This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business. Made appointment never heard anything called back and was told to make another appointment. Never heard anything. My wife went in person and they pretty much said they were busy and that she could take our jet skis if she wanted. They then stated they would let us know. Not a word. I went In person and some clueless guy stated oh we’re not getting those done till winter because we’re busy. Which was news to me. Bottom line I took my jet skis and left and will never go back to this place for anything. Worst communication and incompetence I have ever dealt with. Had jet skis for 3 months and never received one phone call from them . Ridiculous

Bought a used can am maverick x3 max from nick at the Peoria store. I can’t complain too much about the transaction. Only thing that kind of bothered me was they knew I was coming for a week and the machine was still dirty upon delivery. It is what it is though. Also I knew how much I was suppose to be financing and when I got there the price was $1800 more. That was because of the 3 year extended warranty. I was never asked about the warranty but they insisted I was. I was fine with it for the most part though because I was going to ask about the extended warranty and after my own research on the warranty it seems to have pretty good coverage. I would buy from them again and I would also recommend people to the.

This is one of the best seadoo dealers in the nation. I searched all over & no one had the new 2021 Seadoo RXT-X-300 in a 700 mile radius. Lucky I found World Powersports & they had them in stock. I drove over 6 hours & when I got there was greeted & treated like family. Everyone was genuinely friendly & helpful. Caleb is a awesome salesman who got me the deal of a lifetime. Let me start by stating I would buy from them again, but this was one poor experience out of many other satisfied experiences. I set an appointment to take my side by side in, it wouldn’t start. I have always charged the battery on a trickle charger without issue and I tried to jump it to no avail. I dropped it off on a Saturday for a pre-scheduled appointment and no paperwork was completed, I assumed they must have created a ticket over the phone. I also requested an oil change and asked the charges for that, was told about $125, thought it was expensive but convenient. I called on Thursday to check on it and they hadn’t looked at it yet, called back on Friday was assured I could get it Saturday. This was all good timing as I had 30 days left under my warranty. I received a call Saturday it was ready to pick up total, $369, what??? Oil change $165 included labor, was not told labor was in addition to the quote they gave me. The repair, battery needed charged, the $200 was diagnostic and charging, the battery was the last thing they checked. After discussing my dissatisfaction, they reduced the bill by $100, I just didn’t leave with a good experience and will now shop them the next time that I need anything. Again, other than this I have always had a good experience.

Dont trust the sticker price. Took my child there to pick out their first dirt bike. After choosing one and telling them yes they could have it for the sticker price I was informed by staff that the actual price was nearly DOUBLE the sticker price. What a joke will never come back.

What a great experience! I went in to buy a beginner motorcycle and there was no pressure from them to buy unless I was absolutely certain. My salesman Dean let me explore on my own while standing by to answer any questions I had about the bikes. Other staff was equally friendly at the dealer, especially the finance office and the transport technician that helped me load my new motorcycle into my truck! This was a great experience for a first time motorcycle buyer and I will definitely buy my next motorcycle from them when I am ready to upgrade.

Low inventory due to Covid-19 delays. (Not their fault.) Were willing to go with off brand accessories on new UTV, which saved me some $$. I bought a Kawasaki Mule Ranch Edition and am more than pleased with the purchase.

My first mistake was thinking that my local Honda dealership was going to have a Honda Grom in stock…yeah, that didn’t go so well with my kid. Started to do a search and found World of Powersports and Alexis basically saved my life that afternoon. While it wasn’t built, yet, she managed to get it done within a few days and the experience was pretty much in and out (in a good way). The Queen Bee Yellow Grom was waiting for us and my kid was smiling ear to ear. Within minutes, the paperwork was ready for signatures and loading the motorcycle onto the truck bed. The two additional team members that supported Alexis were very friendly and welcoming and I definitely felt valued from the initial call to leaving the dealership. It was worth the four hour drive, in the rain. I feel I wouldn’t have any issues if I were to message Alexis and request another vehicle within their scope and get the support one would expect. Had an awesome experience at this World of Powersports dealership! I purchased 2 bikes during this visit. Explained to the salesman Caleb that I had a time restriction and needed to be on my way at a certain time. Caleb and the entire staff including but not limited to sales, finance department, parts and accessories team and even the guys preparing my purchases for “final delivery” in back of house made sure I was loaded up and on my way on time! Gen. Mgr.Jason Comer and Stu (mechanic who worked on my almost-new 2021 Spyder) were wonderful. A++ customer service. However, they need a janitor -- the floor in the showroom was dirty with dustballs and the bikes in the showroom needed to be cleaned up a bit to get the bug splatters and stuff off for the best presentation, IMO.

