This was my favorite eye place. Called to re-order contacts to find out they are now owned by Pearle Vision and doesnt take my insurance. It would have been nice to be notified.They emailed my RX to me without the docs signature and now will continue to call till I can get someone to answer the phone. Must have a signature to order.

Order a pair of glasses from them on the 24th of April. Now almost 4 weeks later I have still not received those glasses. I was told the day that these were ordered it would only take a week for them to return, and that is clearly not the case. I paid for them in full on the day they were ordered. There has been no communication from them except when I call /talk to them directly. When I asked for a regional manager to contact me I have still not received a response from this person either.The reason for why the glasses have not returned is is because there is a delay, of course this was not spoken until the third week alone. With the customer service I have received from Pelham Ridge Eye Care I would not recommend doing business with them at all, or make sure you paid after the service has been completed!

Not your typical optometrist clinic. The optometrist only comes on Friday. Your eye exam is done by a technician. Contact lenses prices are higher than other clinic. The office is very clean and modern. No body wears a mask 😷.

He was so nice and so helpful and everything was so clean and great. He made the glasses in the back and I got them that day! Quickest I’ve ever gotten a pair of glasses and it’s awesome!

Dr. Fingerman was amazing with my very anxious 9 year old. He explained everything before he started and was so kind and patient.

I came to get glasses and the staff was so friendly especially Macie! Totally suggest coming here. Very clean and made my glasses same day! Definitely recommend!!

Horrible! Ordered contacts MONTHS ago. Everytime I call they say the contacts are on backorder. Which would be a mild inconvenience if they had given me a trial sample as they stated. When I was given the trial sample, it was negative 3 and negative .75. Which would have remedied the problem well enough, IF I WASNT A POSITIVE 3. I drove for FOUR HOURS wondering why my vision seemed worse with contacts in. The people seem very nice, and Im sure they are kind but they are BEYOND INCOMPETENT. If you want a quick and painless experience, this is NOT. THE. PLACE. If you want to constantly call, double check, and track your order and STILL not get what you need, theyre perfect.

My daughter and I have both had excellent experiences here! The doctors and staff are friendly and take their time in making sure all of our needs were met. I believe it is family owned. The facility is beautiful and clean and they have a good selection of affordable glasses. We will be back!

AnnaFaith was very helpful she helped me on picking out a pair of frames. The whole staff was very nice. Doctor Francisco was very informative and I feel as if I get a very thorough eye exam. Good selection of glasses and they even made my glasses the same day.
