Ive taken a couple of vehicles here for various accessories, most recently a Roll n Lock cover for a f250. They went above and beyond to make sure things were working properly, and when we discovered a manufacturer defect, they handled the entire warranty process and got the parts swapped out. Arturo and team are always very helpful and courteous, will definitely be heading back for future accessory needs.

I had air bags installed on my 2016 trd pro 4 runner. Thay did an excellent job on the installation. 6 months later one started to leak. I took it in for warranty and was fixed no questions asked. They are very professional and friendly. Thank you gentlemen!! I will be back.

Great experience getting a hitch installed with Quality Bumper. They came recommended by Honda dealership as well. They provided all the information I needed regarding brand, options etc and provided upfront pricing. They also accommodated me the same day. Installed the hitch in about 30-40 minutes and did a quick walk through of the vehicle. They gave the options with out any pressure to buy. Since this was our first hitch, it was good to understand these options.Really nice and clean waiting area with coffee/ water while you wait.UHaul does installations of hitches too and they are priced the same for my vehicle, however Quality Bumpers specialize while UHaul do it as an extra service. So these guys know what they are doing.I worked with Pete at this location, and would highly recommend them.

I had running boards installed, they scratched the bottom of my rocker panel on my right side of my truck and hammered part of the metal. I didn’t understand this, due to it was suppose to fit in place and be bolted on. I went over it with the sales associate and he tried to convince me I had the scratches on the truck already, but I washed my truck before and would have observed if their where scratches at the location.They told me they would have the Manager call me back and it’s going on over a week and never heard from him. I recommend if you go to this location take pictures of your vehicle before you hand it over to them. Also look at their rating through the Better Business Bureau, it will tell you everything on how they run business.

Qb did my Amp Steps and my Roll in lock cover and my Inyati bed liner each time I was greeted and welcomed in this is one of the best performance shops in town.

Talk about customer service! Needed a specific hitch, they got it within a week for about the same cost as amazon. I was looking for running boards for my truck, talked with Art at the shop. He told me the ones I wanted were not in stock, but he could have them the next day and install. I couldn’t make the appointment time, but Art rescheduled for the next morning. I arrived and left about minutes later with boards installed !!! Nice clean waiting area with Kuerig coffee and ice cold water. Was in that store about a year ago to get some windows tinted and the service was great in and out in no time. But they showed me front window clear film that would reduce heat coming through that window and I was skeptical at first about clear film, but after a year later and having to get a new front window replaced just recently I had went 2 weeks with just a normal window while I get an appointment made.After experiencing the Phoenix heat with out that film I am a true believer that that clear film works as described.I would recommend that front window film to anyone in a hot climate.ThxCory M

I had them install Amp Research auto fold steps and was told 4 hours. I was super ok with the wait as they had a waiting area and free wifi 2 hours later my truck was done and steps were correctly installed and worked perfect will be back in January for bed cover Five Stars and totally legit place

I left my truck in their care, only to return to find that a hard cover was installed. The manager did apologize, and commented that, the wrong cover was sent for installation, rather than sending me home only to return another day, he had his staff install the hard cover with hopes that this will be acceptable to me, at no extra charge? Made an appointment for window tinting at 9am. By the sound of this other person might be the manager of this location it runs 2 hrs to do a window tint job. I was advised it will take 3 hrs due to there is a vehicle unfinished from the day before. If this is known, there is no courtesy of phone call to let me know that they are running their business appointments late. I respected your time for coming in 10 mins early also instructed on the phone. Atleast give the same respect to your customer’s time.Tint is pretty good, I have no complaint. Definitely they do not tint your window below 35%. I was not asked of what shade I want on the vehicle. I have to tell someone who the Manger told me has no business on tinting. Nevertheless, there is a lot of misinformation as a customer and misunderstanding on my transaction.On the other hand Matt (associate) is apologetic, which I appreciate.

This is my second time here at this location and Im not here because of wonderful service or quality of work. Im back here waiting for another hour now for the car tinting to be repaired and redone. I initially came in because i needed to get my windows tinted on a car that i recently purchased. Well, i normally go to Gutierrez Tinting (they amazing by the way) but i saw a groupon deal online for this place. I did my due diligence and read majority of the reviews, called the store to get more information about the type of tints offer, etc. And decided $40 bucks for $100 voucher to go towards a tint job sounded like a great deal! Now i made an appointment for 9am. I arrived 15 mins earlier to find others also waiting in front of locked doors. Come 9am and people start to go inside. I go inside to find out that the people who were also here this early had waited from last night.... they took priority over my appointment which was annoying but fine. After waiting 2.5 hours from 9am to 1115am and paying $200 dollars after the voucher was accepted for all windows except for the windshield to be tinted.... we leave to come right back because the tint (after 3 weeks) had developed bubbles and started to peel at the corners. Mind you this isnt my first tint, i understood that the windows were not to be cleaned (from the inside) or opened.. i waited 3 weeks to clean the outside and open the windows to find out there was dirt trapped inside the tint as well as bubbles. Definitely unacceptable. I asked when I checked in today for the re-tinting if they clean the windows prior to tinting and the response is.. well theyre supposed to. At this point i am very disappointed with the quality of work provided and with the service. The initial encounter already left a bad experience since there was a lot of miscommunication between the technician putting on the tint versus the service guy at the counter. Each placed blame on each other of what each one told me as the final product provided on the car window. Dont come here even with the groupon voucher. It wasnt worth the money as i am STILL here...and they are about to close in 8 mins....sigh.

Should have read the reviews on Google before using them. Good prices, reasonable wait times, but awful service and support. They installed both a gooseneck hitch and Firestone air bags in my F350. Had to take the truck back in immediately after the gooseneck hitch installation because the device that allows the in-bed hitch to flip kept falling out, they had installed it wrong. Decided to give them another chance on the airbags figuring the first time was an honest mistake.A year later, after hauling well under the maximum for my truck, the air bags failed. Quality claims they contacted Firestone and Firestone rejected the claim due to over weighting of the trailer. Quality will not stand behind the install and warranty because they are just an installer. It looks to me like the install was done wrong, there is no other premature wear or damage anywhere on my truck like you would expect with towing overweight.I worked with Tim Jones (TJ) at Quality and it was very obvious he didnt care. Brought the truck in 4/26 and never once heard back from him on the warranty claim between 4/26 and 5/7, both times I had to call him. First follow up call on 5/2 I was told they were working on the claim. Second time I was told it was rejected. They didnt even bother to call to tell me it was rejected. Quality would also not provide me the correspondence with Firestone so I could verify the warranty claim was rejected, so I have no idea what they even said or tried to do with Firestone. I will be contacting Firestone directly as I did not feel I could trust the employee I worked with at Quality.

Sorry, got to give this a no star review, but was forced to give a one star to post. Was sent here from the dealership where we bought a new truck. Drove from Kingman---a 6 hour round trip but was told they were worth the drive. Made appt for a thursday and confirmed the product be put on ;the truck. Got there and was told sorry, they didnt have us scheduled for that day and wouldnt help us, he made NO attempt to make things right in any way----just rolled his eyes and said there is nothing he could do, come back tomorrow. I was in the room when my husband made the appt for thursday. Sill---they didnt care. Come back tomorrow. Nope, dont think I will drive another 6 hours. Wast of time, and have asked dealership to PLEASE, STOP SENDING PEOPLE THERE!
