I would not use this company. I had them install my lift master in my garage. After a few months of install the chain and bar fell off the wall. I called them to have a tech come out to look at it, and they had the nerves to say that that was not caused by the installer. They refused to have someone come out to look at it. I will never use this company and warn the ones who are thinking of using them. Not satisfied with the service.

They have 100 excuses not honor their guarantee. Rob took my $600 deposit for a screen garage door and its been 3 months, no call no email. He knew when he said no refunds he wasnt gonna honor his promise. They blocked me on social media so i cant voice my experience. I want an email from the manufacturer stating RTSs excuses are real. Next comment will be with the BBB.

5/4/21 Very disappointed with this company. Made an appointment for 10am-12pm on 5/4/21 never showed. Called left message twice on their recorder. Never returned call or showed up.5/5/21 RTS Finally called today. They have come out and given me an estimate. Their estimator was very nice, but no explanation why they did not come yesterday.

If there were an option to leave no star, I would do so. I requested, and the receptionist confirmed a service for a garage door opener exchange for Tuesday. The repairman did not call or show up. I called the help desk, and she apologized for the delay and mentioned many reasons for the wait and that the technician would contact us. He did not reach out to us, and neither did the receptionist. I, again, called back, and she asked to reschedule for Thursday. Long story short, no maintenance specialist came to the house once again, and nobody called to report a delay or cancellation—inferior customer service. One cannot count on management that schedules their operations so poorly.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! It has been months and months of trying to get in touch with them to fix the doors that were installed uneven and are rubbing on metal as well as putting up the weatherstripping that they just never did! My doors are also not the correct color, as I paid for the wood look and you cannot even tell that it has that texture. I called the main Wayne Dalton store here in Pensacola and they told me they had received numerous calls and complaints about RTS. I guess my next step will be hiring an attorney.

On January 20, 2021 my 88-year-old father wrote Robert Turley a deposit check for over half of the estimated job to replace three garage doors at his home that had been destroyed in hurricane Sally. When the contract was initiated he was told it would be approximately 3 weeks for the install date. The check was cashed the very next day January 21. Over months of understanding the production delays we were told that two of the doors came in but without the springs. Multiple installations were set then no-shows without any notice on those days. Months of texting back-and-forth with excuses for not being able to show up. As a matter of fact they never answer our calls but from time to time would call my brother. The most recently schedule install was June 15- again a no call and no show. The text excuse was “their 1 and only installer was sick as a dog”. The majority of the communication with RTS has been via text. Thankfully we have documentation of every text. Now all communication has ceased. My brother and I have been calling and leaving voice mails on my father‘s behalf. My brother has been to Wayne Dalton company and was told that all three complete doors have been in for quite a while. He’s been to several of the addresses listed online and on Robert Turley’s business card and no brick and mortar exists. I’m including a Facebook screen shot of Robert’s response to me. After I gave him my cell he still never called. His office assistant Joann Brogan told my brother that she handles all of the scheduling and communication remotely. On July 20th it will be 6 months. All my father wants is his doors. To treat an 88 year old retired military veteran this way is inexcusable !

They told me to be home during a two hour window, for them to come buy to give an estimate. Even with them having a two hour window to come by..they never showed. I called a LOT and when they finally answered they said they’d look into it and that they’d call back..45 minutes later I started calling again multiple times..they never answered. So I spent 3 hours in my empty new home waiting for them. Still never haven’t heard back

Mr. Turley was fast, professional, and gave me all the information I needed. No gimmicks, no BS. Would recommend RTS to anybody in the area needing work done!

Robert was amazing! He was polite, efficient, and even pointed out a potential hazard with my other door that I had not seen. A piece of wood that the drive track was connected to was coming away from the wall and was very close to coming completely loose. This could have caused the heavy metal track to fall, damaging the garage door. I appreciate him taking the time to fix that for me as well, especially with the long days I know these guys are putting in after the hurricane. Bravo!

I posted on Facebook on a Sunday night, less than a week after a hurricane hit the area, that I needed a garage door repaired and a bunch of my friends recommended RTS. Robert was very quick to reply and was at my house the next morning and had me back to normal by noon, and at a reasonable rate. Although he came highly recommended, I never expected this level of service in the middle of post hurricane recovery! Thank you so much Robert and RTS.

I bought a pair of insulated garage doors with fancy jack door openers from RTS. Their warranty and the quality of their work impressed me. After a recent hurricane the doors suffered some damage and wouldnt open anymore. Like any loyal customer I called RTS. They promised to send a tech out. The tech never came. For a few months now I have been calling periodically to try to get them to fix the doors they installed but they dodge every call and let it go to voicemail. I leave messages that are never returned. I even contacted them through facebook. They initially responded but they quickly realized who I was and ghosted me there too. I would not recommend this company. Their warranty appears to be worthless and their customer service is terrible. Tread with caution.

At 82 I figured I could still put in a g door opener by myself. A guy by the name of Robert Turley was driving a truck that said Garage doors on it. Lucky for me, he stopped at my neighbors house. My garage door had stopped working right after hurricane Sally. Before this guy could even get out of his truck, I was at his window asking for his help. He was at my neighbors house for a while, so I assumed he would forget. He didnt! He walked into my garage, took a part off and put a new part on (he had this with him in his truck). In 5 seconds this guy diagnosed and fixed my door. I never write reviews, but I just want everyone to know what great customer service they provided. Very professional and friendly service. I am sorry that I did not get the name of the woman that helped me, but she was very customer friendly. Robert and his co-worker were amazing not only did they fix the minor problem with my garage door, but when I asked if he could put on a outside keypad he was glad to do it, and it took all of 3 minutes. He was almost apologetic about the price, but it was competitive. The unnamed company S****, who originally installed it could not do it because he did not have the part for it, really. The belt for one of our LiftMaster units failed. It wasnt a repair I wanted to tackle myself. Weve used RTS before so we called them for this project. Robert arrived as scheduled. These guys are fantastic! I was in a bind because the steel line became unwound from the pulley and I couldn’t get my garage to close. We called RTS this morning and luckily they had a same day appointment available. Technicians Robert and Skyler arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a chain/sprocket issue and fixed the problem. The chain was initially installed loosely and was not on the same gear height allowing a opportunity to slip and fail. The door was only 14 months old. Robert reattached the chain with now the correct tension and in line. He then took the time to answer additional questions. They also cleaned up after themselves, were so many people dont these days and that makes a huge difference. Your technicians are top notch technically with great attitudes. Ill be sure to call you first if other problems arise. THANKS!!!!

This company I highly recommend !!!! The installer sent to my house, called me to find out the problem I was having with my garage door . He called me several times to let me know, how close he was to finishing the other jobs he had and when he would arrive at my home . He introduced himself as Bobby and proceeded to ask questions and try different things to get the door to open or close . He explained several options and that he could have the new Garage door Opener for me the next day being, that it was too late to get it at that time of day. He called me the next morning and stated he was on his way . He came with another installer and in no time had the new Opener installed and working like a charm . He explained the warranty and other features and before he left ensured me that If I had any questions that I could just call him .
