Robert worked hard to help me find the right paint color that I needed and was able to perfectly match what I was looking for. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well.

I brought in a paint sample from another company and they matched it perfectly. Ryan was super helpful.

Moved into a 12 year old home but there was no touch up paint and it didnt require repainting the entire house. Tried multiple times to get the color right from Home Depot but just couldnt get the color right or the gloss. My walls had so many spots. Thought about just giving up getting the touch up paint and re-paint the entire house but found this store. There is an expert named Robert whom his colleague says know everything there is to know about paints. He didnt mind spending a very long time with me trying to get the right color from a small sample I brought in. At the end, when I got the paint and brought it home, it was a 100% match of this color that is not a standard color. I cant say how much I appreciate this store and especially Robert. If you need any help with finding the right color, I really do think he is the expert in town. Believe me, I was pretty desperate hoping to find the perfect match. Go and ask for him.

Outstanding high quality experience.My wife and I visited today were looking for ideas for exterior paint colors. They were really helpful in helping us identify colors and gave us a color palette book to take home. We purchased some small samples and were discussing how to paint and display, and the manager Robert kindly offered to, and then took the time to paint these for us on small cardboard blocks, and gave us plenty of good common sense advice. Their service was entirely professional and respectful. I would not hesitate to go back there again for any of my painting needs. Thanks Robert and team for your help today.

I came in to get more paint because the client didn’t get enough. Sonia first helped me and had great customer service and I could tell really cares. Robert as well has always helped me out and shows me new products to help me out. Best customer service I’ve had in 10 years.

I have gone to this location almost weekly over the past month. I am painting my home walls, kitchen cabinets, and concrete floors. Robert and Ryan always take the time to provide me step by step instructions and insure that I get the right materials. I will never purchase paint from any other store.

I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am about my positive experience working with Ryan McCovey at this PPG location. A couple years ago I went there to pick up a ‘touch-up’ gallon of ‘White Diamond’ and apparently they change their color ingredients because the paint didn’t match the walls at all. I ended have to paint the room an entirely different color (not good)!! I had other walls that needed to be touched-up and I wanted to give this store another shot and I was blessed for acting on my God driven instinct. Ryan was able to figure out they added a ‘violet’ color tone to the previous 1 gallon I purchased back in 2017. Now, I was still skeptical but I proceeded to touch a full wall with the paint Ryan mixed and it matched perfectly!! Having the right paint color saved me money and time! Extremely unprofessional. RUDE AND SEXIST !!!Our first visit to this store was a month ago to get paint for a house we just bought. The previous owner left the old paint cans behind with the paint brand,manufacture color code, and this store address. So we thought it would be a done deal, walk in, show the old can and get an EXACT match to touch up the wall after we had A SMALL drywall repair done. WRONG !!!!!! They sold us a $40 gallon (because the said they would not do samples) and of course the paint didnt match. The color code, and brand was wrong.... When we returned it, one associate said we showed him a different can and then the Manager ROBERT said paint colors change over time, Only after making a SEXIST joke at my wife.We demanded our money back, we were going to Home Depot to do theyre color match, but of course they could only give store credit.... And low and behold the Home Depot system worked!!!!We decided to used that store credit after a month of stewing over what happened, only to buy primer and a paint for a piece of furniture. Unfortunately we didnt get enough to cover the whole thing so we HAD to go back to buy more. When my wife returned they gave her attitude saying sarcastically that the paint might not match, and the paint were buying is NOT recommended for furniture..... even though one associate there told us to buy that one on the previous visit......GO TO HOME DEPOT.... Its cheaper, easier and more professional !!!
