Worst experience. Never go to a girl who works there.I brought small package, which a return ( label paid by Amazon)She scanned label from my phone then said you have to close package with scotch tape ( it was only 10 inches long - I didn’t have it and asked her if she can do it - she said no” buy it 3.99$ plus tax . I asked if she can use her tape she declined.I went home tape the top came back then she scan label from phone again and said I have to print it- I ask why she didn’t tell me before when she scanned the first time? I asked her if she can print she said “no”So - worst customer service- that’s why I will use UPS from now on

Wait was well worth it. My brother had a cell phone issue. Michael Rios and Christopher Negron where very professional and have excellent product knowledge. They fixed my brothers phone issue in no time. Thank you for your service guys!

The Low review scores are truly not representative of the slowness and lack of competence in this store. Over 40 min wait just to return equipment that belongs to them. Whatever you can resolve online (no easy feat navigating through the multitude of automated links) or without going to the store, do so! I would say go to store with better scores, but it appears that customer service is no longer a priority at Xfinity.

Worst company, after we got service and paid they block the address since a past tenant that owed 240 did not pay so as homeowner i cant have service even though they signed us up, sent modem, we got billed and now no service until they extort 240 from us, filed a complaint with the FCC AND DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, both have extensive records of misconduct so i can only suggest everybody files as well and stays away from the billion dollar company extorting unrelated deband supervisor Martin from Miramar office supposedly the highest ranking person cant get anything done, talked to Seth prior no resolution, talked to Al prior which said he would take the debt off and reset account which wasnt done,corporate headquarter created many cases and no resolutions from anybody in Florida in the Miramar officevery sadwill cancel my business internet that is pay for 2 years 69 per months since they rather lose a customer than fixing the issue on handBOTH HAVE OF COURSE MANY COMPLAINTS ON FILE SO I CAN ONLY SUGGEST EVERYBODY DOES THAT AND STAYS AWAY FROM T HE BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY EXTORTING UNRELATED DEBT

I went 6 pm on Friday. In and out no problem. I haven’t been to a store in a long time and had thoughts of the last time I went to a Comcast store. Well not so at all. Well executed. Checked in at the door sit and wait someone calls you and it’s just easy. Well done.

They are in desperate need of experience in xfinity mobile products. No one knows anything. They rely on xfinity mobile customer service and they dont know much either. I understand the xfinity mobile product is less than 3 years old, however the staff should have been fully trained prior to releasing the phone services.

Had an appointment but still seemed to just be placed in line anyway so dont think theres any advantage to making one. Employees are fine, more of an issue with Comcast and their options for existing customers. Always end up either having to pay more, changing items that I didnt want to change, etc., to fit into some package offering.

Xfinity is an evil company. Typically things will work fine then randomly your service will stop and the only way to solve the problem will be to spend more money. It is an evil monopoly and the customer is the last thing that matters. It is also impossible to speak to a human- you have to navigate an endless web of robots.

I have been a customer since 2015 and no longer. My bill kept going higher and higher. When I cancelled my service I was bill was at 187.56. this is for no reason, considering I have nothing extra or special channels. My internet was at 100 mbps, my channel werent the basic I had the middle package ( not sure the name) and 4 boxes. Always had issues with my service I would go days with no service. When I saw what my new bill was going to bil. I gladly paid the early concellation fee. I just get AT&T for cable and tv. With one cable they do everything. Lets see how this works. As long as Im not paying 150 I will be happy

It’s Saturday morning and we suddenly don’t have any TV and Wifi. We call Xfinity. They try to do very little over the phone before telling us that they need to send a technician to our house First appointment, Monday afternoon!!!Meanwhile, it seems like the issue is coming from the coaxial AC/DC adaptor which was installed by Comcast. I go to the store and I am told that they don’t have any and should try Walmart or Best Buy. I go to Walmart, Best Buy, Office Depot, Home Depot, Radio Shack. Nothing. Then I go back to the store to ask if there was another way to connect the TV to watch the Super Bowl and I am told to go to a bar!!! But for them to send a technician to your house, they must read their lengthy COVID-19 protocol. What a joke!! If you are unable to provide customer assistance during the weekend (especially Super Bowl weekend!), at least have your most basic parts available in your stores.

Great experience. Went in to discuss my bill that as usual went up after the 2 years promotion and left with a rate equal to the last one and a wireless box which I was looking for to move my TV. Jenise was very helpful and pleasant. Great all around experience. Will check back when all the boxes are installed.Part 2 - Update. Well the wireless box has not been working well at all, have done everything including bringing the router close to the box and still not getting a good signal. Will take back to change hoping its the box.Part 3 - Changed the box same story, works fine then out of the blue the reception is horrible with the picture tiling and the sound coming and going. Will change back to the wired box.Do not recommend wireless box.

