Brought my Mini Cooper to Sandy Sansing from New Orleans for a airbag light. Service writer informed me that the problem was covered under an extended warranty for the part. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and there was no charge for the service that was performed. Great dealership and excellent staff. Thank you for your fast professional service.

For $175, it was diagnosed that a new battery was needed. After the okay to replace the battery, the mechanic took off all the parts needed to get to the battery housing and only then discovered that the Sansing parts department did not have a battery on hand. Total time at Sansilng was over 4 hours and only left with the promise that they would call whenever they get a battery in stock. So far, this appears to be an expensive but unprofessionally run maintenance operation.

Service managers Chris and Ivan have demostrated superb customer service and professionalism throughout many challenges of getting my wifes 2018 Mini Cooper Convetible to the dealership 2.5 hours away and lacking sufficient battery inventory to make the repair possible. They were accomodating and very flexible to my needs. The vehicle was fixed the following day of being towed to the dealership and I was met with a warm and pleasant reception in my arrival for pickup. Eternal thanks to Chris and Ivan for their patience and caring attitude to get our vehicle back on the road despite many pitfalls to overcome.

The dealership was clean and the service associates were friendly. The actual service manager Ivan actually came out to help when the staff were too busy. I saw him explaining the status to most of his service customer including myself. I brought my car to FWB BMW several times and never once saw the service manager even when they screw up my car. Im glad to be able to find a dealership I can rely on. Its worth the hour drive.

Although the oil/filter change and brake flush service performed on 7/7/2021 as part of our maintenance agreement was fine, Sandy Sansing BMW failed to perform (or if is they did was grossly inadequate) an overall vehicle inspection. If a professional inspection of the vehicle was conducted they would have discovered that the tires were experiencing excessive and early wear, especially on the tread interior, with one tire (passenger rear) showing wear down to the belts. As a result my wife experienced within days of Sandy Sansing servicing the vehicle a sudden loss of air pressure with the passenger rear tire while driving on I10 during a torrential thunder storm. Luckily she was able to safely bring the vehicle home, but the situation could have been far worse if the tire had experienced a complete blowout. Sandy Sansing BMW has been the only company to service this vehicle and should have caught this issue earlier and addressed the matter to ensure the vehicle was safe and to preserve overall tire performance and longevity. Sandy Sansing BMW should be ashamed of the service they provided to a long time BMW owner.

At the beginning of April 2021 I sent a message through the Sandy Sansing BMW website that I was interested in purchasing/ordering a car. At the time I was not residing in the area and I didnt need the car until I arrived. Wendy Fitch contacted me quickly and was able to answer all questions. I had used the Build Your Own function which I shared with her. Having owned BMWs in the past, I knew what I wanted in my sedan. She was not able to find a match in the area with my specifications so we started the ordering process that worked with my needs. Having done this before, I was familiar with timelines for building and shipping from Germany. Wendy was diligent in keeping me informed of all the steps during the just over two months it took. She made the entire purchasing/financing process seamless with no missed steps. Met Wendy in person for the first time when I went to pick up the car. Again Wendy handled the process professionally with zero flaws. Im thrilled with my new Ultimate Driving Machine! Wendy Fitch will be the person I contact for all future BMW purchases!

He was very rude, verbally attacking Wendy in front of my wife and I. Obviously the management of this dealership is ok with this type behavior or the finance manager would be fired!

I’d like to give a huge shout out to Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola. I went there Saturday 8/7/21 to trade in my vehicle and get a X6. I was already approved for an X5 but really wanted the X6. My salesman Ben Caerek and the sales manager John Knight busted there tails to make sure that I walked out of there with nothing less then what I wanted at a price that I could afford. Even the financial guy made sure that I had in place what I needed and still had a great payment. Did I mention that they were short staffed!!! Chris Cheeseman, in service is an exemplary employee!!He gave me great advice as I learned about drive Trans, fuel tanks and steering racks down to tires. It was quite an ordeal (not brought on by Mini of Pensacola.), which could have been very stressful! But…Chris kept me informed as each new issue arose. I like that Sandy Sansing BMW has that hometown feel to it. I don’t feel like its one of those stale corporation sort of businesses that seem to be happening in the neighboring areas. They treat you like a person and not a number. I like the ease of scheduling and how they keep you up to date. Having the ability to get a loaner car while my vehicle is in the shop puts my mind at ease. Definitely recommend this dealership and if I ever plan on purchasing another vehicle in the future Sandy Sansing will be my go to.