Bought a used bike from World of Powersports Peoria. Great experience. Called about the bike, Dale in sales texted me a bunch of pictures of the bike, it was in fantastic condition. I went down the next day from the Chicago area to look at it and we struck a deal in no time.Came back the next weekend to pick it up with a trailer, the service personnel hooked us help and helped us out loading it up. Everyone at the dealer was very pleasant and helpful. Deal was seamless as it should be.

Okay. All in all the experience was good. I found a great motorcycle, the price was fair and the sales department was friendly and professional. My only thing keeping it from 5 stars is I paid a 199.99 prep free which I figured was the inspection on the bike to ensure safety. However, once home I found an almost empty brake reservoir, almost empty coolant tank, and crud filled air cleaner. I think you should do a better inspection. I would even pay more than to worry about those basic. Keep it safe. Other than that I am very pleased.

On Sunday 4/4/21,I started my Goldwing shopping on Facebook market place. I made queries into the availability of the machine that was listed. I received an acknowledgment of my text. I made a 2nd query on the 5th and received a reply that they would get back in-touch with me. I phoned the number listed in the add. all it did was Ring. No Facebook answer was received. I struck out on the 6th And drove the 300 miles to make the purchase. I arrived near closing time and requested a test ride. I was put off till morning, so the mechanics could give it a safety inspection first. OK ! I arranged for a U-Haul and lodging for the night. Around 1030 - 4/7/21 I returned with a trailer. I waited till near 1230 before the machine was ready. I did give it a test ride and made the purchase. The dealership kept the title to insure that my check cleared the bank. It is now the 16th and Im still waiting on the title. I cant pay the taxes and register my new to me 05 Goldwing.

Wow!!! I had an incredible experience at World of Powersports Peoria! I called in with very few details about a non-running generator! Stu told me to bring it by! He immediately looked at the generator and was able to troubleshoot the issues and fix them on site! It was such a true gift to come in and receive that level of attention and customer service!!! They have a life long customer in myself.

I’ve purchased 2 bikes from world of power sports. First experience was great. Second time wasn’t. They sold me a bike with a bad stator and a charging problem. Then told me that it wasn’t their problem. Maybe it’s not, but it’s bad business to let a customer down like that. I’ll never shop here again. The guys at the Decatur store treat people much better.

Not bad when you are able to order online but dont waste your time phoning. The second buddy picked up the phone he had zero interest in helping me find the parts I need. I would order online but due to modifications to the sled I cant shop by year and model. Ill shop elsewhere from now on.Anyway thought I would share.

Went to the store on Saturday May 16th with some family and was looking to buy a four wheeler. When we got there was told where the ATVs were and that they were ordering some food and would be right with us. No problem. People gotta eat so we went and looked around. Found the 650 that just felt right and was ready to buy. 20-30 minutes went by and the young lady who was going to be helping us finally came back there. When we asked her about that particular one she had no info and had to go and get the price. 20-30 minutes later she finally returned with the price. Then I asked her about financing options she walked us back up front and we sat down at a desk and of course said she would be right back. Well 20 minutes later I looked at my family and said guess my money aint good enough. Thank you world of Powersports for allowing me enough time to think of other ways to spend the $5,000 I had in my pocket. That pizza must have been real good.

