And they definitely go above and beyond to make sure the jobs are done right. Apparently the lug nuts that I have on my truck are not easy to work with. To avoid scratching the rims, they went ahead and threw in a brand new set of anti-theft lug nut without asking me to pay for it.Purely my luck, soon I got out of the parking lot, I hit a nail, and they were about to close the shop too. Seeing me pulling up again, they were like you just cant stay away, huh? lol They got right to it and took care of it. Will definitely go with them for the truck parts need in the future. I LOVE this place. The employees are great. They know what they are doing. They have a welcoming vibe. I never have an issue at this establishment. They did a great job putting the lights underneath my Jeep. It currently looks awesome, thanks to them. I am going to have them do some more work on it this week. They also just made my Ford F-250 look like a beast. They did such a nice job with the lift kit, the rims and all of the lights, including the bed lights. They are going to work on my F-150 on the same day that I bring the Jeep in. They have made a loyal customer out of me.

I hope my post does not get the technician in trouble but this was amazing. I took my truck in to have the front end checked (popping when I turned the steering wheel). My truck was taken to the back right after I arrived and I waited about 45mins to get an update. The technician pulled my truck back out to the front parking lot and he walked in and handed me my keys. He stated he had to replace abroken tie rod end and he showed me the broken part that was taken off my truck. He said hey I took care of it for you, you can leave. He walked back to the work area and I was truly confused. I went up to the front counter and I was told again that my truck was fixed for free. This was totally amazing and I am extremely gratefully. Thank you again Allout.

I dealt with a guy named Dax and I gave him a 10/10 rating. I had a top notch experience. He was answering like three calls at a time while I talked to him and he didn’t miss a beat. They seem to be super busy but didn’t let that get in the way of giving me some great info and service. I didn’t shop around anywhere else after talking to Dax over one phone call because I knew he knew his stuff. Then to go above and beyond... the couple of suspension kits I was interested in wasn’t available (covid has everything in short supply) but he hustled and pieced together a kit item by item for me that was just as good or a little better than the packaged kit and for nearly the same price. Bought a brand new 2018 Toyota Tundra Limited crewmax and wanted to do a 6 lift. I did a lot of research and came across All Out Offroad in Pearland and decided to go and get a quote and get more info about the lift. Iv been using Allout Off road for over 15 years now, they have lifted every truck I’ve owned . They have always treated me with top notch treatment, as well as given me good advice when trying to make choices with styles of lifts or shocks etc etc . Definitely would not recommend these guys. Called about doing a slip yoke eliminator for my vehicle. Was quoted 4 hours of labor from them and thought that was too much considering even the website and instructions say 2-3 hours. When I went in person to ask them about this, the only answer I got was “I don’t know”. They are definitely all about making the customer pay as much as possible. I’d be careful and ask questions because they probably cannot answer them.

So I went to Allout Offroad in Pearland recently to have electric steps put on my 2019 Ram. They did a great job of installing them! We did have some issues with the radio after installation, but the fix was easy. Dan went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly. Unfortunately, there appeared to be something wrong with the driver side board as it would not line up correctly and I just didnt want to wait for a solution from the manufacturer. Dan and his crew are honest, transparent, and top notch! I would highly recommend them for any auto accessories as they can do more than 4wd accessories. I will definitely be back when Im ready to level my truck.

Dan and his staff did a great job with the installation of a new backup camera free of charge despite the issues it gave us. It got so bad we couldnt get my wifes SUV to start! Dan even went half on the labor fees issued out by the dealership when this issue was discovered! Dan and his staff were personable, professional, patient, and displayed good customer service. Thankful and blessed for this experience and most importantly they all were honest and kept their word!

So I was told to go to Allout Off-road from a friend of mine to lift my truck. Of course I wanted to explore my options first. I went to a couple of truck lift and accessory shops to try and find the best deal. Well let me tell you I wasn’t very impressed by the other stores I went to. So I went to Allout Off-road and walked into their shop in Pearland,TX. To see if they were any better than these other shops.... I was blown away by their awesome showroom and their professional knowledge!!! I was really impressed when they had my 8” lift and electric steps on in a day and a half. Their team driven staff was always available to help answer questions and quick to respond. Dan especially was so much help and was very honest and customer friendly. I would definitely recommend Allout Off-road to anyone and I am now a customer for life!

Good work, but I had to take my truck back after getting it leveled to get alignment again... Was told that maybe it was the road that I was driving on....!!!. But they fixed it.

Got my 2018 F150 leveled here. Dan was great and even after a mix up on part the specific date that I wanted, Dan squeezed me in on the day I thought we had set up. Truck looks great and they even adjusted my headlights for me after the level and had the hypertech speed calibrator in stock I bought to calibrate for bigger tires. Will be coming back here for future mods to my truck, complete professionals. Great job guys!

I came in on a Tuesday to talk to these guys and let them know what was wrong with my truck with a copy of my insurance estimate the conversation was great and thought I found a fair shop to do my repairs. They tell me to bring it in the next following Monday to get it started. So i call Friday to confirm and the guy tells me Oh man sorry we got bombarded with dealership trucks, Im going to need half the cost to book you that is perfectly fine but why didnt he tell me that Tuesday when the original conversation took place, then I tell him to call my insurance agent and his reply was look man Im to busy to contact your insurance agent have them call me Well i guess a middle class working guy cant get some service from these guys. Im assuming there customer service reputation is not a priority so I decided to take my business elsewhere where it can be appreciated. Sure they do good work but only want big contracts/ jobs.

