They had to order basic parts. The service was great though
I went in to buy a residential sized chainsaw to cut down some trees around my house. The gentleman running the store, I think his name is Chris, was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I got a new Husky chainsaw with fuel, and oil. Chris explained everything about it, and how to maintain it. Thanks for great service! Highly recommend!
Just what I need, on time, reasonably priced as quoted. I go often to pick up parts for my Dads Husquevarna Zero Turn. L&S gets it right every time. Happy Dad!
Took 2 months to get my lawnmower back. Would never answer the phone. You had to go by in person to talk to someone.
I get all my saws and mowers from them and have had excellent service.
Had to buy part unfortunately I had to drive from Autauga County which is a good distance about 54 miles the part was in but the price was extremely High-priced that is my only complaint everything else was fine
Tried to return $400 purchase, unused, less than 24 hours after purchase. only to find out THEN about their “No Returns” policy. Go with a Stihl. Better quality, less expensive, better Warranty.
Once again went for a part for my Husqvarna mower to the official Husqvarna dealership and they did not have the part.....
I use to enjoy going to this store, but something has definitely changed with management or staff. I dropped off a trimmer over 3 weeks ago, and they still have it. They never provide me with an update, as I have to keep calling back to find out where they are in the process. The first time going in the customer service rep was very curt with me, but luckily another employee there was nice and at least attempted to help me. Once my trimmer gets fixed Ill be using a different Husqvarna dealer and repair shop. The customer service has definitely gone down hill and they do not want to do follow ups even for warranty-based items.
They have great prices on lawnmowers.
Awful customer service by Steve in particular. They are nice until they have your money. Afterwards, if you have any questions or concerns, Steve in particular will not be helpful in any way shape or form. Not only that, whatever his solution is will cost you more money. This managements establishment is not populated by a person who has any common sense or regard for repeat business. Take your money, time, and business elsewhere. In my opinion, this establishment must be continually questioned during the purchase of any equipment because they are definitely not trained on that with which they sell.
Terrible customer service!!! I bought a pair of hedge trimmers from them because they sold me on their customer service. The hedge trimmers broke only after a few months (these were commercial trimmers and very expensive) and have now been in their shop for seven weeks with no idea of how long they will have them. I have called them numerous times to get an idea of how long they will have them and their only answer is that their backed up. I make a living with these tools and had to buy another pair.(from a different dealer and company) When I tried to explain this to them they had an attitude. I would strongly suggest not doing business with this company!!
Always helpful and very professional. I recommend anyone to try this business. AWESOME atmosphere.
Getting a lawnmower repaired here, havent gotten it back yet. thanks
Have tried to order parts for my Husquvarna mower there and they didnt order the right parts. The gentleman who seems to be the owner is rude. I went here because theyre an authorized Hisquvarna dealer and other places cant order the parts.... eventually I realized I can order the parts myself online and if Im unable to fix it myself, I can take it to a better repair shop with the parts in-hand. $50 deposit up-front to get any work done and it takes 2 weeks or longer (even for small repairs) during the summer. Dont bother with this place, IMO.
Purchased my first zero Husqvarna zero turn here very happy with the service and very happy with my zero turn I dont mind cutting grass anymore.
I also use to enjoy this store and the staff. However, I dropped my chainsaw off 1 week ago, paid a $50 deposit for them to look at my chainsaw and, was told that I would get a call back within 2 days by the older store clerk. I called back on Friday and was asked to call again due to high store volume. Called on Tuesday, March 12 arounf 11 and left a message. Called back again around 3 and spoke to Larry. I attempted to explain to Larry what was going on he repeatedly and rudely cut me off, calling me a liar in the process.I asked for the owners name and number and he gave me the store in Montevallo and told me to talk to Lance. I left a message for Lance and Lance called me back and he was aggressive and raised his voice at me like I was a child. I asked Lance had any work been done on my chainsaw and he said no. I told him I wanted my money back and that I would be picking up my chainsaw the next day from Pelham, then he said not only could I not get my deposit money back, but it would be an extra $30 for me to get my chainsaw back. I explained to him that was illegal and he didnt care.My advice, never use this business. Dont shop there, dont have repairs there, dont even call. This business is not worth your hard earned money to have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and childishness.
I had bought a Husqvarna chainsaw at Lowes and was having trouble getting it started. I brought it in and in less than 2 minutes they had it running and they showed me a few tricks about its operation too. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend never buying from this company. Especially the owner at the one in Pelham and Montevallo Alabama. Not helpful and they always have an attitude when you go in there . I bought it from Lowe’s.. right when I purchased it I went to husQvarna in Pelham. The people who worked there told me that you already have 2 year warranty through husqvarna, but Lowe’s is not going to tell you that . So they supposedly got all my information signed me up for the warranty . Well when I went there the guy was copping an attitude. Just like everyone else there every time I go. I got this thing in Dec of 2017. It’s already started sputtering on me and the metal cover to the cord is loose. I tried fixing it but tightening the bolts does nothing .so the owner tells me I’m doing nothing without a receipt. My name was not even in the computer. the other workers said it was. He said well that’s why they don’t work here anymore and said to go somewhere else and if it’s not a warranty issue and if he waste his time. I will have to pay for it. I will never buy from them again. I’m going to report this guy to the better business bureau.
Super knowledgeable and took the time to educate me, making me confident in my buying decision.
Will not recommend. Took a mower in for warranty repair and was told its out of warranty. Called Husqvarna to verify and started a claim using another shop after verification it was indeed covered.
