Not from town and needed some sockets for a project and I came with my two littles while I shopped for the right socket the super sweet front counter lady took my babies back to get some popcorn and another kind employee helped me look for the sockets!! I 10/10 recommended everyone there is extremely nice and super helpful 💕

I recently had an extra key made for our house for one of our daughters and made the unfortunate mistake of going to Ace to have the key cut. We had to go back 2 additional times because the key they cut would not work. During the last visit, they inexplicably rekeyed my master key! So I was left with a new key that did not work as well as my original key that no longer worked! Thankfully, I was able to access our extra key so I could enter our house when I got home. I went to another long established hardware store in Pearland to fix the mess and within 10 minutes, I had new keys that worked perfectly on the first try.

Great prices and a clean location and I got to drop my package off so definitely no complaints here.

Very well kept an neat store for what I got to see of it;but I went there for propane an they have had it in stock every time I go for a refill. They also have tanks for sale to if you dont have your own ;they are kinda of pricey but they are there if your in a pinch an need one.

This store is awesome! The customer service is like no other service Ive seen anywhere from a hardware store in along time, if at anytime in my life. During the Texas Winter Storm of 2021, this store showed great service and did an excellent job in making sure customers had what they needed. They have a fantastic friendly team, who went above and beyond the call of duty, so much so, that they brought coffee out to guest waiting outside. Thank you for being awesome!!

I love it because. I buy the stuff that I need. And I get to use the Post Office. Because, I constantly write prisoners and preach them Jehovahs Witness Christian Ministry, both males and females in the T.D.C.J. Prison System. I was incarcerated for 4 years thats where I met God and Jesus Christ and I learned about the Angels in the heaven. So, its like a One-Stop shop for me. I recommend this place to everyone the( post office is very, very helpful and respectful and attend to your needs quickly!)

Not sure what was going on with the manager and the associate behind the lumber counter giving everyone a hard time and being rude when asking for help. I went in to purchase a dewalt flashlight that was on sale on ACE website. When I asked the associate behind the counter to assist removing the security tag so i could purchase the light he just stared at me and said where. Unfortunate when I went to the front register is was ringing up the original price. They asked me to head back to the lumber counter so they can assist me with adjusting the price like on their website. The same guy assisted me and looked very upset if they would price match ACEs website price (same store). he walked off to the back and came back minutes later with a tone and said NO we are not going to match it. I politely asked May i know why. He said their inventory is low and they cannot price match. Craziest thing ive heard. Luckily there was a positive female associate who was able to assist me with no attitude. after i went back into my car and placed the order for the light online. I hope it all goes well for those guys and life gets better for them so no other customer has to have their day ruined by disgruntled employees.

Honestly, initially wasnt exactly happy with something from the store here, but the company over all is solid . Just had a small problem I reported in a survey and the CEO got in touch went above and beyond to make sure things were sorted - you dont see that too much these days so basically - trust in ACE.

5 stars for Gabe, he is the true MVP! I have visited this location multiple times and have received great service. Today I call and was unhappy with the fact no one wanted to search for a specific product. One person transferred me to another person after saying there wasn’t anyone in that department to help me. The second person didn’t want to look either. He said we can order and it will take a week for you to get it. I asked is it best that I come to the store as it appears no one wants to look without my being there. His response yes. I come in and Gabe provided outstanding service per usual. While I didn’t appreciate the laziness of the two employees over the phone, I am satisfied with Gabes service.

Bought my first Traeger Grill here and I loved the experience! Service staff was so professional and guided me through the various accessories for the grill and gave me advice on what exactly to get based on my needs. It was swiftly delivered by a very helpful gentleman who gave me tips and advice on my first fire up and how to maximize the efficiency of the grill. This ACE is a platinum Traeger dealer so they have every type of pellet and all the Traeger extras. I’ll definitely be coming back often for pellets and any other hardware needs!

The lumber here almost brought tears to my eyes after digging through the piles at the big-box stores. Seriously, their worst 2x4s were better than Home Depots best ones. All of the employees (I spoke to 4 or 5) were helpful and nice. I will definitely come back here in the future. If I could give this store 6 stars, I would.

Largest one Ive been to so far. But some items are a little overpriced. You can find some of the same things at hobby lobby for less. But when they have a sale there really great sales.

Nick Page is excellent!!! I did my research and finally decided to buy a Traeger Grill. Mr. Page was very knowledgeable on the product and helped me choose the perfect grill. Mr. Page offered to assemble and deliver the grill at no extra charge. He did keep his promise and has continued to give me and my wife outstanding customer service. I had a couple of issues with my grill initially, Mr. Page responded immediately with return calls and or email in regards to my concern. Wow what a store! So huge for a Ace hardware and lots of things to choose from. But I did find it kind of hard to find someone to help me cut glass when I needed a glass pane. But the store was very well maintained and had a lot of things. I love Ace hardware more than Lowes or home Depot so when I come across one this cool I have to give it credit

Went to get a key cut for my car. service was fast, friendly and the key worked great. Best yet the charge was just over $2.00. cant beat that at the dealership.

Best REAL hardware store in Pearland. A bit pricier than the big box stores, but the employees are friendly, curteous, knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. Also has a real lumber yard for the serious jobs you may have.

I needed paint mixed to match current exterior wood work and the employee took steps to try several times to get the exact match. He was also helpful in finding calk and wood filler that the contractor wanted. Outstanding products and outstanding service!