From start to finish my experience was solid. Caleb was my sales rep and he made the process of purchasing a Jet Ski streamline. I would by from them again.

Called ahead and made an appointment and gave them all the details of my older jet ski and they told me they could work on it, “no problem.” I drive over an hour and get there to drop it off and then they tell me they can’t work on the model that I have, after they said they could last week. They didn’t even apologize, but just started accusing other people that weren’t there and then walked away. Would not recommend, as they are extremely rude and apparently not too bright

Lots of bikes, every make and model, great variety, thats why I went there, but it seems like an empty warehouse full of over-priced and under-serviced bikes. If Im going to buy it, I want them to care as much about the bike as I do, but they pulled out a printout and tried to figure out what bike I was asking about, not a good sign. Plus, the employees are different every time I go in there, so I figure they must not like working there much, strike two by my measure. Employees didnt even care that I was there, seemed strange for a bike shop, you want to feel like they know you at least. I dont know, I just want to like the guys I buy from. And everything they sell is twice as much as I could buy it online. I dont get it, really.

Everyone we dealt with was very friendy and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and there were no high pressure tactics. We were in and out in about 2 hours.

I can not recommend this dealership. I buy alot of atvs, dirtbikes, powersports, boats etc. I purchased a used Pioneer on oct 9th. Its a long drive as it usually is when i buy something. So i made sure to ask if it needed anything before i made the haul. Dealer stated it was good to go. Drove to get it. Signed papers stating dealer did an inspection and no issues were found. Got home and took it up the road and back about 15 miles. On oct 12th I came to the garage and Noticed it was leaking oil out of the front differential. Dealer would never return messages. Long story short after me calling them apparently it wasnt leaking on their inspection that stated no issues. Take it for what it is but this is the only dealer ive ever dealt with, and Ive dealt with a dozen, that wouldnt take care of something like that. It showed signs that this wasnt a new leak. I wont return.

Little disappointed in the way they do business. Went to look at a used jet ski that said on the website was in excellent condition. When I went to the store to see it they had it pulled apart and couldnt tell me what was wrong with it. You would think they would post on their website that it was a mechanic special, not excellent condition. And it was almost like they knew what they were doing. Sales person tried to show me multiple other jet ski before we got to the one that I made the appointment to see. Just disappointed and will not do business there ever again.Update: But your website should have reflected that. And no she was not upfront till we kept asking about it.Or even when the appointment was scheduled this should have been brought up rather than me driving an hour, wasting my time. And the sales person couldnt even tell me what was wrong with it. Dont advertise something as excellent condition when it most certainly is not. Just because its a 25 year old jet ski doesnt mean anything. Found a 25 year old jet ski in actual excellent condition and run better than some new ones that people I know have. Just a shady way to do business.

Bought a very slightly used 18 TTR 230 from the Springfield location. Purchased bike for a fair price. Jason allowed for me to witness a cold start and ride it around plenty prior to purchase. Paperwork was quick and easy. Also got some oil at a discounted price with the purchase of the motorcycle. Would consider going back for my next motorcycle.

Salesman Caleb was awesome to deal with the actual buying process was done less than probably a half an hour but had to wait over 3 hours for them to uncrate it we drove 3 and 1/2 hours for Good pricing so it is what it is wish they would have threw some helmets in or something for us having to wait I would recommend them

They have an excellent selection of bikes to look at. Also a fairly well stocked accessories store. Sales people seemed a bit hard to find but maybe they were busy on some other tasks. Ill go back there and look around again when the mood strikes me.

Had an appointment for 3 weeks for a front fork seal leaking on a 2020 dirt bike. Order the gasket kit 3 weeks ago. Dropped my bike off an 3 days later still is not fixed. Did I mention the bike is only 2 months old. Didnt even run a full take of fuel yet. Better b a warrantee covered part.. not happy at all

I normally dont review or get on review pages. But I just wanted to warn everyone to NOT SHOP HERE. This is one of the all around worst experiences I have ever had from anywhere that considers themselves a business. They are so unorganized. EXTREMELY RUDE when answering questions about products THEY SOLD. Just buyer BEWARE. Would never take my money back into their facility ever again and I hope you dont make the same mistake I did. Better off going to another local shop or even facebook marketplace. LOL.

