Beautiful showroom, full of inspiration! I love a lot of their pieces and just ordered a sofa. The design consultants were so knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect fabric for my life(style). Excited to get my pieces in.

We bought a very beautiful and trendy coffee table from a Gabby distributor and less then a year later, the veneer finish on the top started bubbling up. After a few more months it was peeling and cracking off in full pieces. It looks terrible now and even super glue isnt helping. We reached out to Gabby with no response and the store where we purchased it said they would contact Gabby. Neither has offered to replace it or refund the money for a defective product. This was an $800 coffee table. I will never buy products from this store again which is very sad because I love the style. But the cheap materials and poor customer service are so disappointing!!

Omg! We ordered bar stools we love, but upon receiving them there was a hole in the box and we are missing only a couple small parts. We gave them the specifics of exactly what we needed, and they said that it would be ordered. This was on April 19th.It is now May 8, and they have given us all kind of excuses, even stating that the warehouse flooded (which later we learned was not true). Yesterday, they simply said that they didn’t ship it out, and would do so “ASAP.” We shall see… Meanwhile we have no Bar stool but they have our money.
