Cricket Wireless is truly a great deal... In my opinion far better than the competition. Ive been a customer since they came on the scene and not ever had a problem. Thank you Julie!

Very bad customer service, and I was a frequent customer before this happened.I bought a product, and asked before purchasing it what the return policy was. I was then told by an employee the wrong information. When I returned it I was denied my money back after returning it an hour later on the day I bought it, and I came back to the store 3 times. I came back to the store, because I was led to believe I would be able to receive a refund. As I was explaining my situation to the manager, he interrupted me on the phone and made a judgment without knowing fully what happened. I told him because of this situation I would not be returning back he saidthats fine.The employees need better training, and the manager has very bad customer service skills. The manager did not care about me as a customer, and was very cold after getting my money. Dont do business here, because ultimately they dont care about their customers . Ultimately doesnt even matter how often you shop there.

1 hour waiting for nothing,I was being attended and a lady come in, there were 2 sales persons, for 2 customers and both stop attending me to help the lady. When I complained they said, that the lady had returned, and I asked if they need 2 persons to attend 1 customer!!!NEVER COMING BACK
