I can’t say enough about this store! It’s been my Publix for years now (even before the remodel) and it’s just the best! The store is always super clean, well stocked (could use some more ethnic foods), and the employees are friendly! Jane is a favorite of our family and she loves on our son every time we’re there. She’s his favorite!

Excellent super market!!! Out of three in the area, it’s my go-to Publix. Always clean, organized and well lit. Everyone is very helpful and willing to help you find what you’re looking for. Registers always move fast and cashiers are always friendly and pleasant.

I have trouble walking and every time I am walking in I am always greater with plenty of electric carts and friendly smiles to ensure comfort and ease shopping. Even the customers are friendly. Always a joy when I go especially Publix at Griffin and Palm Ave, I get greater at my car with an electric cart if I am seen pulling in and thar means so much to me.

The kiddos would eat me alive if I came home without the chocolate sprinkles for the neopolatan ice cream. The manager was so sweet. He said Madame here ar your sprinkles. Completely saved the day.

Brown lettuce. Brown pineapple. Bread with no ties. Bagger couldnt get it right. They removed my flyer I put in my bag I brought. Sub was good, but publix gouges on the price for something that is sold under roof with no separate overhead....

Friendly staff. Clean and organized store. Two thumbs up on the sanitation efforts given our current state of increased cases.

I have been going to Publix in Cooper City, but I just stopped at village square to get one thing and I found out that the Publix there is much better and has a much bigger selection, so from now on Ill be going to Publix at village square.

Place is typically a good experience and everyone is very helpful and nice. Today, Chelsea, the cashier on the express lane was a nasty know it all. She was having trouble figuring out what type of pepper I had so I told her that it was a Poblano. Oh brother, did she take offense to my assistance and responded with a very disrespectful I GOT IT!. Same thing happened with the Cilantro, I GOT IT! Very nasty. Why they allow non-properly trained people work jobs that require patience and good customer service is beyond me. Hope that the manager provides Chelsea with some training. Would I go back? Probably not. Next time Ill go to Trader Joes or Fresh Market for my produce.

Ive been shopping at Publix since the late 1980s prices have gone up considerably since Covid 19. Like prices went up everywhere.

Fabulous! My new Publix! While all Publix are great, this one has several items Ive never seen in a Publix before. I love Barqs Root Beer but have never seen it in the 6pack 16.9 oz bottles. Going down the soda aisle, there it was! I bought 4 of them! Loved it! Now if I can find birch beer, my soda world would be complete.😃

Nice little neighborhood Publix. Was just recently remodeled last year totally built new from the bottom up. Produce is gorgeous! Seafood top Notch. Danish bakery wonderful. Rotisserie chickens rock!

Order a sub online and the order came with vegetables I didnt ask for. The sandwich was a hot sandwich and it was ice cold when I received it. I threw $9 in the garbage. I have tried ordering in person it takes forever. I thought I would order online and go pick it up. It didnt make a difference they still messed up the order. This deli needs some help. I will go back to the publix I use to go to. Its further away but I have never had a problem with them.

I don’t even want to add a star. It was my sister’s birthday and we ordered a pull-apart cake. Specifically wanting it to be shaped as a heart. I don’t know how hard that is. They called us hours before pick up about the flavor we wanted. As we went to pick up the cake, it was not shaped as a heart. It was shaped as a deformed cat. We told them we wanted a heart shaped cake and the Asian lady responded, “I can’t do that”. Very disappointed. I had high hopes. They didn’t even add decorations or wrote down “happy birthday” on the cake. We had to ask for it after with the decorations including. It was CLEARLY written on the order paper.

The pharmacist at this store is unable to do her job. Whether it is the fault of Publix corporate for not providing enough staff to have a pharmacy or the pharmacist herself I am not certain. Five days in a row the pharmacist was called to correct an error and fill prescriptions. Five days in a row the phone was immediately answered and placed on excessive hold lasting 20-30 minutes. When I called the assistant manager to bring his attention to the inefficient and careless behavior he informed me that the pharmacy and Publix are separate entities. He took my number and promised a call back from the pharmacist. The medication that needs to be filled is heart meds. This careless ineffective behavior from a trusted store is inadequate to serve my neighborhood and I will be calling corporate tomorrow as I have still not received a call back. The manager Chris claims she is busy.

Why is every Publix deli always so slow? You should also consider having more pick up times available on the app instead of 30 minutes out. Sure, I came a little early to pick up my sub that was ordered online, however the deli attendant looked at the ticket and said oh, I have 10 minutes when her co worker said I was here. I never have a good experience at any Publix deli I go to. Theres no sense of urgency and I feel subs should be ready before their order time. Maybe thats just me? Especially given there arent that many people in here.

Best Publix in Pembroke Pines. Ive always received the best service at their Deli. They make the best subs, and always seem happy to serve you. Ive always hated when employees from other stores give you a guilt trip through a facial expression, God for bid they had to cut something. Definitely not the case at this store. One particular instance that has stuck with me was when I walked into the store near closing time and noticed the sub station was closed up, which was expected at that hour. I then went to the cold case and started to pick out a premade sandwich, when Beverly said What can I get you honey? She knew I wanted a sub, because she takes care of me all the time. She went out of her way to take out the sub ingredients, after they had been put away, and she made hooked me up with one of the best subs I ever had. It made my night. Great store and great people working there. Five stars.

Horrible customer service.Order not ready 10 minutes past the time.Employees did not care and did not move. More employees than customers at the Deli, but I guess they were too busy talking and laughing.If they don’t want to take online order they should NOT open the order on the website.I wasted 30 minutes of my time going to this place when I could easily had gone to another Publix, got the order, paid and left in less than 10 minutes.Would rate 0 stars if I could.Avoid this place. The Publix at Flamingo with Sheridan has a much better customer service.
