Large selection. Well organized and I got to choose a free gift since I spent over $50. This is a bit out of my way, but worth the travel. I checked them out on a recommendation from my stylist and I was not disappointed.

As a new resident to the area I was glad to see a beauty supply minutes away from my house. The female owner greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in the store. As I approach checkout at the counter I was not yet done because I was shopping for items behind the counter( lashes, earrings)etc., the male owner of the store was acting as if I was burdening him as he slams my items on the counter and mumbles under his breathe. He treated me as if my dollars had no value. I wish I would have read the reviews before going, next time I will take my self further down Cullen back to the HOOD an go to Beauty Empire, they value their customers.

I love this Beauty supply store the owner Is down to earth and knows what you need, doesn’t try to make you buy the most expensive items. Love him and his wife Open on Sundays a plus in my book

Courtesy matters. Respect matters. Treating people especially patrons with dignity MATTERS. This guy does not get it. I will not patronize this establishment anymore and I urge you to do the same! Fox Beauty is 100x better and only 3 min down Broadway. They are friendly, helpful, and treat you like they actually appreciate your business!

I am new to the area and I am looking for a beauty supply. I arrive at the store and the door is locked...? The owner swings open the door and walks away with out a greeting. I instantly feel like this is rude, but I decide to take a chance. My daughter and I walk inside and start looking around. A few minutes late a gentleman comes in and starts looking around. He approaches the owner and asks for a specific type of hair dye. The owner cuts the gentleman off mid sentence and tells him aisle five. The gentleman asks him to please listen while he explains what he is specifically looking for. The gentleman than says never mind don’t worry about and the owner says I won’t!!! I was completely shocked and decided to walk out behind the gentleman. We will never come back to this store and I encourage you to no longer patronize this store.

This person working not helpful asking forhairglue for wig he asked me what color I replied had white justran out he replies only have black pulls bottle tosses on counter says 1.00 I gave him a 5.00 hereplied no change took bottleput back behind counter and sat down watching TV wow Poor customer service which i told him why did you ask me color and then say all you had was black . NeverGo back

Great place.. The owner is so nice to me & husband.. Weve been coming here ever since they opened. We usually buy the same supplies every time but the owner ALWAYS gives me samples of products, which is awesome..

If i can give this place a lower rating I would give it a no star, when I walked in their they made me put my cup in the front my brother had leaned and the owner told him not to. He was fighting with a 12 year old and even told him Why you looking at me, you like me never again would I go their.

Very rude owners. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. Products are overpriced and some of the braid hair I was looking to purchase seemed to be much thinner than what Ive purchased before yet the price has increased by $2 more. I left without buying anything and I wont be returning.

My dad bought 2 boar bristle shaving brushes by accident yesterday. And we cant deal with anything pig related due to our religion so I went back today to exchange them for something else. The store owner rudely said no exchange or returns and walked off before I could say anything else. Hes very disrespectful. And quite frankly, was an a**. Never going back. Sallys Beauty Supply is a few minutes down Broadway too. Go there instead.

Never coming back here. The lady that works there was really sweet and helpful, but the guy who checked me out was so nasty and so rude. He needs to appreciate his customers and show a little more respect.

Wow wow wow i am so sad to have to stop doing any type of business here ive shopped at this location for at least 8 years and spent an average of $300 to $500 a month here for myself and children and will no longer shop here over $6.47 (2 nose rings) that were not put in my bag which the owner tied shut before i left the store. When i called to let him know they were not in the bag he told me too bad, not his fault, that i would find them in my car( mind you the bag was tied closed before i left the store), that i was careless and he would not refund or replace them. When i questioned if he would rather lose a loyal customer he said he did not care and that i would come back if i wanted to, it does not matter to him and then he hung up on me. I am astonished at this, i have stuck it out with this higher priced store even thought the ac never works, they are always out of something and they never keep help, because i wanted to patronize a smaller business in our community . I guess i will be going a little further down the street to foxx beatuy supply from now on where they have plenty of stock and lower prices.

Horrible customer Service!! The black women that slaves for them is the worst kind black person you’ll ever meet!!! I’ve been in this store twice and the same thing!! Both times I’ve walked out extremely upside and now I know why they never have customers!! Extremely racist, assuming ppl are going to steal is not a good way to run a business!! I actually had my 2 kids with me we were looking for a flat iron and hair dye!! As we started to walk back to the front of the store I hear the Chinese man ask the black girl “what are they doing back there” she say “they’re supposed to be looking for a flat iron!! I guess they wasn’t expecting us to be coming towards the front they looked like a deer in head lights!! I immediately drop my items and stormed out of they wack over priced ass store!! Please avoid this store!! I politely drove down Cullen to my favorite hair store!! Beauty Empire!!

I gave this place 1 star because I had to otherwise it would be a zero!!!I came in with my baby in the stroller, the man told me I cant come in with a stroller and I had to leave it up front, I said no Im not taking my sleeping baby out just to go look up the isles for what I need. He then had the nerve to tell me to leave her with him... um, no you weirdo grumpy man. I will not leave my child with you while I go shopping... I dont know you... except to say that I do know that this man is rude!FYI this owner treats you as if youre a criminal and looks at you like if youre stealing his oxygen. If you LIKE being treated like trash then come here otherwise dont waste your time and go to another store!!!

Very rude man. I walked into the store today with my toddler in her stroller, then man practically came running at me telling me no strollers were allowed. I told him I had her strapped because she will run and could break or drop something (I have an active little one). He then asked me what I wanted, I told him I was looking for hair bows or accessories he told me where it was and said go! I started walking thinking he was going to let us go, then he stopped me and said no leave the stroller there I told him no she’s gonna run. So he just open the door for me to leave. I felt so humiliated I have never been kicked out of a store he was so rude. If he doesn’t want strollers in his store I get it but just have a sign at the door, I wouldn’t of wasted my time. I don’t know how this man is even open.

Ive been here numerous of times because its the only beauty supply close to home and when I say EVERY SINGLE time I go there I get treated badly I mean that. The owner needs to understand he cant have a Buisness and treat his customers badley . we are the ones Keeping your business going by using our hard earned money to invest in it. Very disappointed.

I was excited because there was a beauty supply close to me just to get there and feel like I am a criminal. There is a black lady that stands by the wig section and will stand there by you as you try on wigs like a prison guard. She doesnt give suggestions or anything. My plan was to buy two wigs but I need to try them on. After I try on 2 wigs, she says you can only try on 2 wigs so your last one needs to be what you want. Ive never been to a beauty supply with that kind of policy and customer service. My first time there and absolutely my last time. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I Will Never Shop Or Recommend NOBODY To Shop Here ! I Went There Today To Purchase A Hair Comb. The Old Man That Works Here Told Me I Didnt Have Enough For The Hair Comb, I Asked Him How Much Will It Be If I Had To Use My Debit Card. He Said $4 So I Was Like Let Me Go See If I Have Change In My Car I Came Back To The Door. HE LOCKED ME OUT ! AND WOULDNT GIVE ME MY CHANGE I HAD LEFTED IN THERE BACK ! Clearly He Needed More Then I Did ! But Im Not Upset At All. He Lost Business From Me !
