I’d like to start off by saying that the manager here (didn’t catch his name) is great at his job. I can tell why the google reviews are so high. He hooked me up telling me a lot about my car that I didn’t know and made me feel really welcome to be there. He was professional and well educated. However, there was one employee who didn’t act as professional. He was slow and you could clearly tell he didn’t want to be there. I sat on the bench outside and watched him, mostly because he made me nervous working on my car. Overall my service was 5 star quality. Although they should reconsider that employee. Will definitely be back and I’ll spread the word of this stores overall ability to do a good job.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and this just solidified why. So I recently bought a (new to me) car. I went in to get my oil changed and there was as a little problem. The shop that did the oil change before I had it, did not put the plug back in right. Well the manager showed me what was going on and told me where to go to get it fixed. Then after, he proceeds to top off all my fluids stiff. Definitely a great place with great prices and good management. Definitely recommend.

Dont bring your car here they dont know what theyre doing. They over filled my engine oil which can damage the engine. Mistakes happen, no big deal. I brought it back a couple days later and asked politely to have some oil drained off and the tech starts to argue with me saying its exactly where its supposed to be. I brought it to a mechanic up the road and sure enough, its overfilled by a quart. They charge me $70.00 for an oil change, do it wrong, potentially damage my engine, then act completely unprofessional. Like I said, dont bring your car here they dont know what theyre doing.

Very fast and thorough service and never had to leave my vehicle. The technicians did a head light, turn signal, and back up light inspection and an oil and filter change in about 15 minutes. Very professional and friendly service. The inspection and oil/ filter change was under $30.

I have used American Lube since 2017. The guys at all locations have always treated me with utmost respect in understanding my concerns and my fear of putting air in tires of which is the only phobia i have. I have to say that Mike at the 9th street location in Pensacola Florida has gone above and beyond my expectations of excellent customer service. This is the place to go, ask for Mike, for women who fear the reality of the possiblity of receiving unnecessary services which in turn unnecessary costs.

The two men working today, June 1, 2020 were very informative, hospitable, and quick. They were patient with my questions and explained things very thoroughly. They were patient and informed me of issues my car may have even though they weren’t able to fix it there. Very nice guys and good service! First time there and I’ll be back

They did a fairly quick job, were nice, and do try to sell you things you dont need. My car has been leaking oil since I got an oil change there. It has never leaked before. I dont know what they did when they changed the oil but my car has been sounding like there is no oil in it when there is ( I checked myself). I did not have that problem when I went in

Drove up Wed around noon, oil change and fluids check within 10-15min. Waited in car entire time, they brought everything to my window, explained quickly and clearly any questions I had. Great price, starting around $25 😃 Friendly, respectful crew!! Even showed me proof on the dipstick of oil level after oil change 🙂

Fast change, and they did a good job,but go into this smart... They WILL try to sell you extra services you dont need. They assume if you go there you know nothing about cars. Theyll say your oil is dirty and you need a flush.... You dont. Your oil IS dirty and that is why youre getting an oil change. They will also show you problems in your engine, but dont listen to them, if youre concerned take it to a repair place you trust for honest answers if you need work. Be prepared to pay a little more than quoted because it WILL go over thier base oil amount and youll be charged overage. All in all, the actual change was good and just like every other fast change place theyll try to sell you what you dont need.

Fast, friendly, and affordable

Very friendly and courteous. Explained pricing which was very reasonable for what all they do. Very impressed with checking all lights and turn signals. They will also vacuum front floorboards and clean windows which others in area I had asked if they do and they dont. Not a 10 min oil change but you can pull right in and sit in car while you wait or go in and wait in AC waiting room. Just moved here and will be back.

Avoid! Not sure who is more to blame, the technician or the company. Customer service was terrible, however, the tech. put the wrong weight of oil in my suv while also leaving a quart out. Only 800 miles after my oil change and Ive burned a quart of oil and had to take my suv in for repair they contributed to my oil. Do yourself a favor a get your oil changed elsewhere.
