to my representative multiple times with no response so I handled it myself with ATI Procharger, which got it figured out promptly. The 2nd and bigger issue came down to the tune. I purchased a tuned procharger Kit, when we reached out to procharger for the tune they said that they received a build request for a tuner kit only, so I reached out to my representative and he informed me he sold me a kit without a tune because procharger didn’t want the responsibility if things went wrong as their tune is for a stock mustang. I was not informed of this prior to this conversation and was facing a 800 dollar custom tune from a local shop as I had reached a point of no return. The purpose of buying the tuned kit was to get a baseline tune to get her running and tune from there. I was charged for a tuned kit and was told I would not be reimbursed for the difference. He also told me he would reach out to procharger to get said tune and try to return some parts to make the difference but it’s been a week and procharger never heard from anyone at stage 3. In the beginning they were very helpful but be weary of the details they don’t tell you.

I ordered leveling airbag kit and some recon lights. Tracked the package until it said it was delivered by FedEx. However it was never delivered, my Ring Cameras never sensed motion on my property nor did my other camera system. I immediately contacted Stage 3 to report the issue as their policy requires. They said they would open a claim with FedEx. I called Fed Ex two weeks later to see where the claim stood but FedEx said there was no claim. I again called Stage 3 and they again said they would open a claim and Id be refunded. Its been almost a month since then they refuse to return my phone calls and emails. I now have to start the tedious process of disputing on my American Express. All I can say is AVOID doing business with them the small savings isnt worth their terrible customer service and lack of follow thru.

I ordered a few items for my new F150. All came in and installed exactly as expected except for one Led fog light bulb. I reached out to stage three for assistance. A gentleman named Rudy helped me through the whole process and got me a replacement free of cost and a return shipping label for the defunct bulb. Good customer service is hard to find like this any more. Great job turning around a inconvenient situation.

I am running the Stage 3 Motorsports phase 2 package on my 2013 FX4 for about a year and a half now and cant speak highly enough about it. I was blown away by how much more fun the truck is to drive! The kit was simple to install, im a mechanic by trade and installed the whole kit in a evening.Im also running the Fox 2.0 leveling struts and fox shocks in the rear and for a daily these are the perfect set up, the struts drastically improve the handling of the truck and almost completely gets rid of that pickup truck body roll we all love so much.Stage 3 has been a great company to work with, even when the wrong struts got sent to me the first time around they had the right struts on my doorstep in days and I live in Alaska so thats no easy feat!

I purchased a set of $629 ANZO LED headlights for Christmas. The connectors were loose and wouldnt work. It took several emails and phone calls to finally receive replacement harnesses. After installation, the lights were extremely poor quality in terms of visibility. The factory lights were 1,000 times better. I asked if this was normal and was told is was and the halogen bulbs ANZO provides in the set arent the best but I could buy new ones on Amazon. I had to reinstall the factory lights due to safety concerns. We cant see three car lengths in front of us! The high beams were like tunnel vision.We were told that no other customers have had any issues with their products and our Ford Dealership did not know how to install them. Stage 3 has a 30 day return policy; and although ANZO has a 1-year return policy if the customer is unhappy, Stage 3s return policy trumps it.This was my first experience with aftermarket product and it will be my last. Im out nearly $1,000 due to having to install/remove the lights three times plus the lights - and neither company seems to care.Buyer beware!

It was fiances birthday and for his birthday I had been shopping around for light bars that fit into the grill to go on his 17 F250 XLT. I called Stage 3 twice to asked questions before I hit the buy button and they were very friendly and very explanatory on the product in question. So I ordered the lights a week and couple days to spare before birthday time. The next day I got a call from Stage 3 giving me some bad news saying they wouldnt be in for another 3 weeks! I explain to the guy that its a bday present and his birthday was coming up. He said hed do his best to get it there in time for his birthday. The lights came in with 4 days to spare!!! Birthday Crisis averted!!! All was saved and I won best fiance/future wife of the year award because he loved his lights!!! Thanks Stage 3 yall are the bomb!!!!
