Dont buy sunglasses here. Bought a pair a few months ago and the lenses are flaking. There are no scratches and is not due to negligence but defective lenses. Associate said they couldnt do anything but if I wanted to order prescription lenses for more money then they could help me. Wont be doing business here again.
Doctors are friendly. We went as a family, they mixed up our glasses and lost a pair. Every time I called I was told they would call me back but never did. Definitely won’t be returning.
Went in for eye exam. They pushed for me to get a set of bifocals. Nearly $700 for the glasses and they are out of focus and look like I am looking through a fisheye lens. Been multiple times and left many messages with no return call. They always tell me to try to wear them longer and maybe my eyes will get used to them instead of them trying to make them right. Have been going there for years but me and my family wont be back. Very disappointed.
Dr. Clark made a terrible decision to sale to My Eye Dr. For many years this was a great office for eye exams. Great doctors and great staff. Not now though. They are rude and place you on hold for 10 minutes at a time. Are very reluctant to send records to another ere care provider. Took three calls and finally got someone on the phone. Not a pleasant experience at all. I would advise anyone going to this office to proceed with caution.
Just want to give a big shout out to this office and Lee in particular. She helped me in a dire situation when I was completely out of contacts. I had originally spoken to the Hoover office who ordered some for me but didnt have any I could get right away. When I asked the girl on the phone if she could check around, she said I would need to call around to each office on my own. So I called the Pelham office and Lee made sure I was able to get lenses that day, and told me what the Hoover office told me was not the correct policy and they are always supposed to call around on behalf of their patients. She really went above and beyond when the other office kinda left me feeling out in the cold. As someone who works in sales, I really appreciate when someone really works hard to help me. Thank you so much Lee!!!
My eye appointment was fine, my insurance didn’t cover frames this year so I opted to bring in my Oakley frames 3 weeks ago to have new lenses put in. I called Monday talked to someone about my glasses and was told they would call me back well it’s Been 4 days no call left messages the last 3 days now because no one will answer the phone or even return me messages. I want answers on where my glasses are please !!!!!!

I used the clinic for almost 15 years. When My Eye Care took over, they became disorganized and inefficient with both my vision care as well as my husband’s vision care. Last year, they called me at work asking where my husband was. I was panicked...I knew he was in their office...I was thinking the worst. They confused their records. He was in a room seeing one of their doctors while calling me to ask why he left the waiting room. Today, they told me I had to see a new doctor because mine no longer worked there. That is fine. The new doctor wouldn’t give me a particular test that I am required to have and HAVE had for the last 15 years. It was the reason for the appointment. They also tried to tell me I had not been there since 2004. I’ve been there every year sometimes multiple times per year for the last 15 years. When I asked where Dr. Williams went, they refused to tell me. There is more but I do not wish to post personal medical issues here.
I called on August 12th and made an appointment with the call center who actually scheduled me for August 6th, 2020 instead of August 13th 2020. After getting there and waiting a few minutes, a rep came out, got me and directed me to the front desk where another young lady was able to find out what happened. She explained the call center made a mistake in scheduling me and advised I could see another doctor, but it wouldnt be for another hour or so. Initially I started to cancel the appointment altogether, but I decided to take it since I had already taken off work. I came back at the advised time and I am so glad I did. The tech assisting Dr. Perry was very informative, kind, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Perry was just the same. I felt at ease and was able to ask questions and receive very detailed answers from him. After my exam, the optician Sescily was very helpful with explaining my insurance coverages as well as very hands on while letting me try on frame after frame. I felt like I was important from the beginning of the appointment to the very end. The office is very clean and COVID-19 measures were taken with every single person (including myself) coming in and out of office. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I cannot wait to get my new glasses I purchased! I only gave 4 stars because if the mix up with the appointment time. The staff definitely made up for the mix up.
They do not answer the phone. If you need their help, forget it because they will not answer.
After almost 2 month of been waiting on an order and not having any information about it we had to cancel order, now they wanted to make me wait also on the refund, they said only way the could do it was in a form a check from corporate office, finally after i little back and for the decided to credit my debit card back(which they initially said no way possible).We use to have no problems when they were Pelham Eye Care, but now as My eye Dr, not good
I visited Pelham Eye Care this past Saturday. This was my first Saturday visit, and I really appreciate the Saturday hours. The office staff was super-friendly, and the optometrist assistant efficient and kind. I saw Dr. Justin Smith, who was professional but personable. It was a bit longer after my appointment time in the waiting room before I was taken back then I liked, but once back, the whole visit was over within an hour yet felt thorough. Positive experience; recommended!
I have had to drop in twice for corneal ulcers from leaving my contacts in too long. This is a very painful condition. Both times they got me in quickly, treated me with kindness. Highly recommend.
I have been a patient of Pelham Eye Care for many, many years andhave always had the best possible professional experience with thedoctor and the office staff. I will go no other place for my eye exams. Dr. Clark is not only my familys eye specialist, he is a true friend. Five stars

I went in for a problem visit and had an appointment a few days later for my exam. The problem did not take long at all so they went ahead and did it all while I was there. Very nice and helpful!
I have been taking my kids here for 15 years. Yesterday was our first experience since changing to My Eye Dr and I was not impressed at all. The front desk staff was very rude and preferred to talk amongst themselves rather than assist me at sign in. The Dr. we saw was new and she clearly did not know what she was doing, even touched the eye drop bottle to my sons eye when putting in drops. Unfortunately we will now be searching for a new eye dr for our family of 5.
Everyone in the office is pleasant to deal with. They are flexible, great facility and go above and beyond to make sure that your vision is perfect. Great job!

Got there at 10:40 am for an 11 am appointment at 11:37 no one had even addressed me to tell me the doctor was running late or behind. Went to the receptionist to cancel and tell her i would not be back and they showed no concern
If I could have given zero or negative stars I would have. Very racist establishment. I went with my children when they had Medicaid and they were very ugly and only showed a very limited selection of frames. I decided to return and give them a second chance ( I thought maybe it was me the first time). I returned a couple of years later with private insurance and was treated the same way. They told me I couldnt order my son Ray-ban frames with my type of insurance. Went right to Schaffer the same day and ordered the same Ray-ban frames with my type of insurance.
Excellent customer service. Dr. Christi Hill is awesome.
