False advertising. The older Hispanic manager was rude. I tried to buy the tuna in the light blue can on the ad on the right and they scanned it for 2.39. I asked the manager and he refused to change the price for what is advertised (.89) and said the paper advertisement that is in the stores in a huge pile at the front door are wrong. And not because it has a picture in the add means you can buy the item in the picture for that price. Completely false advertisement

Thought i purchase 4 pounds of oxtails only to find out its not oxtails more like beef bones, or beef neck bones. Didnt even notice until after My husband cleaned and seasoned them. They are scammers be aware!!!! Stay away from the meat section.

Located in the Palm Johnson plaza, Food Fair supermarket is large and clean with organized aisles. Theres a butcher, seafood, and deli department as well as a vast variety of items such as grocery (local/international), frozen items, packaged meats/seafood, dairy, beverages - including beer & wine, and many more.Though the supermarket does have pretty good sales prices; the majority of the items, especially those that I frequently purchase, are priced a bit too much for me and I can definitely get them cheaper elsewhere. Nonetheless, this can be a pit stop if I need to get a few items and I happen to be in the area.

They have done a nice job updating this place its clean amd bright and wide really enjoyed shopping there. Found plenty international foods. The fresh bakery is AMAZING!

Please update hours on google. Came @5:30 am on a Saturday after working overnight to get couple things. I figured things are wonky because of covid and a lot of places aren’t 24 hrs anymore... but I had my hopes up and did a quick search said Saturday 12 am-9 pm..... sigh... only to find stuff blocking both entrances... the defeat and disappointment numbs my hunger :(

My 1st visit to this store was great, last night. Excellent customer service. Clean store. Stocked up nicely. I asked a question in the fish department. The employee was polite and answered. The cashier was so helpful. Thank you....I will continue to shop here 👍🏼

So this girl beautiful hazel eyes...She was “working” at customer service (10 items or less) and we had asked her for us to be cashed out since there were many customers waiting and we only had couple things. She said NO because she was closed and when we asked if we could have anything from her side like cigarettes, etc she said we could LOLAt this exact time she’s having her head down with EarPods on and I have proof.This store is CONVENIENT but not so since they’ve hired lazy, incompetent employees I guess for minimum salary because they look miserable at work.Do something about it.

Why are there tip jars in the bakery/hot case and seafood department?Since when are we tipping grocery store workers.

I love this place for the fruits and vegetables and the store manager is very pleasant.There is a male cashier named Sebastian that’s amazing. He’s a pleasant person and is great at what he does. His service is above and beyond as a cashier. I’ve never seen him serious or not smiling. Engages in a conversation w all of the people who come to his line. There should be more cashiers like him. Great job Sebastian!!

Love this place because it always has fresh beef shanks and brisket. Cant find thise many other places in my area. Produce is abundent but the dairy section is minimal and prices a little high for what they have, but i guess if youre willing to pay it go for it. I also love the variety of fresh bakery goods AND that it is located right next to my gym so I can purchase dinner items daily. I dont shop for much else there. Worth checking out though if youve never been.

I dont usually write reviews but I just had to because of Tomas in the Meat Department. Hes the BEST! Hes extremely knowledgeable and hell work with you to find the best cut of meat for the price, all while making some nice conversation that makes you feel valued. He also gave me some great advice to maximize my purchase. He was a pleasure to interact with. Trust his recommendations!

Its my favorite coffee I have tried so far... I guess it is an English model but is largely staffed by Dominicans as an island issue I think they said so if your monolingual there will be some language barrier.....the breakfast is really good I didnt know I had congestive heart failure and the cheese and grain ideas for African relief really helped... I will look into English only nutrition deficits for the cracker federal plan... Thanks your a lifesaver if as just a deli your not called a hero I will list you as one...

It nice n clean. It mostly international items. Few things was cheaper than Walmart n Publix. It a bit of drive to get here. So Im sticking to stores near me. But I know if need some of items I cant find at Walmart n Publix

Just recommend to be aware when they are ringing your groceries, some items that supposed to be on special they rang a regular price. It happens once but not twice.

One of the best supermarkets in the area. Clean, any employee that you ask a question is very helpful. If they cant give the whole answer in English they walk you to the items. The prices are great. I love it

Not quite sure about the location, its not that visible from the road. However, the store is clean, the shelves are organize, the fish is fresh and produces in it place. If there is something wrong, the Manager took care of it right away. Good quality product and compatible prices. My experience shopping there has been great so far. I would recommend to others and I have!

Refusal from the manager of this location to respect the medical exemptions CLEARLY listed in the Broward County Emergecy Order and HIPPA medical privacy laws for children under 2 and individuals who cannot wear a face covering for various medical conditions.  Instead choosing to appease misinformed, virtue signaling customers who have ZERO understanding of the LAW and of the various medical conditions that can make wearing a facial covering impossible including but not limited to various respiratory conditions, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders, visual impairment (depth perception), hearing impaired, cognitive disorders, victims of sexual assault...just to name a few. Attempted to reason with the manager and he was completely unempathetic, uncaring, prideful, and rude.  So much for supporting your local grocer when your local grocer is more interested in avoiding confrontation with uneducated customers than doing what is legally and morally right.

OMG it is a clean,. comfortable, well asorted, that could be a valid option instead Bravo and Sedanos, I saw the manager specials flyer and them have very good deals every week.

