The workers are very friendly and helpful here and they always have many deals going on in the store.

I have used Bath & Body Works for many years and this last one was the worst (like alot things) but my most recent purchase was most disappointing. The store is Overstock with new fragrances that all smell like Cinnamon and Musk.... I know its seasonal, but personally I prefer the old fragrances, they need to bring all of them back, because this new stuff smells horrible. The corporation is doing too much. I do like the variety of all the new items but they must stay focused on what their loyal customers like!

I came in with a gift card with a balance of $6.90 on it, and swiped it at the register. The little screen said $6.90 for how much I had put in, and then the lady proceeded to tell me I had no balance on my card. I had the last receipt that I used the gift card for (just the other day) showing that I still had that much money on it, but my purchase was declined and now my card shows no balance when it definitely did have money left.

I love the deals they offer on a regular basis

Their website had much more of a selection than their store. They also had days with free shipping. I stocked up and may have found a few new favorites.

Fire alarm went off at 2;30 am. Run down the stairway and they say glitch in the system. 1 firetruck 2 Firemen. They get out the truck looking like they were half sleep. After about 10 minutes they say everything was fine. They only went to 1 section on the first floor. I didnt get any sleep because we were on the 6th floor

I was excited to take my daughter Sunday afternoon.. But our experience was terrible... The person who was helping us was very rude, and condescending to my daughter... We were looking for a gift package we could share for mothers day. She found one asked the cashier for the gift set... The cashier rudely told her that it was not a gift set. Even tho it was in a fancy gift bag. And that is how They display them.it was embarrassing!

The service on the floor is great! Girl helping did a nice job offering her opinion on several items. However, they have 2 registers, lots of customers but only one person checking out. It slowed progress and wearing a mask made it very hot standing and waiting. The other star loss was for the strong smell over all. It seemed the whole room smelled, making it difficult to smell the soaps and lotions I was trying out. I will return, when I can afford it

Meredith at this location advised me on what wallflower to get and told me where to find the hand sanitizer. Every sales person here was super friendly and gave awesome suggestions.

Popped in the store hoping to find “my scent”. I’ve been searching for quite awhile, to no avail. Thankfully there is an employee there named Meredith that has a knack for just this kind of thing!!! She was able to do what no one else has been able to do! She found “my scent!!!!!!” No more searching!!! (Thank goodness!!)She’s so good that I wanted to try again. So I went back.. I thought there’s no way lightning can strike twice, BUT she nailed it for the 2nd time! Also, I have to mention that not only does she have a knack/nose for this kind of thing, but she’s soooo incredibly sweet, polite and helpful.(Btw, my hubby and I never agree on “my scent.” Of course I want him to like it, but I have to like it too. To my delight even he liked both of “my scents.”)Thank you Meredith! You’re top notch! Bath and Body & Body Works is lucky to have you!!!

Its been years since I visited in store. My sister was specific about what she wanted for her birthday. From the woman greeting & offering to sanitize my hands, to all the different staff members ready to help at a slight show of confusion on my face, I was happy to be able to get in and out quickly. I am confident the store is clean and safe to visit during the pandemic.

Everyone is so helpful, but its almost too much. Other than that, great place. May seem expensive to some, but shop the sales, get on the rewards list and get coupons and free gifts mailed to you. Usually comes out cheaper than soap from places like Walmart... smells better too. Ive become a big fan of the wall flower plug-ins.

I work here the employees are wonderful. Alot of customers compliment me on my job. Its not the best of pay but I enjoy it. The place had nice people that work here. Alongside all else is a good place for scents that you might find to be likeable or even enjoyable. The setup is nice and most of the customers are also nice that walk in through the entrance.

I have never experienced such a rude sales person as I did today at this Cordova store. The employee was stocking the car air fresheners. I was simply looking at the refills in the same area she was stocking. She literally huffed and acted so annoyed that I was looking in this area. Maybe she should only work and stock shelves when the stores are closed. Definitely needs some customer service classes. Thankfully the other store associates were both helpful and friendly.

