Typical Honda dealership, service department I would rate Bell Honda better than this one. I had a recent visit to their service department. Bell Honda has more advanced email and text approval workflow for the service items. Also things like tire pressure check and complimentary wash not even done during my detailed servicing.

I feel this dealership discriminated against my family member. I notice similar experience from another friend. Based on the experience my family member had I will recommend you do not go to this dealership! I will be writing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights! If any of you feel this way, I suggest you do the same! People should not be treated differently because of their background! As a parent of a deaf child I am passionate about spreading awareness and calling out those who discriminate against people because of their language preference or background!!!

Got recommended this place from a family member that had bought multiple cars here and that personally knew a few of the people here. I was expecting to go in and get treated better than just a typical buyer. However that was not the case, they did the typical back and forth pushing their magic buttons to change the numbers, on top of that they were overly pushing me to buy same day, if that wasnt bad enough, the salesman I dealt with, Dino, was so condescending and rude to me. Why a salesman would ever talk to a potential buyer that way is beyond me. Im glad to share my experience with my family member that recommended this place but also to let others know what my personal experience was. Went to other dealerships and got treated much better. Would not recommend this place.

Expect a very predictable car dealer experience at Arrowhead Honda. Misleading lead generationtactics and of course decisions made by a mysterious manager who cant be bothered to talk to you personally; story below.I recieved a cash offer online to sell my car and this dealership was listed as one of the participating dealers that could finalize the transaction but when I showed up the best they could do is 57% of what the initial offer was. I went to another dealer the same afternoon and had my car sold for an agreeable 9% adjustment for some needed repairs. There is no need to be taken advantage of when there are businesses out there that will do what they say they are going to do.

They did their very best to get me the best price and the best things that were included in that price. Yesterday 7/12/21 I had the need to get my car repaired. I, of course, contacted Steve Bullock with whom I had previous experience. He is the GO TO SERVICE PERSON as far as I am concerned. This time and in previous encounters, he was very good at explaining the problem, handling the problem with great efficacy, and talking to me after the repair had been done to confirm that I had chosen the right person in the service department. If I ever need to recommend other people to Arrowhead Honda for service, Steves name is the only one I ever refer to people. I trust him completely with the work that has been done on my 2016 Honda Civic.

He was very timely as well and above all very helpful. I typically go to Right Honda, and had no idea what good customer service looked like. I am changing my rating from 1 star, to 5 stars. 100% this Honda has an incredible service department. Shopping for the car was one thing, is, whatever; but, the service department here makes me feel like my car is the right shop and that service is where quality really matters. I didnt expect to be treated so well and to have my cars needs taken care of so professionally. Trust in the service department to be there for you*Heres my previous 1- star review*I did all of the shopping myself. I knew exactly what I wanted. Got it. I had to fight for things they promised me during the sale (floor mats for my certified pre-owned and for them to fix damages they said would be-which werent fixed when I went in to pick up the car I bought) I actually had a very great experience with the service department but this review is for the dealership as a whole. I tried to call finance and find out payment details but never received a call back. Ever. They dont return calls and I was late on a payment because I didnt even know I had one due. Just a lackluster experience. It seemed nice at the time but its just the same game we all despise salesmen for. Liars and lazy cons.

Be careful! Can’t always follow through with their promises. Was told the price ballpark I was looking at through Costco was achievable- so I took some time off work to come in.After almost two hours of:-negotiations-paperwork-running by my credit (though I was pre-approved and had the paperwork)I was told they ran the incorrect stock number on my quotes and it would be $1,500 more - nothing they could do to change that.This happened a week ago and I was told I’d get a call within the hour to see if there was anything they could do. I have not received this said phone call. Just be careful, they seem like nice and reasonable people, but I did not appreciate the lack of follow through on all of their promises.

Over all decent experience from this place. One thing to note. Anything you might of bought for your car such as after market floor mats or seat covers or items you added to the car just for convenience, go ahead and take it out of the car or clearly say your taking those items before you sell or trade. When they say they are taking the car as is, they no kidding mean, anything they see in that car during appraisal. Honestly, first time experiencing this, as to my surprise they texted us back asking for our floor mats when we had transferring all of our stuff to the new car. They do in fact calculate your floor mats during the appraisal. the term as is is vague but it ultimately means anything in the car and they can use that for certain things and dont have to show you how they fully appraised your vehicle. They are cool though, if you get caught up with 300 dollar weather tech floor mats, and you didnt take them out or say anything, theyll let you go to Walmart and get some knock offs are use the originals if you have them. Pretty sure the sales guy was a little salty, commenting why is this a big deal to you but hey we all gotta make/save money Josh no hard feelings. Still wanted them mats though...

