I came in to buy extensions for the first time the owner and the lady that helped me wassss sooooo sweet and helpful I came back after they both suggested I change my hair color to what I want it to be and I came back later that day they color matched me and showed me how to put extensions in and honestly I received the best customer service! I love the extensions and I felt I was properly educated they even gave me some free hair oil and told me I could come back if I need a refresher on how to put them in!

This was my 1st visit to this merchant. I found everything on my list and a few more items. The store was filled with merchandise.Would love to see more walking space in the isles. The woman that rang up my merchandise was friendly and helpful although she was engrossed in her phone conversation.I must say she was great at multi tasking. I didnt feel neglected at all. Great prices too!

Plenty of inventory...a bit pricey for some of the products. The Asian lady however needs to focus on professionalism. If a customer decides to put back an item for whatever reason, you dont have to like it but as a business owner you must respect it. Displaying negative attitudes is unnecessary and unacceptable. Its also the fastest way for another business to gain a new customer.

I called to ask if they carried a certain product and if so what was the cost? She very nicely went and located the product but informed me that they do not give prices over the phone. I though I didn’t understand her at first. So, I kindly asked her to repeat what she said. Turns out I heard her correctly. I thanked her and hung up. Bad enough we have to buy products from folks who treat us as inferior...but you can’t even tell me the price of an item you carry in your store? I am officially done. I will buy the product directly from the company. Thanks for reading.

Came in on a Wednesday, bought a 1B half wig. Came back on Thursday to switch it to a 1....the 2 girls up front said they cant. Less than 24 hrs later, with a receipt and unopened merchandise, they wont swap out a wig?? Where do they do that at???...at White Fox beauty. Learn better business skills ladies because youre loosing customers. Good luck...

They have a decent selection of hair care products. They also have too many different brands (in my opinion) and not enough of simple 1B braiding and crochet hair. They are also expensive when compared to other beauty supply stores on Cullen. I come here only when necessary.

Owner is rude and not helpful. I will never return! I literally asked for price of an item and she said one price when was checking out she rung up another price. So I corrected her, she got an attitude. I politely placed my item and left store. I will drive to Supreme which is further away before I spend a penny in there.

Went in for some temporary color for my daughters hair. Staff was helpful and didnt follow me around because I had no idea this place had so many wigs and... stuff! We looked around about 30 minutes! Ill come here when I need a wig for something.

So I went to this beauty supply store to restock on some items that I needed for an upcoming wedding. I shopped around a bit but I’ve never had the experience of them following me around like some of the other reviews I read. Anyway, I get to the register to pay and the lady and a man (who I believe to be the owners) were speaking in their native tongues while ringing me up. In the midst of all of this, another African-American lady comes up behind me waiting for her turn to be checked out. Then all of a sudden she interrupts them speaking Japanese herself. And she proceeds to let them know that she not only speaks the same language, but the word they’re using “Kokujin” is not a nice word and it is often used as a derogatory term to describe black people. The look on that lady’s face was freaking priceless. Her entire demeanor changed and she suddenly got extremely “professional” and even gave me a 5% coupon for my next visit (which won’t be happening). It’s time that those of us who aren’t racist start banning together and quit patronizing these “businesses”. If you don’t like my skin color then you don’t need to like my money either. It has now become my mission to let any and everyone who shops at this subpar beauty supply store know exactly who they are and how they feel about their customers. They got the right one today.

The wigs seem to be nice, the staff seems to be pleasant. The manager has horrible people skills. She is very short and abrupt. I have had to walk out twice because she just wants you to stand there and wait till she is ready to help you as if you dont have any place else to go and have all day to wait.

First time here today great selection found the Lotta body line that everyone else seems to not carry much of and they did not price gauge I so appreciate that and will be back!

I am not always one to write reviews, but my horrible experience at this store pushed me to this....FOX BEAUTY in Pearland is a RIP OFF... I wish I could give less than a 1 Star... horrible customer service!! The cashier makes a mistake on your receipt you pay for it.... The manager lady screams at customers with her bad language and refuses to do an exchange even after the police arrived.... I’m NEVER going back there.......there is a better store off east broadway just beside Food town and they are more affordable....

I stopped in this store with the intentions of purchasing 2 wigs. After I tried on 3 and requested another one I was told there was a 3 wig limit to try on. SERIOUSLY. There is no way in HELL this is reasonable. I have a hard time believing this. I asked manager and she had no response as to how they expect someone to purchase a wig without trying several on.

This place is terrible. They follow you around AND they dont do ANYYYYYYY returns dont believe anything on the receipts! The manager (lady up front with colorful hair) is terrible. Not a people person. Shes got a bad attitude and barely speaks English. Smh do better pearland!!

Not a really pleasant experience when youre walking around looking and someone is right behind following your every move. Not everyone comes in to steal, please keep that in mind. Never coming back to this place again. Awful customer experience, just awful.
