Employees are friendly. But the lack of cashiers is terrible. Only 1 register open. I for one do not do self service for a company self service is why prices go up as there is so much theft. If we need to scan and bag our own merchandise then we should get a discount for doing this

This store always has the best prices and usually what I need! The only thing lacking is customer service. Every time I visit the store and ask about an item the typical response is “I don’t know what that is” or if I do get a reply, it’s like I was a bother just by asking. Other than that I love this Walmart!

I had ordered a microwave oven and a small stove to pickup the items at the store. The pickup hours had changed and I got there late. We didnt know about it. Debra, the coach, manager at the time I picked up my items appeared and very nicely brought my items to me. I was so pleased and happy. I apologized about being late, but she was so nice to me and I was very glad with such amazing customer service. Thank you!

Highly Recommend This Store. Most of the Staff is Friendly & Helpful, A few of them ignore you when you ask for assistance and pretend they dont hear you or dont speak or understand English and run from me when I followed them to ask for assistance. Next time I will take pics of the Staff that refuse to assist me, Not all Staff deserve a negative rating. I Still give this store a 10 Plus!

The store was clean, well stocked and being a super center it was fun to get lost in time there. So much to explore. Being in FL versus one from up north where Ive visited mostly, it had more summer varieties not just for girls but for boys (10-14) as well. My 12 year old is 5.2 so having options in the mens (small category) not typically in the state I usually shop, and especially not in the boys section was a great find.

In and out quickly. Helpful staff. Lots of self checkout open and working.

I spend hours on the tools department and the fishing area they have plenty of option at very good prices. Walmart is always my first option to shop in my area

What ever you need you will find it on Walmart super center from groceries to clothes electronics toys exercise sports garden. I am being shopping on this location for years the best part is they are open 24 hours of the day 364 days of the year they have plenty of parking and affordable prices. In general the place is well maintained and clean

I love Walmart. I can find everything I need but restrooms are not good. There are not hooks for hanging personal bags and smell bad. There is not pickup area and Garden exterior section needs to improve as customers do not have pleasure to visit with prices so high

The staff have bad attitudes and are very unhelpful. Last time I was there a lady told me something was over there when I was standing right where it was. I ended up coming back to almost the same place. One time, I picked up their phone and called management as nobody was around to help. The manager apologized saying that they were in a meeting, during a busy time?!?! Made no sense.

Dont use store pick up. Went to Aldis, got my stuff in 4 minutes. Came across the street to Walmart and 20 minutes later still waiting. Dear Walmart, pay managers a little more, get some managers better at resource management and lets get this moving better.

I went to Walmart to get water. Unfortunately, Walmart was not stocked with water. Cheryl, however, came to me and asked what I was looking for and she stopped what she was doing to go back to the stock room and finally found water for me. This store was very clean & well organized. It was almost closing & it was was not busy.

We are in Florida stop being cheap and put up the air!! Its so hot in this store workers have little fans around their neck. They need to open the fitting rooms, its been long enough with this nonsense. Other than the fabric section workers being useless, its an okay WalMart.

I went to Walmart today to pick up an order of mine. I was confused on where to pick up my order so I asked an employee named Cheryl outside of the Walmart store if she could help me. She had just came back from her break but she immediately took out her phone and proceeded to help me find order while I was in my car. She checked me in and she personally went to find my order in the store and brought it to me. This was the best customer service Ive ever received. Cheryl was a very sweet and professional employee! Keep up the good work Cheryl.

Do not use the pick up service... it is consistently unorganized, under-staffed and a complete waste of customer time. Ive gone at different times, different days and same. You are notified items are ready, you check in, and show up.... then you wait another hour for your order to come out! And you feel sorry for the poor kids tasked with getting the orders because the issues are clearly part of horribly managed process...

Found a good variety of items I needed for home, not very but somewhat satisfied.

The online shopping process SUCKS here. Always delayed. Today six hours delay to then sit and wait in your car for another hour and a half. If you can’t fill online orders don’t offer it.

It would be nice if the shopping bags are readily easy to open & when you call an associate to help you out he tells you on your face that there is no problem opening but of course it is for him since he has his gloves on !!Lesson learned: will bring own reusable bags.