Terrible internet!!!! Its so bad be prepared for an outage every 3 days. If you have people working from home DO NOT get this isp. Outages that last all day. Try getting in contact with costumer service, hope you have 3 or more hours to wait to somewhat get in touch with a person that will only tell you to unplug and reconnect your router. Actually the worst isp ive ever had. So unreliable and so frustrating. NEVER GET XFINITY ... RUN

I went in on a Saturday two hours before closing to return my modem, there was no line, employees were friendly and attentive. Location is new, big and clean. What I liked the most is that employees were nice and had manners, they treated me as a customer should be treated.

I’m a fairly patient person, but not if I made an appointment just to still wait. The store opens at noon, but the earliest appointment slot was 1pm. I got there, said I had an appointment, and the guy who took my name just added me to the end of the list, spelling my name wrong. After 20 minutes, I asked another employee if they needed any other info to check me in and I got added to the end again! I asked how that’s fair if I had an appointment. He had no useful answer. So now 30+ minutes later I’m on the queue twice and have no idea when I’ll be next- probably at LEAST 20 minutes. Why am I still here? Well this is my only opportunity, and I have no other day to waste time AGAIN. I admit I’m writing this before actually being helped, but there’s nothing that can be done to make me give more than two stars.Tip: Don’t offer appointments if they don’t actually matter. I would have been better off waiting outside at noon.

First of all I’m gonna say I’m not rating the location of the store. Simply the Customer service of Xfinity. During the course of my time with Xfinity, services were dropped without permission, channels were dropped without permission, my problem was escalated to management and they did not follow through. As far as I know I’m still in the escalation department even though I have canceled total service with Xfinity.

At first great service, I was given a bad box was on the phone for hours trying to get it to work, I was given a return number and was told to just go to the store and they will exchange it for a new one, when I arrived I told the manager I was told it was just an exchange and that the box was not working, I also told him I had picked it up the day before and had done lengthy wait to get the box, He stated that he will put me as a priority customer since I was there the day before, 40 minutes later I asked an employee how much longer would it be he stayed at least 45 more minutes, when I told him that the manager had stated that it wouldnt be that long he said I still had 7 customers in front of me, the man or manager that first put me on the list had taken care 3 other customers that came after me, I was so upset I walked out of the store dumping the box in the trash can in front of the employee. Never again to this store as soon as we can figure a new cable service goodbye comcast !!!

The worst customer service I have ever received. I’ve been a Comcast customer for 33 years and the billing is always excavating with fraudulent expiring promotions. Resolution is a disrespectful nightmare consisting of constant department transfers and misinformation. All I subscribed to was $60/mo internet. Yet after paying the bill automatically online on time every month I get a call that there’s a overdue balance $295 and service disconnected. No email, no messaging, no communication to me at all that something had changed. I’m Canceling. Save yourself the aggravation and don’t go near Xfinity

Very nice set up even with so many different products in the lobby. I like the order of operations from the check-in greeter at the door to the centered waiting area to the registers. Only downfall, maybe when close to closing and lobby packed give customers a heads up as they are walking in the door that wait time maybe longer than expected because not everyone is coming in to just drop off an equipment.

Was having issues with the original modem I was provided (got really hot after a few minutes of being plugged in) came in to this store and the store’s appearance is extremely clean and appealing outside and inside. Cashier Karl Beaubrun assisted me on 07/20/19 expeditiously and extremely informative and knowledgeable in their products. He exchanged my modem with a newer version and once home, I was able to connect to the internet! Also I want to say thank you for the entire team of professionals who helped me. I later discovered only 1 room in my home allowed me get a signal. I will tell ALL my friends to use Xfinity Comcast before they go somewhere else. Excellent customer service!!!A. Diamond

Large and clean facility but had to interrupt the service guy to find out what system they were using to decide who was serviced next. Guy then wrote my name on a list. Had I not asked, what would have happened then? Get that fixed Comcast. Other than that, the experience was great.

Come in to replace 2 remotes, they are taken but service member brings back one and says that’s all they have (and expected me to leave with one). You’d think a large store like this would have enough inventory.Also tried to obtain the movie tickets they mailed me about. I’m told there’s an hour wait. The mail does not mention I need to purchase anything so why not just give me my tickets? It would take 2 minutes. Clearly they do not care for honesty with clients. They told me to make an appointment for Saturday at 10pm... if it weren’t for association contract I’d leave the entire service in a heartbeat

I was help by a older black female; I think her name is Jesia. She treated me so kind and considerate felt like a was dealing with family. The store should have more employees like her. She showed me by bundling my services I would get more. I upgraded my services and saved money. The only suggestion is for such a big store have a check in computer to avoid being overlooked and fighting with customers who was next (since they dont have a line or ticket number like another location I use to go to)
