Huge selection of equipment and great service. Xavier is an absolute rock star. Perfect service and a great attitude. I’ve been to this U-Haul location four times in the past six weeks and he has helped me every time.

The employees were extremely helpful and we got set up with a 5x8 trailer that we drove all the way to orange county, California. Had zero problems!

I reserved a pickup truck for 10 am and was told, sorry, the person that was supposed to have it back didnt bring it in on time. I explained that I had flown in from Seattle to help my mom clean out some hurricane debris and would be willing to take whatever they could offer me. No offer was made to match the rate quote with another vehicle that was sitting right there on the lot. The uhaul employee actually said to me, look us up the next time you fly in from Seattle to help your mom and we will have a truck for you. The place is staffed by folks who smoke meth. I would pay double the price to do business elsewhere.

I reserved a unit days prior to a move when we got to town I called and talked to Kristen. Then when I arrived a super nice guy got me all hooked up. This is my first time using a storage unit so he even walked me over showed me how to use the check in machine and even let me borrow a lock till I got back with mine. Overall my experience was awesome!!

By far the worst U-Haul I’ve ever been to. The super bad vibes are coming from the prison next-door.

I really want to say thank you to Raymond for all his help. It was a busy day, so he was the only one available to assist, but Id had a bad prior experience with a car trailer, and he took the time to make sure it was properly hooked up, showed me how to fix any problems, and made me feel much better about the trip. RV PROPANE TANK REFILL at this location. Large lot to turn your RV around. Buzzer located at tank site to let attendant know that you need assistance. Attendant was kind and helpful. Only giving 3 stars because UHaul headquarters initially provided me with a different address which actually had no propane refill tank. That location then sent me to the Uhaul location on Pace Blvd.

Was the only one in line and waited over 30 minutes to check out the equipment. We reserved online and did express checkout and it did not help. They are understaffed and the staff they have are not trained to do everything. There was only one person trained to check out equipment and she was also the only person trained for propane. She kept us waiting while she was serving another costumers propane tank.

When I rented a one-way truck, they told me that they would add 50 miles to the mileage between my old home and my new home to cover any back-and forth from the dealer to my home. They actually added over 150 miles to that total so I paid significantly more than was necessary. I put 638.1 miles on the truck and was billed for 786. I should have been more careful and double checked them, but I trusted their numbers. Wont make that mistake again.Other than that, they had a clean store, provided quick service and were friendly. Definitely check the mileage they suggest though.

There must have been only one employee working at 3:30-3:45 on 1/21/2020. I went to get propane tank filled. I rang the doorbell button by the tank and got no acknowledgement. I went inside and the associate was helping a woman and there was another one waiting. He never acknowledged my presence or said I be with you in a few minutes. I left.

Manager Canaan was working solo and had a line yet he was totally professional and courteous all while running the store alone. Hopefully he will get some dependable help soon. Would definitely recommend this location.

Rude, rude, rude! I am the manager for a local logistics company, upon returning the 2 trucks my company rented I asked for the last 4 digits of the VIN # for insurance purposes. Tiffany was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was ignorant. She first told me she couldnt give me that information, after about 30 minutes she finally gave it to me. I also witnessed her being rude to an older gentleman who had reservation but they couldnt provide him with a truck. There is no need for all the hastle and attitude. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

Fantastic! Service was quick, easily explained, and friendly. Thomas was very professional and was able to get my fiance and I into a moving truck along with two other couples in a matter of minutes! Awesome experience!

The manager, Pam, was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. The 5x8 trailer was clean upon arrival, and Pam walked me through the entire process in clear, direct way.. I would refer this facility to any family and friends.

There is young man that works there pretty much any time you can walk in.. Not only was he considerate,, but went far beyond the call of duty.. I travel often, seen a lot of uhaul places.. This one because of him,, was by far the best..

I guess they thought it was a good idea to have one person work the entire location. At one point the employee had to fix a truck fuse. Waited about an hour while the poor employee had to run around like a crazy person. Highly recommend you avoid this location.

This place is always too busy to fill propane tanks. what is the point in offering the service if you cant supply the staff to operate itt?

Love to use this place they open at 7am so it works perfect for moving.

This UHaul is a joke, I rent Uhauls across the US weekly and this by far was the worse location and rental experience ever. You always get transferred to UHaul call center and can never reach a person at physical location. Was given a truck with no AC returned truck and now cannot receive receipt after returning the truck. DO NOT RENT HERE, pick another Pensacola location!!!!!!

Took 20 minutes to get service, multiple staff members went in and out of office telling me someone will help. Someone came, told me there were no trucks to rent available, and that was it. Worst service Ive had at a business Ive never been to before.

They didnt have the boxes I wanted, but the people were friendly and helped me find a different option.

Dont use their storage facilities!!!All of my furniture and every thing I own had mildew on it after two months.

Was charged $15 for 1/8 tank of gas. The gas level was also marked incorrect when I picked it up.