We went 15 miles out of our way to go to Showcase Honda after the experience here. Not only did our salesperson Alex say a max of 10 words to usthe entire time but he also sent out a manager to fix his blubbers while negotiating with us after the first pencil. Made it very clear they didn’t want to sell a car to us. 0 communication, knew little to nothing about the vehicle when we asked questions, all in all an hour wasted at the end of the day. We were able to get in and out of Showcase within 2 hours with a brand new 2022 Civic. Save yourself the time and energy :)

I went there to get an idea of how much a new vehicle would cost me. I was greeted by Santiago who was kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We took a test drive and it was a good experience. Upon return, I told him I was interested in their best price but I was not interested in purchasing today. Once inside, Santiago went straight to his manager without even discussing any pricing with me. When the manager David Fenton came out, he continued to ask me why I didn’t want to get a vehicle today. I again had to tell him I’m only shopping for a price but he insisted on getting me to make a purchase that day. I was shown a price, and then he added taxes and fees to get a final price. He didn’t explain about any accessories that I wanted to add, nor the $1000 loyalty bonus, or any information about the finance offers. I felt completely backed into a corner and it was a horrible experience. I have never met such pushy salesmen in my life. I walked out and left. Don’t go here. They only want to make money and sell you a vehicle the SAME day.

They got my car right in, gave me a ride home via shuttle. My service advisor called and told me he was getting off before I would pick up the car. After hanging up I called back for specifics on what they found/fixed and all you got was voice-mail for the service department. They must not have been busy because all but one service advisor was gone. Then a second one walked up. The car is still under warranty. The work was free. All in all, its not the same dealership it used to be but they got me in fast, gave me a ride home and did the work correctly and promptly. I got my car back with the same exterior condition in which I left it.

Wish this didnt have to happen, but I was forced to create this review based upon my experience at Arrowhead Honda on Wednesday, August 11.I have been an Arrowhead Honda customer for over 17 years and I have bought no fewer than 10 vehicles from that location. That all ended because of an employee that everyone referred to as Hader. No idea his real name, but he is as poor a salesman, and as disgusting a human being as exists! After speaking with a salesman, Alex, who could not have been nicer, I visited the Service Department (the only reason I buy cars at this location) to speak with friends. When I returned, Hader sat down with me to discuss what Arrowhead Honda was willing to offer. Why Alex was NOT present was beyond me. Hader was crude, obnoxious, ignorant, and basically despicable in how he spoke to me as not only a customer, but as a human being in general. I explained to him several times that I was willing to buy a car ONLY because Arrowhead Honda sent an e-mail saying they wanted to buy back my Honda Accord. Purchased where, at Arrowhead Honda. He ignored my interjection and began to get outright hostile, asking me Well just write down what you want. That, by the way, is the cleaned up version. After being insulted for about 5 more minutes, I stood up as if to excuse myself. That didnt stop this person. He kept on with his demeaning tone and ridiculous speech. Finally, I looked down at the paper in front of him and asked if the number on that paper represented what was going to be offered for my 2013 Honda Accord? When he confirmed it, I said we were done and excused myself from the desk. I returned to the Service Department to say goodbye when Alex re-appeared. Alex, being a good guy and a very good salesman, asked what needed to be done to sell me the car in question. I explained my stance and even said I would offer more money down because Alex was so patient and understanding. He told me he would see what he could do. He disappeared at approximately 5:45 P.M.. I never saw Alex again, and I was never approached by any other salesman while at Arrowhead Honda. I waited until almost 6:30 before leaving the dealership, knowing no one was going to assist me any further. To pass the time, I spoke with another delightful employee, Janet, who was the receptionist during the entire time I was at Arrowhead Honda. I also made several phone calls since no one was approaching me to offer assistance. While I was waiting to be helped, there were 4 salesmen just sitting at one desk talking to one another. At no time did any one of those salesman offer to help me, despite being the only customer inside the showroom. I am well aware that my leaving Arrowhead Honda (for sales only) will have little impact. I will not leave the service department as that group of people are second to none. EVERY single person in that department is exceptional! Being treated rudely is not offensive. But being treated offensively is just rude and not acceptable. Thank you for your service to me in the past. Up until this encounter, it was usually much more pleasant.