I am glad the service department did a great job on my wife’s car, much appreciated. I am giving three stars for a few reasons, I left a message with my service advisor and did not receive a call back until I left a second message, that was a bit over 14 hours from the original call, they washed the car upon completion, but there were streaks of unwashed dirt all down the sides.I decided that after my wife left that I would secretly buy her a new or newer BMW for our 30th wedding anniversary in two days. Not one “ Welcome, may I help you “, I was on the lot long enough to walk it and the Mini Cooper lot, it was odd. I sold cars and worked the desk for over a dozen years, it was like a ghost town. I was ready to sign papers if someone would’ve just helped me a little bit.I drove to your Nissan lot and found a salesman, his name is Tray, while all the other salesmen sat on the company golf cart, he was willing to help, Good on you young man. We took my 2019 Mini Cooper for a regular service here. The associates listened to all of our concerns and explained every type of service that is due and clearly broke down the pricing for each. They even applied a discount coupon for parts. They gave a complimentary wash and even vacuumed inside the car! Don’t recommend talking to the parts department here if you can help it! Find another BMW dealer to speak to or a website (FCP Euro is great!) The guy was SO rude. I called to ask him about a part for my BMW and while he couldn’t help me (not very well I’ll add) I still thanked him for trying and then he quite literally slammed the phone down and hung up. Using terms like “bud” and shortly saying “I don’t know what to tell you” is soooo in the realm of unprofessional. He never said his name so I didn’t catch it. I normally handle people with sticks up their butts pretty well but DANG. I don’t know if he had a bad day or what but hopefully someone gets him some coffee or something better. 😅

Drove from Santa Rosa Beach to look at a car. Made a deal on very nice used BMW. There were some paint and leather issues that needed to be touched up, so we returned to pick up the car and close the deal about a week later. Just as we were about to go into the finance office to close, I had an interaction with the sales manager. He was unnecessarily rude. Believe me, my wife and I are a salespersons dream. We are very easy to work with. However, we were so shocked and surprised at the sales managers comments that we decided to walk away from a deal and a car that we were very excited about.

The staff is very friendly and always know how to get the job done no matter the circumstances.The one reason I did not give 5 stars is the labor rate increased to $140 and for me that seems a little high. But I guess that’s what you pay for when you own a luxury car!

I had a few issues with the car I had just purchased. I got in contact with Shawn Powell and he has been amazing. He has gone way beyond the call of duty to make me happy. Even though the problems I was having had nothing to do with him. I had to have some work done on the car and he got me in contact with the Service Mgr. Ivan. Absolutely terrible! I had what I thought was a bad battery and also needed an oil change. It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment. I live an hour away and needed to wait while they worked on my car. I waited 4 hours and was told that it was my starter and that the part was not in stock and needed to be ordered. They took me to Enterprise to rent a car and I waited there an hour. When I got home I was called at the end of BMWs day and was told that I could pick up my car anytime the following day because it ended up being that the battery needed to be replaced and it wasn’t the starter. Very Frustrating!

Had a flat tire last month. Had to wait 3 days for the tire to come in. Replaced the 2 rear tires. This week I got another nail in the same tire, but thankfully i kept one of the old ones as a spare and had it changed at Walmart. I called BMW monday to make an appointment, and the lady said to come wednesday. I show up and the tire has NOT been ordered. The young man checking me in handled it very well and I appreciate that. I just feel if your cars need runflats, maybe you should keep ONE of each size in stock so loyal customers dont have to wait 3 days to replace it runflat tire.

I can only pray to God that any of the warranty services were done. I do know that the set of new tires that I purchased are on . Really happy with my purchase at Sandy Sansing and the customer service is awesome I was lucky to have salesman “Oscar Sevilla “ to help me with all the information I was looking for. I like the fact that their was no pressure towards the sale. He knew exactly what I was looking for, first vehicle he showed me was the one! My daughter moved to Pensacola and we started using this company in 2019 for her BMW. These people are outstanding and go above and beyond with their service and truly made me feel like they really cared! She has had a couple of pretty bad wrecks and not only did they take great care of her car but they took great care of her! With me living so far away this was extremely comforting to me to know that she was in such good hands! They are also very good at calming down upset moms worried about their kids! LOL I just cannot say enough good about these folks and I would highly recommend this company for all your service and repair needs!

I shipped my BMW to Florida from Europe, it is 15 years old so I called Sandy Sansing BMW in Pensacola in advance to make sure they had everything they needed to fix or replace my brakes. When I arrived at the shop I waited for 2 hours before looked at my car fully knowing I was in a hurry. When they finally checked my car they told me it needed new pads, brake fluid, oil change and the microfilter changed. I was good with all that. 2 hours late they tell me they dont have the brake pads but did everything else. I asked why?? The main problem was the brakes that is the only thing they didnt do!!?? Also the $120 microfilter they changed the car computers shows it was never replaced. I will never use this shop again....

Chris and Matt who serviced my mini Cooper were professional and cooperative at all times. The reason for four stars instead of five is that I had to call many phone numbers for several days and get on my hands and knees to beg that my car, still under warranty, be towed back to me in New Orleans when it was finished being repaired. But they did finally tow it back.
