Julia gilyIs the best!!! They didn’t have what I wanted but she offered to call other furniture stores to find it for us! No one does that anymore! 5 stars and will be back!

It took almost 6 months to receive my sectional but it was worth the wait. The store manager and Julia were very nice and Julia kept me updated on my order.

Jeremy at Corporate and Ben (Manager at Pelham location) were amazing through this process. They were patient and INCREDIBLE on communication. Always fast to call back or email, always available to talk on the phone. With COVID, things on shipping are crazy for everyone - they worked to get us what we wanted and needed through the process. I was on the phone with these guys almost weekly, never made me feel like anything but a brand new customer. Besides all that.... you cant beat their pricing! Highly recommend.

COMPLETELY and absolutely surprised at the size and quality of merchandise!! Julie was our sales person and was wonderful. Store front gives no indication of what a beautiful store is inside. I can only speak for my experience with the Pelham store, however Id HIGHLY recommend this store! They have good, quality furniture, thats well built and for a good, reasonable price!! Ask for Julie!! SHES AWESOME! Shes very knowledgeable! And by no means your typical pushy salesperson!! Shes right there when you have a question but doesnt ever try to push anything on you or pressure you into making a decision. We drove 40 minutes, went to numerous other furniture stores and found ourselves at Standard Furniture Pelham twice this month already and plan on going back tomorrow!

The saleslady was friendly, very helpful and not pushy. She facilitated a relaxed time while helping us picking out our new furniture.The store is clean, well-ordered, and not crowded. They set up a practical payment plan enabling us to pay off the furniture in less than a year at no interest.Delivery was on a rainy day. The men were very courteous, careful in narrow doorways, and cheerful .. no mud tracked in.. Assembly was fast and clean.I have recommended this store to my friends and family. Our daughter had a very successful and pleasant experience, too. Why shop elsewhere? These folks have been neighbors for many years.

Please go to Julie! She helps you in anyway that she can. She is very friendly and nice to customers. If the product is not in store, she goes beyond and checks to see if your product can be found online.

I have been waiting two and one half months for the delivery of my furniture. I will never order furniture that is not in stock again. How long should I wait?

Far too expensive for the area its in. Ridiculous prices for cheap furniture.

Prices marked up for sale. People did not seem real interested in selling anything.

I had bad service before . But the service here is the worst I have ever seen. I asked for the manager and they she didnt even want to go aout and talk about the problem .the just lost another customer. I will rather buy with they competition. 😡😡😡

Do not purchase an extended warranty from Standard as it is a scam. One of the two recliners we purchased in January 2016 slumped on the right side of the seat and the warranty people said it was normal wear and tear (after a year) even after their person told us the seat needed to be replaced. Manager at Standard said they would take care of it but we cant even get them to return our calls so Ill never purchase anything else from Standard. .
