I called last Saturday to get information about a mattress I saw online. Calvin answered the phone and answered all my questions. I stated I was going to stop by later that day. When I arrived I was greeted by Kelsey who already knew what I was there for. She showed us the mattress and helped is checkout. She told me my mattress would arrive Monday which it did. I arrived Monday to pick up the gentleman who assistant me took the mattress and placed them in my car. The process was so easy and fast and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will def come back.

Needed a good deal on a twin bed and they had a great price. Got a foam mattress with metal platform frame. Within 10 days 3 bolts and washers fell out of the frame. Our nephew doesnt weigh more than 150 lbs so I called the store frustrated and disappointed with the fancy new style of frame. They asked us to come in and discuss how they could fix the problem. Jon, out original sales guy offered a regular frame for free and a reduced price box spring. As it turns out, we need a double for when my brother visits so we upgraded to a double and Jon gave us a good deal on the mattress and still gave us the frame for to make up for the defective twin platform frame. They are going to pick up the old mattress, sanitize it, and resell at a discount which made me feel better. Jon did did a good job helping us navigate the situation while still saving us money. Id go here again for a bed.

Clayton Haley really took the time to show us various mattresses & the differences. He has incredible customer service. My husband & I are so happy with the mattress we purchased. The mattress has really helped our back problems. We were also very pleased with the bundle of protector, sheets, and cooling pillows. Like Clayton mentioned, pillows really do make a difference.

I told him what we were looking for, which was a mattress for the guest bedroom and he pointed us in the direction of some awesome deals. He was very patient and took the time to explain the difference in the memory foams. Honestly, I was not intending on purchasing a memory foam, but a regular mattress with springs. Im glad he was able to make this purchase painless and not one time did I feel pressured to purchase.

The whole process was pretty easy and affordable. I am on the process of moving and called with questions and John helped me over the phone and when I arrived. I bought a mattress, box spring, 2 pillows and a mattress protector, which most everything I received a discount up to half price & was on my way home within a few hours. My son had purchased a mattress at MattressFirm in Pearland and was very pleased with it. Knowing that I was in need of a new one he recommended that I stop by the store there and just look at what they had to offer. My wife and I visited the store on 1/27/20, just to get more information about the type of mattress my son had, but not necessarily ready to purchase. The store manager, Clayton Haley, helped us and was very courteous, patient and extremely helpful. He was ably to answer all of our questions with facts, no high pressure sales whatever. He made no recommendations unless asked but left us free to make our own choice. We decided to make the purchase and again he worked with us to try to help us save as much as possible. I really needed a new bed. I decided to go to Mattress firm since my neighbors recently bought a bed there. I was the only customer in the store and spent over 2 hours with the sales guy. He was very good at explaining all the differences in all the beds I tried out. He also did not rush me snd was very patient with my laying down for a long time on the final two beds. This location and staff were awesome. They do their very best to keep you within you budget because they actually listen. That’s something so simple to do, but lacks that in other stores. I felt at ease, and not pressured one bit.? I’m grateful bc this is a gift from my sister to my nephew. He’s will be the big 25 in August! I went to mattress firm today looking for a specific type of mattress, Clayton was exceptional at showing me just what I wanted and nothing that I didnt (which I love). I ended up getting the beautyrest hybrid which i hope i will love.

My husband and I walked into Mattress Firm to browse. James happened to be working and helped us; he was the perfect salesman. Not pushy, at all. Partly the reason we went from browsing to buying so quickly. He gave us so many options, worked up an order and let us know to reach out if we had any questions. I actually followed up with him after we did some research on the mattress we were looking at. We ended up moving forward with a completely different option and he made the entire experience easy, and without pressure. He gave me updates the day of delivery tracking it, checked on us and followed up to make sure we were still happy. I can’t say enough about how pleasant of an experience it was. I loved that he wasn’t pushy. And did an excellent job helping us stick in our price range and explore options. He was accommodating and patient with our kids while we completed the order.
