I took my car into Moore after being rear ended and just picked it up after a week. No t only was damage repaired properly and thoroughly but car was immaculate as well. Moore made the process of dealing with the insurance company, rental company and all else quick, easy and painless...Highly reccomend!!!
Im a fussy, demanding (at times), and thorough in researching companies before choosing best reviews in buying product or services. Im surprised few reviews, n rating shown on Google Maps, I use daily for searches.My experience, not my choice as it Auto Insurance (MetroMile 5stars) Claim sent me here. Dubiously, I had no choice. Why two names, Dixit Auto and Moore Auto confusing. Theyd get more biz if one name. I thought hiding one name for taxes bad reviews, etc., and dont know why, yet it does bring up thoughts not fair to the company. Advice, use ONE name for the business. Confusing.My experience rates in excellent 5 star. Why?On the phone was Ray, Director of First Impressions, who mans the phones. Grouchy me was on other end, as the ratings here didnt instill confidence. Bright, cheery, helpful professional is Ray. Wow. Great start.Agreed on dropoff n I showed to meet Ben. He was friendly, helpful, area ved car rental to li k me up, and explained process and he did inform me nearly daily, good dutiful and professional employee. Called me near each day re things on car, ding n I declined only my $250 deductible was my out of pocket. He hustled but dropped after my firm no.Ben called its ready! Now is when rubber hits the road. Immediately my eyes searched for any. Negatives, but NONE! My Grasshopper, named by me as the Kia Soul ! paint Alien Green, cant miss on streets! She was beautiful shined, n clean inside n out.In the body work results upon pickup, my reaction was heartfelt gratitude, amazedingly beautiful Kia Soul ! wo a blemish, no evidence of damage, repairs so well performed I couldnt find a negative.(As a licensed n trained real estate broker, on first walk-in to sell property, my eyes go to any negatives n repair b4 marketing.)Grateful is one word, in Insurance Co., Moore Auto, Enterprise coordinating everything I needed b4 dropoff. So cool. Knowing differences of great vs good companys depends on if they value you as a customer. All companies, including remarkable outcome in my car repIr, they treated me w/ respect, personally, and were truthful. The results is a very pleased customer, who willingly writes a review, long n detailed, as they are a five star company. I am most critical, n most companies never think of the review Ill write, but truthfulness is my character n integrity to measure anyone. I have no friends in this review n think often if those close may be writing reviews to boost friends business, not me. My lifes work is as self employed, breaks at corporations to learn technology, but turned it all into an idea for business, startup Y2K consulting co, 50 consultants, admin employees, and my customers were my responsibility to look after. If I pay for services or product,s, I demand to be valued as a customer. or goods. n the seamless process.The big dent that tore apart the front bumper n side panel was gone, replaced and painted so beautiful, as when purchased, a fantastic job n well done!All the FixIt/Moore Auto Repair Ben, is awesome, kept me informed of progrt He, n all were professional, personable and on top of their competitors surrounding them. I took my car in to get a dent taken out of the hood. They took the dent out and cracked the paint in the process. Now instead of a dent I have a hood that will need to be completely repainted (according to the shop) when the paint starts flaking in a year or so. They were completely unwilling to take the price off the bill or make an sort of amends for the work they did that caused further damage to the car. Would not recommend.
Told me that my computer was causing a sensor to falt and that replacing the computer would fix the issue after replacing the sensor. Told me that if it didnt fix the issue that they could put the old one back in and I wouldent be charged. Ended up having to contact the Better Business Bureau to get any money back from this. Only got back $600 out of the $1200 i was charged and wasted 3 months arguing with the service manager about getting my money back. Interesting thing was that the technician admitted that they didnt perform an actual diagnosis before recommending the replacement of my computer module. These are shady people all the way up to the managers that are looking to make a quick buck. Adviod them at all cost if you dont want to get screwed. Never trust the Moor group.
