As a business owner and having purchased vehicles from Liberty GMC commercial department for many years, I have come to expect so much more from Goodwrench. They previously repaired a heavily damaged vehicle and we were thrilled with them. This experience has been an entirely different matter. Here we are nearly two months after our vehicle was badly damaged in an accident and we have no idea what is truly happening with our new Yukon. I understand the market is odd with inventory and parts at the moment (I’m in the industry) but the literal LIES is the huge problem I have! We were told the vehicle (a 2021 Yukon at4) would be done yesterday so we did not reserve another rental for the holiday weekend and are now stuck without a way to leave town to meet our obligations! This is quite literally the at least 3rd missed deadline. There was not even any communication to let us know the vehicle would not in fact be ready. At this point we are wondering if they LOST our vehicle or further damaged it in some way, since it is being left to our imagination? This is a brand new $80,000 vehicle. The lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding. Or is it related to the insurance? We have never had Progressive before so I’m not sure if that factors in? I would sure love to know the truth about what is going on with my vehicle!? Maybe someone with authority will reach out after I’ve had to go to such lengths? My car was rear ended and needed repair work. The estimator was wonderful and put me at ease right away. She connected me with my insurance company and explained in detail the damage to my car. When I received the repaired car, everything was as she described. They did a wonderful repair job.

Liberty Carstar Autobody did an immaculate job on my 2020 GMC Sierra SLT 2500HD Truck . They replaced right rear quarter panel, Inner and outer fenderwells all GM parts and even reapplied the entire factory bedliner coating .The truck looks as good as when we bought it new from Liberty GMC.Thanks to everyone at Liberty Carstar for a job Very Well Done!

All that Shawna took on and did to make sure my vehicle was restored to its previous conditions before the accident, I am very thankful for! She also tackled the insurance company to make sure my vehicle got the work it needed to operate safely. I probably talked to Shawna 10 times as she would answer and return my calls. The insurance company wouldnt pick up my calls or return my calls when I left messages, even leaving a return number! Shawna made this entire car accident ordeal much more manageable. So big thank you to Shawna Broome and if the Boss man or Women reads this Shawna needs a raise! The vehicle worked on looks good, cant even tell it got hit. On top of that as long as I own the car anything that may go wrong with the vehicle they will repair as long as it pertains of the areas the vehicle was damaged. After being involved in rear-end car accident, I was in need of a place to repair the back of my Kia. I chose Liberty Mutual Carstar Auto Body and I have been pleased with their assistance in getting the damage taken care of on my vehicle. She facilitated an inexpensive bumper fix while attending to some old, shoddy bodywork done by another shop in LA.She pointed out the issues, gave me insurance coverage options, and then gave me an great out-of-pocket price for the damage done by field mice and jack rabbits on the night highways.Seriously, Shawna, thank you so much for your friendly and fast service. Felt like family got me a deal, thats how good she was.

She was able to get my car fixed MUCH faster than any other body shop in the area and for over $500 CHEAPER than the local competition! Did what they were supposed to in a very timely manner. When I picked up the car, noticed that the car was pulling to the left which was not happening before I dropped it off. Body shop said they only worked on the rear and would not address the issue, implying that I was a liar.Unwillingness to fix a problem they caused shows lack of integrity. Do not recommend.

I recommend this place to anyone who would like a honest job done. The communication was phenomenal and they got me all the genuine parts got my GOLF GTI. They even notified me about A recall with the air bags and even though my car was thankfully not one of the cars to be recalled it was AWESOME of them to go the extra mile and take it to Volkswagen to get it checked. from Receptionist to the Office Manager everyone went to bat for me and took care of me. P.S Unlimited warranty on all the parts for as long as you own the vehicle!

I had the most wonderful experience working with this body shop. The office manager Shawna is friendly, fast, upbeat, and has a great personality. I also worked with Tim he was very friendly and he kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. If I ever have body work that needs done I will go back.

