My son and I bought our honda talon from peoria ridenow and it was a great experience, Quinn and Chase gave an amazing price. We frequently buy parts from Jon, Freddy and Gentry in their parts department for all our toys. The parts team is knowledgeable and normally have the parts we need in stock. This is the best place in the valley to get parts for your ride or even buy a new one!
I have never been to a place where the sales team is too busy to help a customer willing to spend money on a product they offer. After 2 min of a sales person say you can put a deposit on product that is currently not in stock or not and then walk away. I will be staying away from Ridenow Peoria. I hope they have the luxury to treat customers like this when the demand has changed.

Went in with my fiance and applied for a loan a few weeks ago to buy a Kawasaki dirt bike. Told them we wanted it in both our names or nothing at all as we were trying to work on his credit. The manager came back and said I was approved but he wasnt. The bike we wanted was $4400 and after fees they wanted $7200! We told them no as their markup was ridiculous. Also we were told it came with free batteries for life and when looking at the breakdown there was a $500 charge for battery coverage. Clearly it was not free batteries for life. In total, they ran my credit 4 times when they only had permission to donut once. After 2 weeks, they ran my credit again with 2 different financial companies without my permission. I will be reporting them to the credit and better business bureau.
Went in to buy a motorcycle, found the bike I wanted I did the pre finance so knew exactly what I was walking into was painless and pretty quick. Right up to the time of Delivery. They inspected the bike but on the test drive the tech lost the fobs. They apologized it was well after closing as the entire store walked the street to find the fobs . But first thing next day they had the fobs bike was ready. Funny story to tell but they were great
My wife and I stopped into RideNow Peoria on a Saturday afternoon looking to buy a couple new toys. After browsing for about 15 minutes, we were greeted by a nice sales guy named Darren. I told him I did not see what I wanted, a 2021 YZF250F. He checked inventory and found one still in a crate in the back. I was trying to decide what to get for the wife and I saw the SSR170 pit bike and thought it would be a good bike for her to learn with. We met the Floor manager Cory who was also very nice and knowledgeable. We made a deal below MSRP that I was happy with and boom. Two new toys. I would have given 5 stars but we had to wait about 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal because it was a busy weekend for them. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I came to him with only an hour left in the work day on a Friday, he got me approved for finance and out the door in time. He’s very knowledgeable and you can tell he’s experienced. Bought 2 brand new can-am quads from them, one of the quads was making a noise. They took it in to fix it their Specialist put the cover on wrong. When I got it back the rubber belt was shredding. They took it back in when I get it back and it’s making more nose then when I bought it. They say can-am quads it’s a natural occurring sound the model is known to make. My other quad doesn’t make that noise. The service manager recommends that I take it some where else to get it a second Opinion what a joke I will never go to ride now.
We have done business with various RideNow Powersports Stores since 2002, and more particularly the store in Peoria since it was built. We have always had an excellent experience whether buying, selling, trading or service. BJ runs a great store and the sales/service people are friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this store.
Ive been here a few times. I always love waking around motorcycle shops, but when I have gone here, the folks in the parts department have not been able to provide much in the way of advice or help.Giving them three stars since they seem like they are trying to help and they have a nice selection of motorcycles for sale.
If you are looking for a great place to buy a motorcycle or side by side visit these folks! I bought a Honda Pioneer 700 and could not be happier with it.There were a couple things that needed to be fixed and required follow-through. Desmond was a great sales rep. and kept on the fixes. I think he went to the service department but I am sure he is just as good at service. Pete helped me with financing and was true to his word about getting it right for me. Phillip in parts was great and helped me get some aftermarket parts (windshield and roof). I appreciate the folks here at Ride Now and how they treated me - and seemed to value me - as a customer.

SUPER HIGH DEALER FEES. On a 2021 RZR pro XP 4 I ended up paying 3,783 in dealer fees including a $600 Title fee that doesnt actually go towards the cost of registration. Given the market right now you may be forced to purchase from here but shopping around will definitely save you a good chunk of cash if you are not in a hurry. Had I been willing to wait (car was in stock) I estimate I could have saved about $2k by ordering elsewhere. Sales team was pretty good but they know they dont need to sell to you because someone will be in shortly who wants the same vehicle.
Nate was awesome in helping us decide which SBS to purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable & simply gives facts without leaning one way more than the other. We could have easily purchased our brand new 2021 Polaris RZR in n Tucson, but Nate earned this sale & I was committed to him. The sales manager, Dallas, was also very helpful in coordinating the street kit to be installed with a Tucson RideNow location. I definitely recommend the Peoria RideNow location to anyone looking for a Side by Side!

