Got sideswiped and had insurance repair my car. Progressive sent it here. Overall, they did an excellent job!The drivers side looks brand new, you cant even tell it was damaged. They also did an alignment, replaced the bumper cover, replaced a wheel, and checked for any other damage.The staff is polite and got to me quickly. Very good experience!

My vehicle looked very nice when I got it back so I will say they do a nice job there. There were a few things that were loose like my back tail light, front fog lights, wheel well rivets left out, etc.. The issue I have is that we agreed that I would pay extra for new wheels and tires and they were going to credit me back at the end. When the end came they never paid up and I reached out a few times over a two month period only to get the run around and never actually get the money they owed me. So, if you just need your car repaired, they do a pretty good job, but, I would tell you to steer clear of trying work with them for anything extra as if they end up owing you money at the end of it, they wont pay up. They screwed me out of $460

I was very pleased with the work done on my car. They kept me updated with the progress and did a great job.
