I brought my (very cherished) 2017 Destroyer Grey Challenger to WFPB after Hurricane Sally to have some paint and body work done. From the onset, everything I experienced with this shop has been stellar. Their communication through the process, their eagerness to ensure I was fully satisfied with the finished product, their willingness to make everything right and as back to new as humanly possible was unmatched to anything I couldve expected. The staff here cares, no matter how busy they are. They take the time to make you feel like you are important to them and that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance.I highly suggest them for collision, paint, and body work. They may take a little longer than some of the other shops (you can get it done fast; you can get it done right; but you can never get both), but they will not stop until you shake hands and walk out truly content with your vehicle. And I am. Thank you to the entire staff. They took the same amount of care with my car as I wouldve taken myself. I appreciate that.

Way over priced. My husband was in an accident ( that was not his fault)his vehicle was towed here. Not by our choice. Not where we wanted it to be towed. It was there for 3 days. Once we knew my husband was ok. We wanted to get his vehicle. Before I was able to get the price down some (not much) it was over $500.00 to get it out. Only 3 days! We feel robbed.

$508.00 to tow my vehicle less than 3 miles. $75 for oil clean-up (Wasnt leaking anything) $50 to bend the steering wheel so they could steer it onto the wrecker! And then to be rude, un-informed and un-helpful?! I hope they do good bodywork cuz their customer service skills Stink!

Being a woman I was kind of cautious of visiting a paint and body shop.However, I can Honestly say that West Florida Paint and Body ͏S͏hop did me right!The staff was eager to work and fix my car.The job was done professionall. I was very pleased that the job was done with care and was affordable. Also the job was completed in a timely manner.Overall, this was a positive experience. I recommend this shop. They did an awesome job repairing my truck from Hurricane Sally damage! I had no idea of the extent they had to go through to fix the truck they had the whole thing tore apart so far it’s as good as new!

I had a headlamp replaced in my older model Toyota 4 Runner. They were careful to make sure everything was aligned properly and installed correctly. Rochelle and Angel were great!

West Florida paint and body is a nightmare. I put my car in for some repairs. They called me a few days later to tell me the cost would increase because I needed two headlight replacements instead of one. That part was fine. But then when the price continued to skyrocket, I told them that I was going to try to submit an insurance claim and that I was still prepared to pay out of pocket if insurance wouldnt cover it. Instead of continuing the repair, they held off ordering parts. They did not even inform me of this. I called them to get a status on my car a couple weeks later and thats when they told me they hadnt ordered any parts because they were waiting on the insurance. There was never any apology or consideration for their mistakes. They took 4 weeks to replace my headlights and bumper. I spent over 1500 dollars on a rental car as a result. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Wow. I needed work done on my car ASAP, I called them on Friday, they had parts for my BMW by Monday, I dropped it off at 730am on Monday and it was done in 24 hours. I had a car accident on 7/23/19, USAA recommended this place to get my car repaired at, it took 3 weeks. Which was fine as I had rental car insurance with USAA. I got my car back however and it wasnt driving right, come to find out they didnt replace the transmission fluid. They also when they replaced my front headlight didnt adjust it, so it was facing toward the road instead of up. They left my new rim in my trunk instead of putting it on my car. The repairs they did on the outside look really good, theyre just not thorough on checking to make sure everything is complete and safe.

I had my truck repaired here after being rear ended at a stoplight. The whole West Florida team took great care of me. The damage was extensive, and Tracy would call me to update me on the progress of the repairs every week. The work they did was beyond my expectations. West Florida went above and beyond just piecing my truck back together. I highly recommend West Florida Paint & Body to anybody who wants to have their vehicle returned to showroom condition.

Stop right now and go to another paint and body shop! The facts are:1) They took longer than the insurance adjuster estimated, so you better have rental car coverage, 2) They could not fix the black plastic atop the cheap replacement bumper, 3) They did not reseal my camper top correctly and it leaks, 4) The office contact had no real idea what the shop workers did, 5) If you write a postal letter (as I did) and sent an E-mail to them (as I did) regarding the problems, they will just call you back or E-mail you to DEMAND YOU CALL ME in all capitol letters. In sum, if you have the time, energy, and money to waste just trying to get simple repairs done and play 1980s phone tag with WFLPB - go to this shop. Had my Cadillac CTS repaired here as this was the preferred vendor for USAA insurance which was responsible for the repairs. Met with Tracy for the estimate and he set a date for me to drop it off.The repair took one week as he said it would, the job was well done and I was surprised when I picked it up that the car was washed, polished, floor mats scrubbed and carpet cleaned.If I ever need body and or paint work done in the future I will not hesitate to take it to West Florida Paint & Body

They did a great job on my car! The staff was friendly and finished my car two days early. When I picked up my car it was washed and vacuumed. I definitely recommend this place!

I spoke with a lady about my accident before having to rent a U-Haul trailer to haul my car up to the body shop. She said to come by at anytime and they would be able to give me an estimate on my vehicle. After I arrived I walked into the office only to be told they dont do estimates for possible legal cases that dont involve insurance. What a waste of time these people are.

Well my truck was in a accident damage to front left bumper and tire area told them I had a rental paid for 30 days from insurance they said no problem you shouldnt even be close ...we were going on 40 days now and when I call its always the same,, should have it to you tomorrow ..well tomorrow turns into two more weeks and its Friday still dont have truck back and there not open on weekends soo sitting on the rental another weekend almost 300xtra bucks in rental fees so far... added to my first comment it did take a while but I got my truck back the guys did a great job and the owner helped pay the extra cost on my rental wouldnt have a problem referring them to anyone

So after my Bertha (2006 ram 1500) was in accident, she spent 2 weeks in the body shop. We got her back and noticed the paint job was fairly terrible: tape lines, orange peeling, bubbles, and chips!! So we took her back on Monday morning for what was supposed to be 2 days. Now they arent going to be done until tomorrow!! One work week to fix two weeks of work!! Do NOT go to West Florida Paint and Body!!!!!!
