I wanted to say thank you for your kindness and help with prices that where not displayed and helped my daughter pick out her first melted wax melter, container of hard wax, sticks and mics make ups and color for my daughters hair... Thank you for all your help and it was just a great experience! Keep up the great job and employee is essential to the store and the sales! A+

Do not shop here. My Aunt and I went there today and were told that most everything was in boxes in the back and the sales person didn’t even to offer to look for what we needed. Stay closed if you’re products are in boxes in the back.

Friendly service was good

Its a nice store but the women who where working were absolutely obnoxious!!! The one woman was VERY loudly talking about going and getting Popeyes chicken and about how good her man is. While the other was messing with the chicken ladys hair. I couldnt even concentrate on what it was I was trying to find and ended up leaving because they were just too irritating... The lady talked about chicken for like 7 minutes straight. I couldnt even get any assistance either.

Terrible customer service from one of the workers, short caucasian lady. She wasn’t willing to help, was upset that I took her an empty box off the shelve of the product I was looking for. I left made no purchase.

Bought Andis Superliner Saturday.I was told that I could return them in store if I bought the year warranty for $10 extra. I personally Asked before I left.Tested the Power to compare against my own tools. Only to find trimmers are trash.Blades couldnt be set right,horrible power. Nothing like my walhs or babyliss. Immediately boxed them & took them back.Cristina the store manager, was rude.Told me the policy changed even with my receipt she would Not take the return. Toldnme to go through 3rd and 4th party in order to get my CASH, not credit back.Didnt want to help until I mentioned leaving a bad review. And still Lead the operator she Finally called,to say She could Not help me. Do Not Buy your Clippers Here. If they are defective they do Not want to help you get your money back Or Exchange, its done through email. OR MAIL.Period. Amazon is cheaper and better as well as Findley and Son. I will not be back and will spread word

Always there when I need them. Sallys is clean and dependable. I like the way they always have something on sale. As a professional, I appreciate knowing I can walk in Sallys in most cities.

This Sallys store was a huge dissapointment for me. Normally, I would either go to Armstrong or the Sallys on Broadway, but I decided to go to this one because of the positive review. WRONG! I was treated horribly. The girl (African-American) working there was the worst employee Ive ever encountered with. This is what she said to me when I was ready to check out, and I quote Are you ready or what?Not only she was rude to me, she didnt know how to put my Pro discount in and used her teeth to peel off a sticker on my products right in front of my face. THATS DIGUSTING. If youre having a bad day, keep it to yourself. Im a paying customer, I didnt come to be treated like trash. I would never come to this place again.Ps: please dont use your mouth on customers products.

Terrible I walked in and the lady said welcome and continued playing with her phone. thats not what I call professional, she didnt ask if we needed help she payed no attention to us at all, I asked for help finding a product and she pointed and walked away she didnt ask if I needed anymore help with anything Im disgusted I will not be returning to this store until I see improvement.

It is a small Sallys Store but usually stocked with their current products. Service has scorned women who are caddy and dont want to help. I have natural strawberry blonde hair and the woman checking me out made a comment how she didnt understand why one of her friends dyes her hair red (I didnt ask). The women are low end, classless and rude to say the least. They should rehire.

I set a item down at the counter to purchase and looked for some other things I needed and when I came back it was gone. I asked the young lady did she put it behind the counter and she was so inattentive and wouldnt show any interest in my questions. They have a new worker and she wouldnt help her with a customer return the customer must have worked for the company before and she end up telling the new employee how to make the transaction. As an employee and a coworker she is very rude to her peers and the customers.

Did not like the employee here.