Great selections of sale items. Got everything I came for and more. My only gripe is I forgot to use my coupon after waiting in line for 10 minutes to pay. Would be nice if cashiers were trained to ask if you had any coupons you would like to redeem.

I only shop here once or twice a year. Gifts for family. The employees are incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs and make great suggestions. Yeah, its pricey but this isnt a hindrance. Social distancing and masks were required when I was there. Ill be back next year.

Even though the store is a high-traffic store they always seem to have everything in place. The attendance are constantly going behind people and cleaning up and tidying up the shelves and making sure that they stay strong. I absolutely love the store.

Store was busy, but staff were limiting amount of guests in store. Staff were cheery and masked. Customers had difficulty wearing masks properly. I bought three candles, which were on sale, and could be smelled through my mask.

The store associate Aaliyah 3413896 was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service was impeccable! She was so helpful and made my shopping experience delightful.

Very nice and organized store. Very friendly staff and helpful. The line moved quickly and they give you information on whats new and answer questions while you wait.

What can I say. I walk in with nothing and walk out with bags of stuff lol! Never a bad experience when the smells sell themselves!

They do not include all fragrances in their their specials even though its advertised. You only find out when you check out. Why? (E.g. Japanese Cherry Blossom which had a sign right in front of its section). Frustrating when you come for that one especially...still not worth full price any day.

I went in to get a couple bottles of scented body wash .. and there were a few scents on half off.The store is not that large, but it does have a wide variety to appeal to the seasons.Fast checkout, only discounts offered are via text (I dont give my phone numbers for that purpose at all)

Just love Bath & Body Works I can spend all day in there and rack up one huge bill but theyre colognes and thereby sprays they do last a long time you dont need a lot on you which is wonderful go every chance I can and they have a lot of great stuff right now for stocking stuffers awesome place. And all the employees are very kind and what answer all your questions you dont have to walk around look for somebody to get help there right there at all times.

Good smells for the house and body.

No concern for customer service. I arrived at 6:46 today. Emily tells me they are closed and stop letting people in at 6:45. I speak to the manager Tina who tells me they stopped letting people in at 6:30 ( they don’t even convey the same story). Even though I explained I drove a good distance to get here and there were no more than 5 customers in the store they refused to let me pick up a couple of candles. In the amount of time they spent telling me why I couldn’t shop I could have been in and out, well before 7pm. I’ll always remember this poor experience when I think of Bath and Body Works in the future.

Love this place. They have some of the best candles readily available if youre looking local. The candles are more oily which makes them burn slower which last longer. The price for these candles are cheap compared to the quality. They also sell many lotions, shampoos, cologne and perfumes there. Great place to get your lady friend something fellas 😉And if you do find you want it all but cant afford it, theyre always doing deals like buy one, get one free.

I used to hate coming to this place because my wife would drag me here all the time. Then one day she bought me Mahogany Woods lotion and it was really, really good. Very masculine odor. Unfortunately they discontinued that one but the other ones are really good, too. Bourbon, Ocean, Teakwood, etc are all good choices for men. I wouldnt mind having the entire line up. Its that good. And they have cologne to match for only $32-38. It was very smart of them to put forth a lot of effort to appeal to men. This makes a great birthday/graduation/Christmas gift, too. Highly recommended.

They sell fresh scented candles, not old candles and also reasonable prices, and so far the workers have nice attitudes. Very important to me.

The store is clean and the sales representatives are eager to assist. However, sometimes the customer would like to shop without constantly being asked if assistance is needed. Nevertheless, this is better than being ignored while shopping. The cashiers are privy of the store coupons, which is nice. Would definitely shop there again without reservation.

The best candles for your home. I discovered this 2 years ago and havent looked back. They have an aromatherapy line now. The energy and stress relief blends are my personal favorite. Also, I recommend the Limoncello spray. I use them in the bathroom and my car. They are fantastic!
