Great pharmacy and pharmacist. Its like having a small town pharmacist in a national chain.
Kim, manager, was rude and abusive towards my friend. Made my friend, a customer, customer cry at checkout. All we wanted was an answer to a question. Was also extremely rude to the cashier who was helping us. He was a cool guy, didnt get his name though. Management needs to get their act together. If you cant treat your employees and customers with dignity, you shouldnt be in charge of anything.
I had an amazing experience with Evan (excuse me if that’s not proper spelling) in the pharmacy department! During these COVID times, everything can be so stressful but he went out of his way to ensure I received great service. For that, I’ll go out of my way to ensure he gets a shout out- thank you for working so diligently to help me Evan!
I have never had anything but great experience with this location, in both the old and the new building. Terrific staff and almost always has what Im looking for. I see someone complained about having to wait at the pharmacy and, honestly, I have had to wait a bit now and then but never an excessive length of time - I mean, other customers have needs as well. Anyway - happy camper here - always!
Best Pharmacy hands down!!!
Dont go to this place for assistance cause all the kids that work at this cvs know nothing and instead of getting a person with more experience they will just try to give you a 1800 number. PLEASE TEACH THESE KIDS TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY DURING TRAING that is how all the problems start. They are not being trained properly
I’ve had multiple experiences in the last two weeks that I waited 15. minutes while the pharmacist was on the phone to be told my prescription was out of stock. Another time I waited 10 minutes for the pharmacy assistant to tell me the prescription was in stock just to get a call as soon as I got home letting me know that they were indeed still out of my prescription and to come back to the store so I could get my prescription back. In all this store has awful customer service and I still have yet to get my prescription filled almost a month later. If my insurance was accepted at walgreens I would switch in an instant.
Pharmacy people are rude and condescending.and this has been an ongoing issue. Although the front of the store the staff are usually attentive and friendly.
Not very many people in the store, but great location for us locals. The hippie kid behind the counter is always friendly and has a great attitude with customers, young and old. He is always friendly and outgoing no matter what time I wander into the store.
David is a wonderful pharmacist! Came in after a car wreck with my scripts from a nurse practitioner my insurance didnt recognize... After him fighting with my insurance for 30 mins on the phone (while being backed up in the pharmacy) he was able to get all my medication to go through fully paid. So thankful for this! He shows caring even under stress!
This CVS is really chill workers are nice and patient and if its 10 oclock exactly theyll let you in the store but say make it quick
Waiting ten minutes so far at the drive up window. Im the only one here to drop off a prescription.
Pharmacist, I am filling presriptions, you will have a 45 minute to 1 hour wait before I can give a flu shot, 4th time in 3 days I could not get a flu shot at. CVS in Pensacola. #stopadvrrtisingthatyoucan
Slow, incompetent, with the exception of David the pharmacy is crummy.Otherwise the store is o.k
Wonderful neighborhood facility
Prices are crazy at the pharmacy.
