We went in to just try a Purple mattress but Aaron took time with us to show us other options and listened to what we liked we found a great mattress and adjustable base. We didnt think we wanted an adjustable base but when Aaron did the demo it was super nice and sold us right away. I would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to buy a mattress!

We had a great experience with Brian purchasing our new mattress and adjustable base. We usually prefer to shop around more but felt great about Brian answering all of our questions; he seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We made our decision that same day and are confident that we made the right decision. We did have a follow up question to which the store manager Will answered happily. I sort of knew what kind of mattress I wanted, but the sales woman really helped narrow down my decision by really offering her knowledge of mattress selections. Ive visited plenty of mattress firm locations but this store is by far the best. All the staff is really nice and knowledgeable; and not afraid to ask each other for help if needed. I never felt like they were winging it or telling me whatever I wanted to hear just to get the sale. That was very important to me. Really dont like being bluffed to just so they can get my money. If youre looking for honesty, mattress knowledge, and a great customer experience - this is the place.

Will was awesome and totally hooked us up. My girlfriend and I had recently used a friends massage chair and decided we needed to start looking for one of our own. I came across an ad on Facebook marketplace and sent a message to get more details. From the get go Will was totally straightforward and let me know that he would get me the best deal possible. When we went into the store, Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and he told us about all of the unique features of each chair. We never felt even a little bit of pressure from Will. He seemed to genuinely want us to find what would be best for us. Our chair will be delivered tomorrow and I cant wait. Rest and relax is a great store and Will is a huge reason why. If we ever buy another chair we will definitely purchase it from Will and you should do the same!

We had an amazing experience here! Looking for a new mattress can be overwhelming but Will and Victor made it so easy. Victor explained all the important features and helped us determine what we needed, and Will helped entertain our toddler while we tried things out. They were so friendly, attentive, and genuine. I simply cannot express how much I did not want to shop for beds. However, my aching back made it a requirement. I stepped into the Rest & Relax store & was cheerfully greeted by Wil, who took my lemons & made gourmet lemonade. He listened & found the bed that would be perfect for my hubby & I. I was fortunate to be shopping during a big sale & he was able to come up with the most affordable price I could have imagined. I even went to another store & got a similar price, but in the end it was Wil’s personality that led me back to his store. Bravo to Wil & I will be a customer for life!

Rest & Relax by Mattress Firm in pearland was an absolutely great place to purchase my mattress from! The customer service was excellent and Kyle Parsons was outstanding to us! I really recommend this place to everyone!

William was my Sales associate. I never give my opinion on google but he deserves a 5 star rating for the details and deal he set up for me on my new bed. Unlike most stores with pushy salesmen, he just let me relax and gave me a lot of time to think about my purchase. Highly recommend to purchase a bed there.

I purchased a new mattress at the West Pearland Store. It was scheduled to be delivered on 3-24-16. I was told I would receive a call to give me a window on the 3-23-16. I never received a call and assumed the product would be delivered as scheduled. That was where my first mistake was. I took the day off to be there when the delivery arrived. I called Mattress Firm delivery number at 7:50 pm to find out what was going on. I was told theyd check on it and call me back. I never heard back. I received my first call from them at 9:31pm. It was and automated system stating they were on their way. I had been there all day and could not stay any longer as I decided to go to work for a night shift. The next I went into the West Pearland store to ask to cancel. Stephen was the salesperson there and I felt he did all in his power to help me. His area manager who he spoke to twice is another story. Instead of them trying to make things right the only thing they wanted were theyre pillows back which at first they said were non-returnable. ( still new in box) Stephen while on the phone with his area manager had said the order had been canceled and that was it. I thanked him and left the store. When he told me the pillows were not returnable I assumed they were having me keep them for my inconvenience. I was also told I needed to contact the finance company I used and cancel as well. When calling the finance company I was told the transaction could not be completed as Mattress Firm now wanted back the pillows that were supposedly non-returnable. I felt I was being jerked around and taken advantage of with the situation. I once again returned to the West Pearland Store where Stephen again called his area manager. I requested the contact info for the district manger as I had now lost faith and confidence in the area manger to do the right thing. I was declined the number for the district manger and was told the area manager would call me in 20 minutes. I write this email 10 hours later and have heard nothing. Thats customer service for you from Mattress Firm in the Pearland Town Center.

Kyle and Victor gave my husband and I a warm welcome and were incredibly helpful. We came in unsure of what exactly we needed but certain that a new California King mattress was a must. We bought an Intellibed indigo cooling mattress with an revery 9t adjustable base and they helped us get all of our financing in order quickly and helped us save over $1000! On such a big purchase that was a huge help!