I had some work done about 3 years ago after an accident i was in and they did a great job with the repairs. I was so happy with the results. After I traded in that car and got an SUV they continue to provide excellent service. A big thank you to the body shop manager who has gone above and beyond for me.

Great service! I got an estimate, dropped off my car, AND got a rental all in the same visit! Super convenient that they had an enterprise car rental inside the shop. My car was done ahead of schedule and you cant even tell I backed into that pole lol.. Staff was very friendly and attentive. AAAAnd they had amazing donuts!

These people take great pride in the work from the mechanics to the body men to the parts receiving no shabby work done here, its AA quality or its rejected if you want your car done right this is the place!

Worst experience of my life. They make you wait before acknowledging you when you walk in and they don’t communicate with the owner of the vehicle and make decisions for you without even talking to you. That is not right. Take my warning stay away from this company...They get one star because I can’t rate it a minus.

Half fast work. Compliance manager was rude and totally disrespectful. A 12 day job has taken them 35 days and still counting! I have been there twice to pick up my car because it was “ready”. First time it was totally not ready! Second time, i drove around the block and my window fell down and broke, my ac no longer worked and white specs EVERYWHERE on the opposite side of my BLACK car! Brought my car back to them after having it for 15 mins.They said my window and ac were not their responsibility ! And if I left my car there they would not be held responsible for anything that happens to it!!!!!The manager is not skilled for the job! He Inspected my car first, his words “I Personally inspected your car myself and it looks amazing! It’s been derailed and ready for pickUp... Apparently their way of “detailed” is crumbs, hard water stains and marks everywhere!! Over spray, and glass peppering in side !Deductible was 600, they took 250 off for keeping my car 10 days longer (before anything got started), another 50 for having to redue the inside (two more days longer). After keeping my car for two weeks longer !!!! And now this! I still had to pay $300 and I don’t even have my car back !! Not to mention I’ve paid a car payment for the month (that I did not drive) and I had to pay uber to get my daughter to her drs appt! They wouldn’t even offer a rental for the extra days!Survey will be a 0, if I could do zeros stars I would!!Update: they made this issue so much harder and bigger that it cost them my car! It was deemed totaled because of this companies lack of knowledge, communication skills and understanding! SMH! Hopefully progressive finds a new shop that’s much more reliable.

I wish I could do a half star but thisll do. Im still waiting for Zac to call me or email me. Its been almost 2 months that I went in to get my truck fixed due to an accident. I was referred to him by a co worker that has his car done there. Well I was honestly taken back when the service was not what I expected. He came to me with. Im sorry we are short handed and I have a lot of cars in the shop. Ok thats fine but you can pick up the phone or email in less than 2 minutes. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. I would not recommend going here unless you want the run around. I went to another body shop and we found the part in less than 2 minutes and already have a time and date to drop off the truck. The claims adjuster responded to me faster than this guy did and shes SWAMPED with work. So this aint nothing. Too bad I didnt go to them first I would have had my truck fixed already.

Work took way too long, bed and bumper installed crooked and Shop Manager like to talk down to and belittle clients. I straighten bed and bumper myself, just had back surgery. Do not go, bad workmanship, bad attitude

My daughter and girlfriend were hit by a drunk driver, luckily they were ok. We took our Optima to Libertys Body shop. They were very professional and walked us through every step. Im glad to say the car came out like nothing ever happened and Patrick treated us like family.

I live right behind the shop in my apartment complex I smell paint multiple times a week and they apparently dont know how to turn an air compressor off either as it runs at different times of night way after they are gone come on guys get it together and I have a daughter

Dont go you have been warned.. When they say they have to pull the whole bumper off to get to a head light... and you show them is right under the hood... Maybe I should be running it.....

Very slow in providing info about your vehicle, when insurance claim is started. Had my vehicle over a month and still waiting. The staff is friendly though, but getting my vehicle fix has taken toooo long.