Comedy of errors and Im not laughing. Honda corporation notified me the fuel pump had a recall. They supplied an app to schedule an appointment. Schedule the appointment brought the car in. Two and a half hours later get called tool that how did I schedule the appointment because they have no parts. 3 weeks later I call and ask if theyve got the part they say yes its here in the shop so I asked them for an appointment. Now you must remember that they already had the part waiting for me but I had to call them. Then I dropped the car off and hey Ill see if I needed a ride I said yes. An hour later the ride came.

I was disappointed to find out on my latest visit to Arrowhead Honda that they are completely ignoring city and county mask guidelines in the middle of a raging pandemic. None of the service department was masked on my visit and the shuttle driver let unmasked customers ride with us in the vehicle. Arrowhead Honda seems determined to be the source of a new Covid outbreak and I suggest finding a different dealer in town.

New to Peoria and needed an oil change. I work late and figured I would try Arrowhead Honda . I showed up after 5pm. Grant Foster greeted me and said no problem on my oil change. He also told me of an air bag recall. He was so professional I have since brought back my vehicle to have the recall done. Again Grant had everything done in a timely manner, Plus got me a ride to my work so I wasn’t late. Kudos to you Grant. Appreciate the help and quality service. Will be using this dealership for all my needs for now on.

Best service department ever!!! Robert is so great and accommodating to work with. New, state of the art facility too! Even has a specific kids playing room. Their prices are great too, never salesy or pushy! I got all 4 new tires out the door for $550. Discount tire wanted $800. I was told the following by the finance manager i dont know his name...We were going to let you take the care and then in a week tell you you the bank said you have to pay an additional $2500 or bring the car back, and by the time you show your friends and family you will find the money because who wants to be embarrased to return a car it happens all the time Here is the story...My boyfriend and I came into arrowhead Honda the first week of May with the intention of finding a salesperson we liked to give our business to; knowing that by the end of the month we needed and wanted a car. The first person to walk up to us was Stuart he was great friendly gave us card and said to call him, the following week we made the decision which car we wanted and what our budget was we called him no answer voicemail full. The next day tried again around 5pmish he was out of work but he answered said he didnt remeber us and surprised we kept the card because people throw them out;whatever we told him we made a choice and wanted to give him our business and he was happy said he would call us the next morning never did. We sent him a text no response. We decide to go in and found another sales person by the name of Robert says hes friends with Stuart and that he was out but would help us. I tell Robert upfront I have poor credit and would hope to get something on my own if not I would seek other options. He runs my numbers says yeah its not too good but could get me the car I wanted for payments of $510 which was not SUPER out of my budget again me knowing my credit was not the best; mind you with a trade in valued at $1,200 and $1,000 cash down; but I was able to get a co-signer with a 760 credit score and then numbers changed he said great we can lock you in at $430 a month with the trade in the cash and the cosigner. My cosigner was out of state and it raised flags for the bank so they said come back tomorrow which we do and all of a sudden Roberts out for the day and the boss said no deal without $3500 down and the car and payments will be $475 WHAT? How did that happen he said because of my credit welllll yesterday you said with my own POOR credit I could get it for $510 now with an amazing co signer I need MORE money down to save me $35/month and then the manager proceeds to tell me We were going to let you take the care and then tell you you have to pay an additional $2500 or bring the car back, and by the times you show your friends and family you will find the money I was livid and he repsonded if you dont have the money we dont have a deal so we walked out went to honda bell found Abby it was not as shiny and new or clean cut but they got me the 2021 black honda hatchback with 7 miles on it for $410/month with $1000 cash down and a trade in valued at the $1200. Under HONDA financing something this honda said they couldnt do for me. Thank you for leading me to another honda that could get me what I wanted. You sure did screw up my credit even more running it 5 different times without telling me each time but we got what we wanted I guess kind of thanks to you.

Bought a car here yesterday(2/10/21). Great experience. They had a great deal on financing, 0.9% I know car salesmen get a bad rep, but my car salesman Mo was great. I didnt feel pushed into making any decisions. Walter the financial manager was equally as wonderful. He pointed me in the right direction for making some financial decisions. We have had our Honda Pilot serviced at Arrowhead Honda many times and normally have a great experience. However our last two encounters have been pretty terrible. We had some repairs done and less than a day or so later we noticed our car having the same issues. We brought it back in and Dan Thomas in the service department let us know it was a tire issue, we asked why this was not brought up the last time and he said they don’t always catch everything. Odd answer, but we went ahead and took our car to Costco to check out the tires. They checked them twice with us once in our presence and it is not a tire issue in their opinion. We spoke with Dan again to let him know and ask what our next step should be and he proceeded to tell us that all he will do is recommend tires. We are so very disappointed and still have an unresolved issue after driving our car back and forth all day and dealing with his rude customer service. I hope things are made right tomorrow with a new service representative.