Had a good experience. Bike took about 5 weeks to get here but it was expected having to be preordered and was told it could take up to 8 weeks. Ian Martin kept me in the loop every Tuesday and Friday to let me know what was happening with the bike. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for to get your hands on an Indian.

They had set out to assist me in getting qualified for a loan and by the time they went through the process they never informed me that they sold the bike I was applying for I had to find out from a separate ride now location in Chandler. Very unfortunate. Great customer service though just not communicative where it mattered

As soon as one came in, they called me, while it was still in the crate.They were excellent to work with, no BS. Upfront about what I could expect ... and what I could not.Bought the bike and they were right there every step of the way to make sure it all went according to plan. Recently bought a couple of Polaris Quads from these guys. Found sales to be very good with no pressure to buy. Helped us decide what would be a good fit for myself and my girlfriend. After purchase Service department went over operation of the machines etc.As I didn’t have a trailer big enough to Cary both machines home, Ridenow delivered the second one for us free of charge.Just recently the Quads were recalled for a factory update and again had great communications via text from Cole Anderson who arranged for the machines to be picked up from my home.Pick up guy was super nice and very professional.Can’t say I have any criticisms at all except maybe during the buying we sat for a looooong time waiting for all the paperwork, finance and all that good stuff and I think my trade was worth more than they gave me ( nothing new there though )
The staff here are really friendly and helpful. I purchased my second indian here, the scout. This is the first time going into a dealership to get all the paperwork done. Ian Martin was so helpful to get a test ride arranged same day. I ordered the color I wanted, and they were willing to hold it until I was able to come back to pick it up. I highly recommend this dealership.

Poor Buying Experience..I purchased a used low mileage motorcycle here back in June fully paid, I’m buying from out of state and after countless amount of back and forth texts/calls I finally received the Title as of writing this review.Avoid dealing with the salesman named Jose Plasencia, he is the most unreliable and dishonest person you’ll ever deal with. I was promised a riding Jacket to be sent along with the title around July for his poor actions, it was shipped the 3rd week of August and was told to watch out for it but still nothing received up until now(only the Title is what I have now). The guy stopped responding to me so I called the dealership and ask for the department that handles the title, found out my title was just sitting there since July, WOW! what an irresponsible people. If I didn’t ask for that nothing will happen, I even talk to their manager and that didn’t help either. Don’t ever buy here if you’re not local as they don’t know what they’re doing with out of state sale! 4 months of stress and hassle with this dealership. Never again! They don’t deserve not even 1 star from me.Not to mention the delivery of my Motorcycle, it took them a month to ship the bike when promised it’s only going to take a week.

Every time I called and spoke to a sales rep, I was told at the end of the conversation Let me call you right back. They never called back. Yet, I kept trying. After 2 weeks and 2 hard credit checks (both for loans I was approved for), I was told that they dont have the bike I wanted and couldnt get the bike that I wanted. This would have been understandable if AT ANY POINT IN TIME THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THIS. Instead, they just kept offering to sell me more expensive bikes that I had already told them I wasnt interested in because I didnt like those bikes, not because they were more expensive.

The process went very smooth and the sales technicians where courteous and very informative about the UTV we where interested in; the closing documents where another issue I am not a found person on the high pressure part of trying to get warranties etc.. and this took longer than it should have.The service technicians did a good job of answering my concerns and walking me around and through the vehicle, overall it was a good experience.
Ian Martin took care of me. I found an Indian Challenger I was interested in but couldnt get to Peoria for a week. Ian stayed in touch throughout the week and helped me get the majority of the documents completed before I arrived. The transaction was seamless. This is the 2nd bike I purchased at Peoria Indian (my other bike is a Victory). Awesome folks to work with.

