Been here about 5 or 6 times and every time I get good deals and staff always make you feel welcomed

The staff at the store are extremely unprofessional. They are dishonest, lacking integrity, and respect for their customers. Specially Chris the main gun sales person. He will act friendly while lying to you and trying to do what’s only in his own self interest. I’ve had him do this to me on multiple occasions, on one of them the store manager had to step in to correct the situation. This person has little to no integrity. I spoke to some higher-ups and although polite they did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. There’s too many other good competitors in the area to give any business to a place that doesn’t appreciate it. If I could give them -5 stars I would.

Store is organized and clean. I was greeted and helped by by Jose L. At this store the ambiance was smooth. Other shops have loud music and unable to hear. Jose was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely return.

Zachary helped me on 1-13; he was great. I know what I want and today I had a question. Most of the time, there are plenty of employees to help. However, Ive tried to call today with my question, no one answers the phone. Obviously they need more employees at least someone to pick up the phone and acknowledge they will try to get to you. If someone had answered the phone, Id have given them 5 stars.

Had a handgun transferred here from an online gun store. Was a little frustrated at first because I knew they received it the day I went to pick it up and was told by the owner that it had not been logged into the system yet. I was upset and called the corporate office and told them about the situation the next morning. Less than an hour later, I received a call from the manager of the store who told me that my item was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, I was waited on immediately and the store manager explained to me that he has several people in the store the day before and just didnt have time to handle me the night before. Which, in retrospect, was absolutely understandable given the fact that there were 5 people in the store and they were closing in 30 minutes. Everyone there was extemely nice to me and I was able to talk with the manager for a long time one on one. I can honestly say that Mr. Terry is a very professional, honest and sweet-hearted man. I will definitely use MoneyMart again. God Bless them for their great customer service.

Rude people. Fully taking advantage of being the only Pawn Shop in this area. This is the type of place that really gives a bad reputation for all Pawn shops. Go down the street into Friendswood. Its worth the drive. Treat people like you want to be treated. Most people were taught that as children.

Guy took my gold ring that had zero knicks to my knowledge and handled it like garbage throwing it around. It also fell off the machine that weighs the gold. Then an insult as to the price. Dont waste your time. No wonder this place is often empty.

Went here today on a tool & gun hunt. Not the first time in the store but a noteworthy visit because of the rude guy working here. Mr Red-Head Freckles is an a*s. Purchased 20 DVDs. Prices were great (hence the 2nd star) but several were scratched badly. I asked if there was an exchange if they didnt play and he proceeded to lecture me on what a great deal I was getting so I shouldnt ask for so much. A good deal on trash is money thrown away, Wise Guy. No courtesy was offered for my business after purchase only pushy hard-sell on other stuff. This shop is in a nice neighborhood where the surrounding clientele are decent people not in an area where people are looking for quick cash to score crack. You dont treat your customers like theyre beneath you for asking questions. I think Ill find some place else.

Very bad service.I called in advance so I wouldnt drive over there for nothing. And when I got there, they said they dont take the item Im trying to pawn. I told them I talk to them over the phone, and they said they would take it. THIS HAPPEN TO ME TWICE. The manager is also very rude. Very bad business. I wont ever go to this location again, Id rather search for another pawnshop in my area.
