I needed a one man gas powered auger to replace a fence between my yard and a neighbors so I checked both of the big box stores. They did not have them in their stores, I even went to one of them to order one, they couldnt figure out how to order it off their own website. My wife thought of Harbor Freight. The one in Pearland had it in stock and a larger size bit. The people that waited on us were very helpful

I may be female but I need tools just as much as the next guy and price is definitely a factor for me and when I think that I need to buy a tool or product most often I start with harbor freight. I had questions and had planned on asking somebody eventually about something in the store while I was browsing and somebody had come up to me and asked me if I needed help but it wasnt overbearing it in my face and that was very much appreciated. So I continue to shop there and if I cant find what I need there then I move on but otherwise great place.

Very clean and orderly. Had what I wanted at a reasonable price. I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I told her what I needed, and she had everything ready for me to check out by the time I got through shopping, and she had it ready for me at the loading dock to put in my truck. Her name was Victoria and I think she deserves recognition and a big kudos!

This place gots some heavy duty equipment. Its the 1st time I saw a 30 ton hydraulic bottle jack here, the highest I ever saw was 20 ton. Got an aluminum speed square for $3.00, some 10 inch nippers for $6.40, a mini-lantern for $7.00 and a file for $3.50. They got air sprayer equipment, stuff that I sometimes never see like the special tools to remove vehicle windshields and inside door panels. I like the light switches you just stick up and will give off light like 4 bucks.

Like many others in the Brazoria County area, my husband, toddler and I lost power due to hurricane/TS Nicolas last night. When we called our electricity provider we were quoted to not have power restored until Friday at 6pm, being that its Tuesday, we find ourselves in need of a generator. We loaded up and drove AN HOUR to this store because it specified that there were several in stock in Pearland. We arrive and my husband was told that no, they have none in stock, that the website will count display generators as in stock items. This is more of a corporate issue than this specific location, but regardless, its absolute garbage, especially when people are involved in a natural disaster situation. Luckily for us we ran to Lowes and they had one in stock that we were able to obtain.Please do yourself a favor and call before driving out. If anything head to Lowes or Home Depot with a hope and a prayer 🤞🏻Best of luck.Ps. Included are two screenshots of two generators we were looking to buy, as you can see they say In Stock at Pearland TX...

Dave and his team were so friendly and went out of their way, even slightly after store hours to help me assemble a hitch basket. Even sparing me a tool I didnt have to complete my assembly. Thanks Dave, TJ, and the Mexican American brother didnt catch his name but, solid support and help from them boys.

Been here several times. They have some really good deals, but you need to be able to tell the good stuff from the not so good. Ive generally been happy with my purchases.

Should it be 0 stars to the web site and the store, wanted to buy a generator that i saw it was in stock at this store and I called to make sure they had it and the lady told me they had one, got to the store 30 minutes after and said they dont have it,, talked to manager and the same thing, their only answer was we dont have, very disappointed

Its Harbor Freight, no complaints. They will have parts that you cant find in other retail hardware stores.

I really like Harbor Freight Tools. Ever since about a year-and-a-half ago when they started introducing new lines of tulle their quality has gone up. They recently stepped up their game by making it so that if you are a member of the ITC you dont actually have to bring in coupons it will just automatically charging the correct price based on your phone number.

Incompetent and inconsiderate. Called to check stock on work bench, drove 45 min and then told oops their mistake, the only one they have is the floor model.

The shelves were stocked, and the prices great even though I forgot my coupons. But the service was hard to find. I needed a hand with a product on the shelf and waited 10 minutes to ask a passing clerk and none showed. The checkout line was not too long but took forever for all the processing and authorization needed for each customer. Two checkouts would have helped.

Picked up work gloves and soaker hoses. Great deal!

I was confronted with an empty shelf for what I came to get. Could not find an available associate as they all seemed to be around the busy registers. I then ordered what I wanted and paid around 6.00 for shipping. That worked out well and the items showed up in several days.

Very helpful staff were willing to replace my airless no questions asked because I had the warranty and Im a loyalty rewards member if youre going to shop there on a regular basis I recommend becoming a little loyalty rewards member because you can take things back without a receipt and they can look up your information and you get discounts

Useful tools and equipment for the do-it-yourselfers that cant justify the expense other tools and equipment on the market demand, especially if tools and equipment will be used occasionally. Some of the items I have purchased for less than rental on a comprable item from tool rental companies. They do have higher quality industrial-grade tools and equipment as well. These higher quality items are also reasonably priced relative to like quality items from big name brands. They have a hassle-free return and warranty replacement policy. Gloves mask tarps and moving blankets are price low enough to keep on hand in the event they are needed. Items like gun safe and other household items are priced lower than any I have found elsewhere. I wouldnt have a gun safe except that I could afford the one Harbor Freight sales at around $300, compared to $1,000 for comprable safe found elsewhere.

You already know this is a cheap place, dont expect amazing quality tools if you are paying the cheapest. I recommend the non electrical tools like hammers, rags, air hoses, etc.

I love Harbor Freight, but I really don’t like the Pearland store. It’s hard to get an associate to help me find tools that I need. This location needs to be more like the Webster store. I called corporate and they told me a manager would get back to me but they never did. That was almost two months ago. I went there once again and with no surprise, their customer service is in the gutter. From now on I’ll have to rethink whether or not I will continue to spend my money Gerry.

What a place! My wife this morning went by after her night shift at the hospital. They reserved a shop towel recommended as a facemask insert. Shop wisely. Some tools from there are decently made and for the non professional will last a long time. Others will brake on you in just a few uses. If you are skeptical about the tool, walk away. Great place for consumables like tape, zip ties etc. Their bower line is surprisingly good. Ive also used many wrenches and sockets with much satisfaction. Do your homework and you will be happy

Pearland is under mandatory mask wearing for Associates AND customers. Most customers not wearing mask and store not enforcing this. Other wise service was o.k. wont be back until this is over.