The labor rate is $99 an hour. I dont think they use a flat rate manual for labor every time. I think they do good work, but not shy when they hand you the bill.

Ive had a few issues with world of power sports in the past. But I decided to give them my business again. Man was I wrong to do that. I needed service on my bike. I called to set up an appointment since on their website it said you needed to make an appointment. Got transferred and stuck on hold. Decided to make an appointment request online Monday July 20th. Got a follow email that someone would contact me. A few days go by not getting a call from them. Ive already called them and got placed on hold forever so I decided to message them on Monday July 27th a week later. They read the message, didnt reply and now 5 days later still no call or anything. Thats 3 strikes world of powersports. It shouldnt take 11 or more days to get back to a customer just to set up a service appointment.

Never received a response on an inquiry. Tried to call, text and email!

These parts guys were excellent. Very knowledgeable. Took the extra time with explaining communication on helmets and helmet sizing. Did price match on everything. Highly recommend as you dont get this from the internet. Good old fashion conversation and handshake.

I HAD a rear brake problem since getting the bike a couple of years ago. I have taken it to two different people/ shops to have it fixed. Everyone claimed to have fixed it. These guys DID. They kept me informed at every step. And about costs. And at 60 years old, I know good service. Matt was great as was everyone else. Friendly staff, fair and knowledgeable at every step. I would not hesitate to make the 100 mile round trip again. Thanks !!

Garbage place with rocket scientists paid mechanics

Had a couple of mopeds tuned up. Tom Jones was excellent in the service department. David did an absolutely tremendous job of helping me unload and load the mopeds in the truck. He secured them in the rain and 42 degree temperatures, so they would be stable for the 40 minute drive back home.

Horrible. I was in the process of purchasing a 2019 seadoo we had the deal all bundled up, price was set, they ran my credit sent it to a few banks and in the process of everything which took the finance manager 3 hours to process everything they give me a call and said they had sold it to someone else as. I was almost all they way through, I was just about on my way to pick this thing up and they inform me just as I was going to sign the paperwork they sold it. Very nice service and care for your customers. Horrible.i spent my whole day acquiring this seadoo from 9am to 4pm and they call they sold it. Ridiculous way to treat your customers.

Had my machine for 7 days and never looked at it. Took me calling several times to get any response. Then they said they needed to order a part. 7-10 days. Would have been fine of theyd looked at it on the first Wednesday when they were supposed to. Took them 7 days to look at it. Stu and Tom NEVER call you back, ever. They are the only shop for miles and they know it.

I stopped in on Saturday, and was immediately greeted by all the staff. Very warm and friendly environment. If someone says they cant find what theyre looking for in their showrooms, theyre nuts. The inventory was nothing shy of amazing, and really lets you get an idea of the different feel of different machines and brands. My salesman was Ralph, who was awesome through the process. Very knowledgeable and friendly!! Id recommend him to anyone. The final transaction and paperwork was done through Kyle, who made it a painfree and easy experience. Id recommend this place to anyone and everyone interested in any sort of motorcycle, trike, quad, and so on. Top notch family-owned business!!!

There website will say they have something in stock but they moved it to a new store. But we put in a app and 4 days later we have called 2 times have been told we would hear back from them before the end of the day both times on two different days. Still have yet to hear from them. I guess i will take my business elsewhere.

Wife and I took a 90 mile round trip drive to look at Yamaha side by sides today at the Peoria store, but during our 20+ minute visit, not one person asked if they could help. A group of young employees were gathered by a desk laughing with each other, but were apparently too busy to help us. After walking thru entire store and the back room, we never did see the UTV that they showed as In Stock Peoria. We then went back up to the front showroom, but everyone was gone except for a young lady in a back office...we left, rather displeased. Will probably spend my money in Canton.
