Had a great experience. They are great at sales and to some may seem “pushy.” I just think they’re good at their jobs. Also, I bought the facial peel and moisturizing cream and my face has never looked or felt as great as it does now. All of my dead skin is gone and my face is refined. Expensive, but worth it!

My sister and I were trying to leave the mall as it was closing and somehow got pulled into the store and swindled into buying stuff because we felt so bad for trying to leave without purchasing something because the sales womans nice attitude and hard to understand accent. She kept trying to push us to buy more too after. Now I have over priced gimmick products I didnt really need and cant get a refund on, only an exchange which is terrible customer care. Dont believe for a second the price you get is worth it for these so called miracle products that are nothing special compared to the drug store counterpart.

The sales people are very friendly and will get to know you, theyre not impolite but will be quick to push more and more on you. The products can be found on amazon between $20-$50 at most but the people here sell them for $279 a piece!! Do you research, look up the products on Amazon.I gave them a chance like I normally dont with stand sales people and was extremely disappointed after finding that they rip people off. They kept pushing more and more on me to buy which is very impolite and unprofessional. I purchased the exfoliating face wash as well as the toner for $100. This combo can be purchased for $50 on Amazon. Reviews are not the best but I decided to give it a try.Off to a bad start for this business. If the prices were more honest they would be better off.Saleswoman Jordan told me to not tell about the Good Deal being received $69 for the exfoliating facewash but trying to initially sell this to me for $279 is a no go in anyones book. All products can be found atleast 200 cheaper on other sites. Danielle was the sweetest salesperson I have ever encountered! I have never had somebody go so above and beyond for me to try their product. It was apparent she believed in what she was doing and she made me and the guy Ive been seeing feel so good about ourselves! You can say I fell for her salesmanship but Im fine with that! I got the face mask that gets all your dead skin off? And let me tell you after using it once my pores are so clean!!! Ill never forget Danielle! Keep doing what you do pretty girl!

Absolutely horrible experience. They coerced my daughter to take out her credit card and then the sales lady held onto it until she rang up almost 100 in product. My daughter was too shy and upset about it to complain. They are aggressive, pushy and the products are not special. You can buy this stuff anywhere for 1/2 the price. We complained to Simon malls and they stated they get complaints about them regularly. Stay away from this place.

The products are amazing. At my job I have to clean devices with products and the cleaning products dried out my hands terribly. I tried all kinds of products to help with the damage on my hands. One time using the Premier products and it was like the damage and dryness on my hands never happened!

The product isnt worth the price. And the sales people are rude and way to pushy. This store shouldnt be apart of cordova mall.

Horrible experience. My wife got roped in to try a sample, at the Pensacola Cordova Mall location. The sales woman was extremely pushy and just kept offering more and more expensive items. All the while holding onto her credit card. And didn’t mention any prices until after. Which totaled over $1100 for two small bags of stuff. And my wife is too shy and socially awkward to push back and tell them no, when they were being very aggressive. They made no attempt to rectify the situation when I took the items back, untouched and unopened. So now we cannot pay rent or our car payment because of these swindlers. Never go there. Nothing but con artists selling mud and cheap lotion. I only even give it one star so I could post this. Or else it would be a completely negative star.

Great store. Every person that I run into at this store is polite.

They basically force you to buy their product. They also say they “discount” it every-time n it’s really the real price. They also don’t allow refunds even if you hadn’t even opened the box. I feel like this is not how you should get customers and is extremely unprofessional.

The young man that performed the demonstration was very informative and pleasant. I was instantly sold on the products and cant wait to experience the other line of products Premier has to offer.

If I could give a lower than one star I would. I am currently in a credit card dispute with them for over $8000. They keep stressing their no refund policy which is posted by the cash register but I was always in the kiosk or the weird back room. I felt very confused and pressured. Continual switching of prices and values and I thought one receipt was a return. I don’t know how I was so conned. We were back in the store within the hour with all the product to return and the sweetness of all the salespeople quickly left. Don’t repeat Don’t go there!

The girl that helped me was great and the products were awesome. She took her time, gave me free samples, and helped me find exactly what I needed

Ludicrously overpriced. As others have said, just check Amazon for the same or similar products at 1/10th the price. They will tell you their products are better - but is a $700 infrared wand 10 times better than a similar $70 wand with 4-1/2 star review on Amazon? No flippin way. They are super nice and friendly, though!

My wife was at the Cordova mall location. There was a person doing sample demonstrations. My wife was offered a sample and it was applied to her forearm. It started burning her skin immediately. She asked the person for a paper towel so she can remove the product and was instantly accused of lying about her skin burning. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. I don’t know anything about the product but as far as their customer service goes, they can keep it!!! 👎🏻

The lady at this location was trying so hard to sell me their product it made me uncomfortable. She was showing me the product, which was fine, but then she took me to the checkout counter and started bagging the product.. expecting me to purchase it. She asked “credit or debit?”, and I was like, no I’m not going to buy it... she got super offended and defensive sounding when I politely declined to buy it. Super uncomfortable and not how you sell stuff to people.

Agree with the other reviews. Very pushy, even if you are good at saying no. The product seems to be good. The sales tactics will make you very uncomfortable and the product pricing is wrong. Look for this online only run away from that kiosk!!

High pressure sales people with extremely overpriced products that can be found on Amazon for 1/10th of the price on anti wrinkle cream. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, very shady business practices, I do NOT recommend this store or kiosk. When buying skin care products at any other store at the mall, all reputable stores will refund purchases within a reasonable time frame, not so with this store.

We were lured into this shop by a VERY PERSISTENT sales lady named Yuval. She was adamant that we buy the products she was offering. Kept offering us deals she finally offered us a bar of soap for $15.00 to which my son bought just to get us out of there. I had told her that it was my sons birthday and she told him to pick out a bar for his birthday for free so he did. After getting home we check his bank account and his free soap was not free. He was charged $32.00!! We live out of town so we couldnt go back anyway. ANYWAY the point is STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these bamboozlers!!

I felt very pressured to but the product. The salesperson applied it to my wrist and it started to burn instantly. He was supposedly giving me two gifts? Then when I said no he took me to the register and asked if I didint mind about damaged boxes when I said no he gave me a damaged box put it in a bag and asked me if cash or card and that he was going to sell me it for $50. I said no and left and he threw the box in th cabinet and slammed the door shut.

The representative named Sara knew what she was doing. I usually bypass these kiosks because they tend to overpriced..but i felt comfortable spending my money.

The manager assumed my gf didnt like her cause see was a Jew...right off the bat playing the race card... second she told her it was only going to be $80 but ended up being $225 shady business practices dont belong in this town and she only furthered the sterotype her and her people acquired. Its not a sterotype if its true.