Its walmart. As about mundane as a big budge store gets. The shift to self serve checkout system is a nice touch. Race to the bottom for the cheapest prices. Cant wait till we eventually unload our merchandise right off the truck.

This place is not policing the social distancing at all. I just came through the checkout line and we were boxed in like cattle. I have bought my groceries here every week for the last five years, as of today I will pay more to go across the street and be safe.

Had what I needed, however I noticed the cashier2, wipe a spot &rotate the belt. She wipes one Spot and her station looked, e So I held my items everything I handed to her she put in that filth, all she had to do is scan it, put it the dam bag.She put on the counter. Not to mention the elderly who shop there, frequently.Im going to hold my thoughts, for the next 1, theres always a next time anywhere.I dont discriminate against ignorance.Cleanliness is next to GODLINESS.

Lines are always long and I usually get lucky and find an open self checkout (with the conveyer belt) open. They never have a good selection of clearance items. And please bring back the price scanners throughout the store..

I go back and forth with Walmart, especially this store. Sometimes I order things for pick up and they cancel the items but I go to the store anyway and they have the item in stock. Not sure why this happens.Their grocery selection is limited considering the size of the store which is frustrating because their prices are usually much better than Publix.My final gripe (I know, I know, It’s Walmart and I’m being a whiner considering the convenience) is that they never have any checkouts open at the pharmacy end of the store except for self checkout.

This Walmart is very clean and the staff is very kind. Also it is never too packed. You can be in and out fairly quickly.

I have used the pick up service twice. It is great. The individuals I have deal with have been very efficient and courtesy. With the issues of COVID19 and people who refuse to follow CDC recommendations, I am glad they offer this service to people like me who have family members that suffer from poor immune systems. Just a few essentials ..

New online pick up section by the McDonalds side. Not packed as most Walmart.

They are going down. The other day I returned an item and did not have the receipt so I wanted to exchange the item. When I got home, I notice the protective was not on the item so I wanted to replace it with the same item with a protective seal. I took the defective to the service desk and explained why I wanted to exchange the item. The service held the defective item and allowed me to go to the shelves to retrieve a new item. Low and behold, the shelves were no stocked and the service desk refuses to give me a credit for the item. They told me that, store policy did not allow store credit because I did not have a receipt.I felt that due to the store not being stocked with the item, I should have received a credit to be used when the shelves are properly stocked. I was forced to take the defective item back and go to a different store. I felt like it was a waste of my time. I also felt like I was being penalized because they had not stocked the shelves. The store did not demonstrate good customer service and showed no empathy for my issues/concerns.

This Walmart is my favorite and I live 30 minutes away! It is very clean and the staff is awesome. Products are always in stock. Great experience.

Don’t do pick up from this store, the orders are never ready for you in the time slot you select, and when you do get there, it takes over an hour for them to bring the order out.

Today I went to this walmart and this is my second time here, let me tell you something I work at publix and I know how to talk to customer and I think this walmart is the worst with customer services. My mom work closer to this walmart and when she leaves from work went to this walmart and I want to used the bathroom ( the cleaner lady said please first you can not come in and then dont get dirty the bathroom and clean it up when you finished, really employee can say that?) And my second time there 2 days ago, I saw his badge his name Alfonso from Colombia, I pay with wic card and in his bad word your card didnt going through, so hi wants me to pay with another card, like I forgot my pin, no no no no. He canceled the transaction to many times. So I decided to return everything from with. I told to my mom and I you have to come early to go shopping and no late. Let me tell you something, he doesnt know us, what is our situation to no shopping earlier. I first at all I doing the same job as him. I have to close 10pm at publix but people leave at 10:20pm al least. So please if he doesnt like this job just leave.... People are so rude here.And I do not recommend to shop here.

I recently returned a used car battery charger (Lithium ion). I suspected it was used and confirmed when a returned sticker was still attached to the box. Another reason for returning was the USB provided was defective. The package was re-packaged but that is ethically wrong and unfortunately Walmart does that to their customers. Shameful.
