I was a huge fan of MK and their products but they have been nothing but disappointing. The red carpet and rewards is just nuisance. Other then free shipping I neither get my bday rewards for year 2020 nor they were able to help me with glasses that had a scratch on it. Customer service is horrible. You complain and managers will sound so helpless and will direct you to Customer care. They say for red carpet member there is a special line which again is a lie there is up to 20 hours wait when you call Customer care and I had to call multiple times to resolve 1 issue. DISAPPOINTING IN MANY WAYS