So initially I posted a 5 star review for Peoria RideNow. Early in the year I requested my new bike (paid the bike off including the add-ons). So the bike came with half the add-ons I ordered. So here we are in September and still do not have my light bar or saddle bags, which I was never told would be an issue at time of purchase. Now I have been strung along and even told some it may be next year (almost a year later) before I get everything. I was patient for a few months but these are the same parts they put on new motorcycles. At the time of purchase I was looking at another motorcycle from Harley and if I was told my parts would not have been available might have bought a different bike or even a different Indian model from them. Even on delivery to my house the bike came with an empty gas tank. When they put a coating on my bike they got it on my ride command touch screen which shows up when the screen lights up and I dont feel confident they would be able to remove the coating without doing damage to the screen. The bike itself is great but not the bike I ordered. The fact I was not told up front and they dont seem to care now they got their money just tells me my next purchase will not be from this dealer. Hope this review makes them think about being up front with their next customer.

Another god awful location with horrible service. Notice all these folks have just bought thier stuff and havent had the full experience, thats because they cant post another review once they posted thier first. Sales, even being the GMs son...doesnt even bother to return calls...the GM is about the only person worthwhile who has to ultimately do a bunch of damage control because of the inadequacies of the other departments. Overpriced, horrible techs, not only this ride now but realistically all of them. Here in PHX is this is atrocious. They will take your money but thats about it, your on your own after that
Spoke to salesperson on phone about looking at bikes the next day, and they didnt even have half the inventory there that was listed. Trent was a pretty cool. I would have bought a bike from him. Still never heard back about my financing. Got a loan from my bank and buying somewhere else.
Ian Martin was the salesman that I dealt with when I purchased my 2021 Indian vintage. Had all the paper work and credit approval finished by 1 business day. Picked out my bike Thursday afternoon and was riding it home Friday. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. This is the only place my wife and I will shop at. Cannot say enough good things about this place.
Chance helps me get my hands on a Desert Can-am. Whenever I called with questions he answered. Financing helped me get approved for the loan. Chance always kept in touch when an update happened threw out the way. Went out his way to stay late after closing to finish up everything. I highly recommend them to anyone. Will be coming back in 2 years to pickup another Can-am for sure.

I ordered a Can Am Defender and placed a deposit. Everything was confirmed ( even agreed to pay grossly inflated shipping cost an assembly cost). I was informed that the machine had been delivered and was ready to be picked up. The following day another sales associate called and told me they couldn’t locate the newly delivered machine. They made up a big story, and well, they sold my pre - ordered machine to someone else within 24 hrs of it arriving. They then told me they could no longer get that model and proceeded to try to get me to order and wait another 4 months for next years model. You would think they would try a little harder on a &27,000 pre order.
Our daughter just bought her first Indian Motorcycle. She is excited to ride her Scout Bobber 60. They were really helpful and considerate as we were coming over from the chandler area and working around a college students crazy schedule. Would highly recommend for future purchases.

Called for a price on a CRF50 and got quoted $3000!!! MSRP is $1599. After telling the salesman that he was over price he asked me for my other quotes and I told him no, he hung-up on me. Beware!! If they can rip you off they will. I called another Honda dealer before calling RideNow and they quoted me $2350 OTD so I will purchase from them.
Austin Muldoon in service was an absolute help when it came down to getting my bike into the shop, to getting the parts ordered and situated with the claims adjuster, all the way to rolling the bike back out looking brand new. What a great place! Ive been looking for a new bike for quite awhile now. Stopped in here a couple times to look. All the guys and girls here were quite helpful and personable. Asked questions, answered questions, no pressure. Scott, on the Indian side, pretty stand up guy. Quinn, really made me feel comfortable looking at and sitting on the different bikes. Girls behind the counter. Great place.Although the process took way longer than I thought it should, I walked out with a new Indian!
Total repair time took over a month. Most work eventually was done fine. Reason for bringing the Canam in was that the check engine light was on. After a month in the shop and all the maintenance work that was done, I now have it back and the check engine light is still on.

Bought a used bike from another dealer it was purchased new at Ride Now in Phoenix.. Needed a code for a spare key for my Ktm. Local dealer said called ride now and they will have a copy...because thats what the local dealer does .Called them, and they found that the bike was purchased there but had no idea what the code was and didnt have a copy...They shouldnt be selling KTMs if the dont understand the bikes. I have had other horrible experiences with other Ride Now locations. Do not buy a bike from them.
