We received several quotes from different companies, and even though Coastal Overhead Doors was not the most inexpensive, they were the most impressive. From the time Dwayne entered our home and presented his estimate, we were sold. He was very professional and knowledgeable and represented the company well. Ordering the door, they kept us informed of the status. On the morning of the install, Joe was punctual on the arrival time. He, also, was very professional and knowledgeable. The install was done in a timely manner, went well, and Joe cleaned the area before leaving. True Professionals; I would recommend this company to everyone!

My garage door needed some adjustments. On the day of the appointment, Duane from Coastal Overhead Door called to let me know he was on the way. He inspected the door and let me know what adjustments it needed and had it back in perfect operating order very quickly. Very professional service. Highly recommended.

These are some really good people. We had an emergent situation with a roll-up door: somehow a kitten got three legs stuck/rolled up in the door and was in excruciating pain. We could not roll the door up or down because of the way the cat was positioned. Dwayne and Shane arrived within minutes, performed their magic and just that quickly the kitten was freed. What did they charge for this compassionate action? Nothing. They said it was their pleasure and wished us and the kitten a good day. Well, sometime soon, Ill be needing a couple of new roll-up doors...and there is no question as to which garage door company Ill be contacting. 5 stars and 5 hugs..Thank you.

Shane was GREAT. He was friendly, polite and very good at his job. He was very knowledgable and was able to replace the bottom weaterstripping in a jiffy, looked at a small gap at the top of the garage door and knew it needed a small adjustment. All of this great service for $50 cheaper than other estimates.

Coastal overhead door has proved to me to be a professional company who stands by what they advertise. My car was stuck in my garage on Thanksgiving and they had me out and on my way within 2 hours of my initial call. This is a standup company and I will defiantly use them again.

Poor customer service. Called on Thursday to set up a service appointment for Tuesday. Was given an appointment window between 9-11 AM so I took the morning off from work. Technician called at 1045 to say he would not be there until 1200. Next time call earlier or dont over book appointments.
