I HIGHLY recommend this location. If you go in, ask for Zack! He took really great care of us and was honest (was not only about the sale. Even suggested we get something cheaper than what we were thinking due to practicality)! He went above and beyond to add an item to our order the next day instead of taking the easy route and making us a new ticket which would not have been under the 60 month financing! It took him almost an hour!Again, I HIGHLY recommend!

Five star service! I’ve never purchased a mattress from here before but I will from now on. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I shopped around for a week before I decided to make my purchase. Well worth the wait. Zac was awesome!

Our sales rep was sketchy when telling us his sales pitch. He told us that he has a certain mattress fr 5 years and he is loving it and then he said he has another mattress that goes up and down and loves that. His stories didnt match up with made us not trust his word at all.He kept pressuring us to sign a form and make the delivery date, when we said we were going to think about it. I felt uneasy leaving that experience.

We came here twice, once to come and see what we liked, think about it, and then second was to purchase what we chose. Lance was our sales rep, and all the other guys there were great, but Id personally recommend asking for Lance because he will take care of you and make sure you get the best deal! My visit was a few days ago, I wanted to see what the complete experience would be like, after delivery and set up. My experience started with being greeted by Lance the second I walked through the door, I went in just wanting to shop around and to do more research on the mattress I wanted. I was leaning towards the purple hybrid, but I wanted to try out a few mattress. I told lance how I slept and what my sleeping problems were, he gave me three recommendations (none of which were the most expensive, I never got the feeling like he was trying to sell me anything, that was a pleasant surprise). I walked out that day buying the mattress I wanted. After delivery and set up, both of the delivery guys wore masks and glove with shoe covering and were extremely respectful. Thank you Lance and mattress firm for a very unforgettable experience!

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. TraShaunda worked with me and found the bed that met all my needs. Additionally, she worked hard to find one that could be delivered to my house within 4 days! I got word Sunday afternoon that relatives were coming in on Friday and I’m in the middle of a move. I wasn’t sure I could get a bed but she was focused! We tried 4/5 beds and on the last one she said do you want it delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. Unbelievable! Best experience with salesman Montana. Walked in with a sore back, walking very carefully. He showed us a bed that had zero gravity position and when I got off, felt supper good. No pain and could stand up straight. With history of lumbar surgery and have a bulging disc that acts up almost everyday realized I couldnt live without that bed.

She was knowledgeable patient and actually cared about us getting the right mattress for our needs. find a mattress is not easy because you dont get to sleep on it before you take it home. My experience with Mattress Firm in Pearland was refreshing. The people there were comforting and careful to fill my needs for a good mattress which met my needs. When I went to the I had a great back problem. My lower back was very pain. After working with the staff and testing the mattress my back felt so much better within about 20 minutes. This is the bed I am getting (queen size), and the pillow I am not getting (mom bought it for herself). In all seriousness, Ben really helped me pick out a bed that fits the type of sleeper that I am. As an Ivy League student and athlete, I spend countless hours studying or working out, so the amount of sleep that I do get is very important. This bed is perfect for me.

If anyone is looking for a new mattress, please go to Mattress Firm at the Crossing at 288 and ask for Lance! We purchased a sleep number bed and returned it since it’s not the bed for us. We went to Matress firm and finally decided on a sealy hybrid mattress and can’t wait for it to deliver!! Lance was so patient, understanding and helpful thru the process. We visited him multiple times over the course of 3 months before making a decision. Each time, he was more than willing to go above and beyond to be certain our needs were met. We’re greatly appreciative of Lance and highly recommend him.

We had a great experience with the Mattress Firm in Pearland. We bought one of their Hybrid adjustable frame beds and we believe we will love it.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in on Sunday and the customer service was amazing. The sales rep was very nice and attentive. Of course he is a sales rep so of course they try to sale the most expensive mattress and adjustable bed frame first which is fine because I usually don’t have my mind made up about what I really want until I am in the moment. However I did request a mattress and box spring because I just don’t think I am into the adjustable bed frames. Plus the reviews I had read on the L300 were extremely lackluster. I guess my request for the box spring fell on death ears because I was never shown any nor were any suggested to me... only the adjustable. I didn’t feel like arguing so I just went with it even though i could have saved $400. If I don’t like the adjustable I will just trash it and buy a box spring SOMEWHERE ELSE! Unfortunately most of the mattresses that I liked were unavailable and would not be delivered until December. Not the store’s fault. I did find one I liked. Has ok reviews but I am willing to give it a try. I was told it could be delivered on Wednesday. I requested delivery on Thursday since my new bed would be delivered on Wednesday. I didn’t want the mattress to arrive before the bed. Sooooo 4 days later my new bed is in and all set up and beautiful! Star Furniture got it there right at 12:00pm on Wednesday and they called me the day before as promised and gave a 4 hour window of 12-4. Because I got my bed from the clearance center they use an independent delivery service so I didn’t even pay for the delivery until after they arrived and took down my old bed and set up the new one and they hauled off the old one as well. On Wednesday I never got the call from Mattress Firm to narrow down the 9-5 delivery window. Of course I took the whole day off so anytime was fine but I wanted to run out and vote and run errands so I logged on to the track my delivery only to find the delivery had not been routed. I tried to use chat and no agents were available. I called the 800 and no one answers so I had to wait until 10am to call the store. I called and come to find out they told me I had a $66 balance and delivery cannot be done with a balance. I was told the balance would be removed but I would not get delivery until Friday😡 . That sucks!!!!!! I could have paid any balances when I was there on Sunday. I paid the amount I was told so I don’t even know where the $66 came from. I wasted a day off work and no one bothered to call and tell me I had a balance which I would have been happy to pay! Instead they just don’t deliver and you have to call and hunt down your item, but they sure don’t mind charging the delivery fee up front! I bet if they charged it at delivery drop off they would have called me to straighten up that $66 balance. I should have purchased the mattress at Star Furniture when I got my bed. The main reason I didn’t is because mattress stores usually have better deals. I guess you live and learn. I won’t be purchasing here anymore and if my mattress and adjustable frame aren’t delivered tomorrow I will be requesting a refund and going back to Star. I am willing to pay more for guaranteed services and promises.

We went the first weekend of opening back up to purchase an adjustable base and mattress. We were told due to the pandemic (understanding) it would be delivered in the next 10 days. That day came and no delivery, then I was told the mattress was delayed and it would be delivered within that week Friday or Saturday. Again, nothing! Finally, my husband had to go in person and see what was going on as we were being promised our delivery. They delivered the base the next day Sunday and we thought since we have platinum delivery they would uninstall and install for us like stated in that service. The delivery men said they didnt remove anything so there goes my husband rushing to unscrew the previous bed frame. And finally today (another 10 days later) our mattress has been delivered and the men just left the heavy mattress on our living room floor because they werent even suppose to bring it inside but since they saw me and thought she cant carry it they did me that favor and said I would need help to take it upstairs. This is the worst service as we apparently paid for the service. The store says one thing the delivery men say something else! Worst experience ever! Its a damn shame to tell you customers one thing and having a different outcome.