They install 6in ProComp Stage 1 on my Tundra and did a great job for a reasonable price. Had an issue post install and they went above and beyond spending the extra hours fixing it without extra charges. I was not satisfied with how the rear of my truck look and wanted an extra inch higher. They installed the rear blocks at the price I found online without any additional labor cost. Highly recommend and definitely will be back for future service. Dan was great working with.

I had a leveling kit, amp research powerboards, and new wheels/tires installed. The work was phenomenal. I had an issue when I pucked up the truck, but Dan andnthenrest of the staff were extremely understanding and they made it right immediately. Allout went above and beyond expectations and I will continue doing business there. I highly recommend.

They installed new lower ball joints, upper control arms, tie rods/ends, and motor mounts. A lot of work but they seemed happy to help me; which is comforting as some shops I checked seemed highly unmotivated to do this job. They took care of my truck and it feels great. The guys here did a amazing job esp Dax from start to finish. I too my truck up there for all new shocks, upper control arms and a leveling kit. Dax called me during the install and told me i needed new ball joints on the lower he gave me a great price and wasn’t just trying to make another sale he was legitimate about he issue and it was resolved. After driving to work and home i noticed the truck was pulling a little to the left so i took it back the next day and sure enough they took care of the issue right away. Definitely will be coming back not only for my daily but also my project

Prices are in line with other places. If you tell them what you are trying to accomplish (or show them pictures) they will come up with something that fits your budget that you can be proud to drive down the road (or off the road). I would not take my truck or Jeep anywhere else to get work done to it!

About 1.5 yrs ago, I had Allout OffRoad install a lowering kit on my 2018 Chevy Colorado. They did an incredible job, did the front end alignment, in house, and I was a happy customer. ( A one-stop shop ) Fast forward to this week, January 2020, and the lowering was making a few small pops and chirps, when going over bumps etc... I contacted Dax Ludlow and the crew at Allout, and voiced my concerns.We set up an appointment this week and I took the truck in, they had it in the shop going over everything, greasing a few things and making adjustments. The lowering kit had settled in from the initial install, and they were able to adjust and tighten a few things. Now, no more noises.I was waiting for the bill, for their time, and was quickly told that I didnt owe a thing. They wanted to be sure they had a continued, happy customer, and they thanked me for my business. I was blown away.This is what TRUE Customer Service is about. These dudes are just solid people. Clear Lake Dodge sent me their way because they had them install a tow hitch for me. They threw it up on the lift and figured out what the issue was, and called clear lake direct to let them know exactly what they needed to do to make it work for me.That wasnt anything they had to do, but they took the time to do it anyway. If I ever need someone to install some after market parts on my wrangler they will be the place I go.

Went in to Allout OP this afternoon for a hard to find part. Luke went above and beyond helping me. I left not knowing if he would be able to find it. (I only left bc I had to rush back to work.)He said he would call me and did so very promptly! Made me happy he was able to get what I needed.

These guys are great and very knowledgeable. I had some work done on my tacoma yesterday and it was the best experience I have ever had in a truck shop. Fair, honest, and fast, everything was done right.

Will never take truck there again. Went there to have a Carlee level kit installed. paid for alignment. going home the truck pulls to right so call them to bring back in they tell me cant get to next week and they will look at it. so waited the week brought back in waited over hour an half before looking at it .they put back on rack an did ajustments an test drove said was good so drove back home now pulls even worse to the right. also mention my emergency brake go all the way down now they said that would have nothing to do with what they have done to the truck. this is a 1 year old ford f 250 superduty. they tell me now brink back Monday an they will look at it . dont think I can trust them now I will have to bring some were else.

Ive dealt with Dan, Dax, and Luke at the front and they are all awesome and worked hard to make sure everything I ordered was there on time in a short notice. Joey and Hunter were awesome and worked hard to make sure my vehicle was in and out in a very timely manner, they have all been very helpful with questions and looked everything over very well when I went in to have everything tightened up after the lift!

Took my truck for a level kit install on very short notice. They were very busy but I told him because of my ride situation I really needed it done today and they said no problem, we will make it happen ! Now thats how you do business ! Thanks guys for taking care of me .

I needed a new tire stop by the store to see if they had one in stock and they did. He said they where mounted on a new truck at a dealer ship but losing air he said I think it’s the value stem leaking by. He said I can sell it to you as a use tire for $280 I said ok so after months of having the tire installed I notice I was having to add air every few months so when I went to get the value stem looked at and the tire store said that the leak is the inner wall that it is a bad tire can not be fixed. I went back to Allout to ask if they can help me out with getting another tire this one cannot be fixed he tries to sell me a new tire a full price not discounting from the one I already bought from him that can not be fixed. He said sorry you bought a used tire.

Overall, the staff was very helpful and professional- I had a pretty labor intensive job done and the detailed nature of the smittybilt XRC armor is a difficult job and I went to them because of the reputation they uphold. Overall, the job is ok, some details were overlooked and would have gladly paid more to have had it done 100%. The store was clean, they offer a wide variety of options, and staff is prompt. I feel my specific job was done just to a satisfactory level.

The guys working the counter seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I got my 2012 Toyota Tundra 6 inch lift here. Im pretty happy with it, but my front struts occasionally make a popping/binding noise that I dont like and when I called to ask about it they said it was just settling. 9 months later its still making the same noise. WD-40 makes the noise go away but it comes back about a week later.With in an hour of me posting my review I got a call saying for me to bring my truck in so we can make it right.Stay tuned ... sounds like all the other reviews are right on about AOP.
