Joey and Laura are awesome folks to work with. The are quick and fair. The work performed is guaranteed to exceed your expectations. They have performed both warranty work from the dealer and some body work due to an animal and again the car is perfect. I would recommend them over any of the other body shops in town.

Approximately a year ago we took our 2009 Mercury Marquis in for extensive minor body work—10 years of scratches, dents & general wear and tear.Custom Collision had been recommended to us by a family friend. From the time we walked into the shop, we were impressed with the friendliness, prompt detailed estimate, etc. When we picked the car up a week or so later we were delighted with the outcome. During my 80+ years of driving sports cars, motorhomes, sedans, etc. I have been very particular about their appearance. I must say I have never been so pleased with the work performed by this shop. As a result, when a driver backed into this same mercury a month or so ago doing serious damage — so much that the other insurance company wanted to total it — I immediately returned to Custom Collision. Lara and Joe made a normally unpleasant experience almost pleasant.Once again, they did excellent work and were amazingly friendly and helpful in solving our unusual problem.