Good prices excellent food!

Although the produce isnt always the freshest and this store can at times be pricey, it is a very nice store with a good variety and a lot of hispanic food options.

I went to Food Fair for the first time today. It took over the space of a former Winn-Dixie. It still has the same general layout, however the entire place has been updated and brightened up. They have a tremendous selection of both hot prepared foods, as well as normal grocery items. Their sales were very very good. I enjoyed the shopping experience!

In great shape, prices are good. Aisles are a bit small maybe if that was changed I would give it a 5th star. Also the employees seem nice.

This has been our regular place to shop ever since we moved to the area. The deals are always really good and the staff has been top notch.

My first visit to this store. I went in looking to buy items from the hot food area.Well the cooked food looked dried out and do not know if the items from the hot food and baked goods combination but the aromatic combination was something to be desired. It was a turn off for me.Also went up and down the aisles looking for specific items that they didnt carry that Winn Dixie used to carry. The frozen food selection was limited too. On the upside I saved quite a bit of money walking in there. Impulse buying was cut way down.

My first visit I wasn’t satisfied- there was spoiled veggies in the freezer- looked like it had freezer burn and veggies looked old. In the fresh produce there was also a lot of spoiled foods. I thought maybe this was only this day. So I tried them a second time to give them a benefit of the doubt- they still had spoiled produce. And when I ordered a Fish the guy grabbed the Fish with no gloves and this is after he was on his phone. So yea I think I’m good. I won’t be returning.

Great supermarket. They have Ezywipe Cleaning Cloth the unique antibacterial-antimicrobial cloth in the market. Biodegradable and durable.

5 Star for Best Prices in town! Deli staff needs to improve customer experience. Lots of talking and playing around. Takes a while to get service. Other than that cant really complain... Not as bright and shiny as Publix but definetly cleaner and better smelling than Sedanos and Bravo.

They are selling spoiled products (like peeled green pineapples) and then when you try to exchange it they wont let you do it. However, they are seeing that the article looks good, but you are explaining that it does not taste good because it is green. They dont care, they just have unpleasant customer service, just not to lose $ 3.00.

Excellent prices in a customer satisfaction culture environment. Visit the ethnic food aisle, it has everything for the Caribbean, middle east, or Latin American dishes. What a nice coincidence find you close come!

I Like to shop at food fair grocery store... They dont accept WIC but the take food stamps.. Wide range of grocery items but not bad..

The place is always well organized and clean, easy to find your items and the aisles are wide enough for the social distance thing going on.

Clean. Good produce. Missing several items I regularly purchase elsewhere. When I asked at the front desk for store to add an item to their order, they directed me to the manager, who was visibly interviewing someone. The store is ICE COLD!! Cold enough to keep me away. Ill drive a little further to get all my items and not freeze while I shop.

Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh. The store is very clean and not crowded.

I was taking coffee with 2 friends and the store Manager told us....the tabke are for 2 customer........and he need the table to other but we are drinking coffe and pan de bonos....but he use one table how his office...very . very..no profesional actitud with de customer....My friends and I never come back....Bad service

You should give this place a try. I will say its a toss up between sedanos but much cleaner, and Winn Dixie, but you get more bang for your buck in my opinion. And again much cleaner.

Good to have a store replacing the Winn Dixie footprint. Huge produce area with large selection of meats, something WD always noted for. Prices better than Publix which unfortunately continues to raise prices. Even the Publix BOGO needs much to be desired.Let’s hope they stay and be a victim like Western Beed.

Clean, lots of Caribbean products but check expiries.First visit was thru word of mouth from a friend as the stock some of my favorite Trinidadian products.December 2019 I bought some Crix and Peardrax hoping to enjoy it and when unloading the groceries the wife discovered that both Crix and the Peardrax was expired.Had no issues retraining and getting my money back but please be diligent with your on-the-shelf expiries.

Now over 2 hours trying to deliver a load of Nestle/Zephyrhills water. Only a third unloaded. Turning my day into a long day. Very frustrating. I thought delivering relief supplies would be expedited a little more than this!

You can find everything that you need and the offers are crazy. The prices are really good! People who work here are really nice.

This place is changing now. I got some Cuban bread this morning, and is old, is not fresh, and had mold. I did report them to the Health Department. When they first open everything was good, employees were friendly, now some are rude, especially in the meat department, and the hot food. They need to do something.

I purchased Hellmann Mayo a few weeks ago from Food Fair. I took it back for replacement, since, it was expired long ago. Manager (Galo), told the cash to throw it away. But no replacement. He told me, I should check the expiration day before buy it. He was right.

Affordable low prices for meats and vegetables

Prices were high compared to Walmart and Publix. Example: Price of oxtail was $2 lower than at other stores. However, it had 20 more pounds of fat on it than at other stores. Since they make you weigh that meat before removing the fat, buying 10lbs of that meat will get you about 3 usable pounds of meat after cleaning. Shame on them. On a side note, the place was clean but staff walked around just grumpy as hell. Very surprising for a store that just opened. They are probably unhappy with the prices too. SMH.

If you want to order catering, this is not the place for you. I ordered a roast pork shoulder and they charged me almost $40 for it, when the same thing at Broward Meat and fish at university and pines Blvd charge $25.