I was not given the choice to keep my license plate, required to use my insurance to replace windshield due to crack, and told I would receive a refund on my registration but they never contacted the MVD with information on the sale of my trade in to them. We’ve been looking for a Honda Pilot for a while now and after having our Honda Odyssey for almost 10 years we were ready to purchase a new Honda. Tony greeted us at the door and was great from the beginning. He listened to what we were looking for and wasn’t annoyed at the fact that we had a lot of questions for him. We sat down and got a great value for our trade-in (really competitive with the private market), another dealership in the valley 3 months ago was going to give us over $1000 dollars less for our car. After a couple of scenarios, we got a deal done and left with a new Honda. If you’re looking for a great salesman that listens and helps you with out being pushy, Tony at Arrowhead Honda is your man.

Services never called to notify me that the cost of my repairs were totaled and the car was ready to go had to come in only to find no one was available to check my car out so now it get to take more time out of my day as well as sit in this lovely hot weather again while I wait for another uber.

I have a 2000 Honda Accord that is in decent shape mechanically with only 116,000 miles on it. My dashboard SRS light came on signifying a problem with the airbags/system. I made an appointment online to have this problem checked out at Arrowhead Honda and was assigned a service advisor whos name was Jimi Bettino. Jimi got the problem fixed and also found a recall on the airbag inflator. They fixed both problems for no charge and am grateful for that. Thank you!!

Friendly people in the service department. However though they price gouge on their parts. I needed a replace side view mirror with camera they sell online for $200-$280 but their service department charges over $400 for the parts... Thats a big difference in price! I would advise any in my situation to look elsewhere dont go to the Arrowhead service department! Avoid them at all cost!

I live in Ohio and found one of the last 2020 Civic Si Coupes left in the US at Arrowhead. My man, Graham Faria, salesman, helped make it my reality. Graham along with Jeff Sokol, finance, and Dave Warren, manager were a pleasure to deal with. I had circumstances that prolonged the buying process and we all hung in there together! They worked with me, were very understanding of my situation and were very patient, all while being completely fair, transparent, upfront and honest. I would recommend them and Arrowhead to anyone! Wanted to again give a shout out to one of the best dealerships I have dealt with in years. Went in this week to lease our 3rd Honda from Eric Galliani, who is the Internet and customer retainment manager. My daughter was in a bad accident in her 2019 Civic last week which resulted in a total loss. Luckily my daughter and the other 2 passengers were all fine. (Kudos to a safe Honda Civic). Eric was very helpful and flexible with our new lease and went above and beyond to drive the car and paperwork over to our house for my daughter to sign who was still feeling under the weather from the crash. Really appreciate Eric and the entire Arrowhead Honda team !

We stopped by to check their CRV, upon arrival the salesman came out of nowhere.. we told him what we wanted to test drive, looked a few models and decided to take out their top trim level for a spin. The salesman was not very friendly or had much to say, he didnt seem very eager to sale anything. After testing the vehicle we moved to the next lot.

I thought I purchased a vehicle from them almost exactly a month ago, however almost 3 weeks after the purchase and being told financing was approved and finalized, I was asked to come back and sign new paperwork because, in fact, the financing had not been approved. There were no major changes with the numbers so I signed, shame on me for not coming in pre-approved. Now, almost a month later and two signings later, my loan for the vehicle I traded in has still not been paid off and I have made 2 payments since. I cannot get in contact with anyone who can help me understand why it is still not paid and when I can expect it to be, despite multiple attempts. The salesman I dealt with was helpful and not pushy, which is why they got 2 stars, however, if you think you are dealing with a different sort of dealership than you are used to, you are sadly mistaken. The finance department has not been upfront or, dare I say honest from the jump and in hindsight I would have just kept my truck and refinanced.

Steve Bullock gave excellent customer care service. Not only did he explain everything on my billing statement that was done on my CRV, he walked me out to my car to make sure it was cleaned. I noticed the attendant had left grease marks on the interior. When I mentioned it to Steve, without hesitation, he went to get upholstery cleaner and wiped clean himself. I was impressed with his care and concern. Thanks Steve.

Great place for a used Honda even Acura. Its in a retirement community so pretty much all used vehicles were pampered. Service specials are what brings me back to Valley, even driving 4hours from the north.Yes they take great care of you.