I visited Rest & Relax in Pearland searching for the perfect birthday gift for my dad. Usually while I am out shopping, Im generally ignored because Im younger and I dont prefer to dress up on the weekend. This was not the case at this store. Dean came up to me right away and assisted me with the entire process. I wasnt sure if a massage chair was the right present or which one to choose. Dean not only helped me with the features of each one, he went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was phenomenal. I told him exactly what I needed and he made sure that all of those needs were met.The one thing that I was concerned about was delivery. I came in on Saturday and my dads birthday was on Super Bowl Sunday. Im the worst at last minute shopping. I wasnt sure if they would be able to deliver on time. Boy was I wrong. Dean made a call and guaranteed that it will be delivered the next day. Was it delivered on time? Yes, it was even delivered a couple hours early which was great. The delivery team was incredibly nice and helpful. They even cleaned up after themselves which is a plus.If youre looking for massage chairs, hot tubs, or mattresses, go to Rest & Relax in Pearland and ask for Dean! As soon as I am ready to purchase a new mattress, I am coming back because of the great experience I had!

My wife, daughter, and I just had a really great experience with Taylor over at the Mattress Firm. We just purchased a TempurePedic mattress, adjustable base, pillows, sheets, and mattress protector. She was very friendly and knowledgable, and did a great job explaining the nuances of the various mattresses and accessories. She also gave us plenty of space so that we had time to think about our purchase. I have bought several mattresses from The Mattress Firm over the years, but I always dread mattress shopping because you never know what type of sale person you will end up with and no one likes a lingering pushy sales person. If you want a good buying experience, I would highly recommend Taylor over at the Mattress Firm by Pearland Town Center.

I wish I could give Rest and Relax in Pearland 10 stars, especially the manager, Dean. Our mattress story begins with a horrible experience with Mattress Firm Kirby, where we had purchased a Purple 4 mattress. At the time of the sale, we explained we had a waterbed and asked if they would be able to dispose of it. Without hesitation, the sales person assured us Mattress Firm would pick up the waterbed mattress.A week later, when the delivery guys arrived 2 hours early, I went out and explained we were still emptying the waterbed mattress. He said it would be no problem for them to return at the scheduled time. As soon as the delivery people arrived the second time, the guys went upstairs, took one look at the mattress, and announced, “We don’t touch waterbed mattresses” because it was “against their policy”. Our waterbed mattress was not a problem when they sold us the mattress or when the delivery guys first arrived at our house and I mentioned emptying it, but they would not relent. At this point, the 2 bags holding the water were completely empty and had been removed from the mattress and rolled up. The only thing left was a light mattress shell and the two platforms holding the mattress. Since we could not remove the platforms ourselves, we could not take delivery of the new mattress, so the delivery guys left. When I called the Kirby store very irate, they offered an empty apology, but no solutions other than suggesting we ask Purple Heart to pick up the mattress.In desperation, I called Rest and Relax in Pearland and explained our situation to Dean, who was very kind and embarrassed for Mattress Firm. We purchased a Purple 4 from Rest and Relax and cancelled the sale with the Kirby store. Dean sent his own delivery people (not Mattress Firm delivery people) to our house the next Monday morning, just as he promised he would and even though it personally cost him $100. They picked up our old mattress and platform in 5 minutes.The day before and the day of the second scheduled delivery, we received three confirmations the Purple 4 was on the Mattress Firm delivery truck. A couple of hours before the delivery time, Dean called us and said the delivery company had just emailed him to say there were no Purple 4 mattresses on the truck after all. I was about to come unglued because I had many out-of-town guests who were about to arrive and everyone needed a bed. Dean told me he would personally load a Purple 3 mattress in his pickup truck and bring it to me the next day (Sunday). He said we could keep the Purple 3 until the Purple 4 arrived. I have no doubt he would have done that, but 2 hours later the delivery truck arrived with our Purple 4 mattress. No one knows how this happened, but we did not ask questions.Dean went well beyond what you would expect from a store manager to make sure we were taken care of. My husband and I have resolved to buy mattresses only from Rest and Relax from now on. I think Dean should be made CEO of Mattress Firm. They need someone to straighten them out, especially their delivery system.

Ian is FANTASTIC.This is his primary store but i worked with him at the pasadena location. Not only did he work to make sure i got the best mattress for my back, he worked to keep the price as low as possible. Even though i live in pasadena i will go to pearland to work with him!

Watch out!!! If you need replacement remote controllers; $150.00+Tax even though Reverie Co-in Michigan does not manufacture these remotes and has no stores in Texas!! Mattress Firm refused to help. Not a good place to do business! Beware!
