Customer service was good for the most part. However, the tire they replaced started leaking air the day they repaired it. They also didnt lock my car and my adapter was stolen. Not sure if they stole it or if someone else did it but either way, my car wasnt locked and thats a major safety issue, especially as a young woman. Very easy to get in and out of and they finished the job much sooner than they said they would. Probably wont be returning due to the safety issues.

I drove down to Pearland for work from Austin and one of my tires was leaking air. It was 4:15pm and everything seemed to be closing soon. I was in a total panic and far from home. I called and explained the situation and they told me to come straight in so they could put on the spare on and tell me what was wrong with the tire. They said they wouldn’t be able to patch the tire (if that was even possible) tonight but could at least let me know what was wrong. Turns out there was some random steel debris from the highway. They recommended to follow up with Costco where I bought the tires because they were so new. He said he didn’t want me to buy a tire from him if there was a possibility my tires were still covered under warranty. Truly cannot give enough stars for that level of kindness and honesty. 10/10.

Great place to get work done on your vehicle. They are honest and take their time with your vehicle. I have been going to Goodyear for 6 years now and I have a 2004 vehicle. My vehicle is in great shape and I have never gone there for the same issue. I only service my vehicle at Goodyear from tires to oil changes they are the best.

I can’t say enough about the first class, top notch vehicle maintenance and customer service I receive whenever I bring my vehicles to the Goodyear Auto Service Center in Pearland Town Center. Over the years I have found them to be not only extremely competent in their craft but always forthright, honest, and straightforward with their diagnosis and remedy for my vehicle. Occasionally I’ve made the mistake of taking my vehicle someplace else, and I’ve always ended up bringing it back to could your auto service to fix whatever the other mechanic shop has messed up or not been forthright about. I highly recommend this mechanic complete auto care needs for tires and bumper to bumper vehicle care.

I was traveling home to illinois when I got a flat a couple blocks away from here. I changed my tire out for the peewee and went to goodyear with the flat in the trunk. They told me they were busy and it would be 2 hour wait. I said I was traveling home that day and said to keep my spot in line while I went to the car and checked if there was anything I could do other than wait. Within 5 minutes they came out took my flat tire fixed it and had me back on the road. Amazing service, caring individuals.

I purchased 4 brand new tires, when I arrived they didnt have any cars they were working on in the garage i could see straight to it through the glass in the seating section. The man at the front desk was impatient, in a rush and told me they would get to it when they could. Remind you they werent working on anything. The total time I was there was 2 hours to change 4 tires, only one person was working on my tires even though there were 4 other guys walking around back there. Once my car finally got finished the front desk person didnt even let me know I had saw them drive it around front. The front desk person had his friend next to the desk and got to see my personal details also how much my bill was. Im very disappointed in the customer service here . To say I paid over $400 for this type of service is unbelievable I will never be back.

Israel was very prompt with a tire repair. He promised to have it finished by the end of the day and it took an hour or so. He also had room in the shop to leave my car parked since it looked like rain was coming.

My husband and I both had flat tires due to construction debris and were both in need of an oil change. Israel was very professional, efficient, and friendly and the staff at Goodyear took care of us! I highly recommend and we will be using them for additional maintenance needs.

Complete waste of time. I came it at 8:30 and they told me max two hours to repair My tire with a nail in it. I left my car and went with my baby to burn some time at the town center. I walked back two hours later and my car was not worked on at all. Furthermore, no one called to tell me there were two nonrepairable tires. If someone had called while I was out trying to entertain my 18-month-old baby I would Have given permission to replace both tires and plug the tires with nail holes. Instead, I wasted two hours of time and my car still isn’t drivable. The most insulting part is when I told them I at least expected a call, no apologies were given. In fact, they made a list of excuses why they were unable to get to it. The only person who was kind enough to apologize was the shop porter. I spoke to two technicians and the service writer and all three were unapologetic.

I dont even know where to begin. I have been a loyal customer to this locations for 4 years now. I dont know what happened there but they have a whole new staff which ruined it for me. I had to get my inspection sticker done for this year and for some reason they really had to hassle me this year. I then realized that they are trying to up sell me with tires that I dont need. Whatever you do, do not buy tires from them. If you want to save money and have someone honest give you a good price go to Discount Tires. I bought tires from this location two years ago and for some reason my tires cant even pass. Then i remembered i have a warranty on the tires. I called the HQ up and the schedule me an appointment with the same people at the same location. I knew of course I wouldnt get my tires replaced even though I was under the 25,000 mile tread life warranty. The reason being is because they had there heart set on trying to fool a young guy into buying new tires. I find it funny how they were trying to take advantage of me. However, I know how there game works and if they want me to get new tires then fine, but Im not getting them at your location and spending double the money. I wish they had kept the old crew that worked there because for some reason the new people that work there are just plain rude and want to sell everything onto you. Im done with this company and they lost my business forever.

My favorite place to take my car and truck, the guys working the vehicles are fantastic and go out of their way! Desk service is often a hit or miss with whomever is working it for example- I was told to come in at 7:30am one morning so I did but they said my appt was for 7 and wanted me to know I was late even though I specifically know I was told 7:30. Didnt like that because it wasnt my fault but I apologized anyway, what do you do? Anyway, other then that its great!

Worst customer service ever. Dont even bother making an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and there was no employee at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes and still no one at the front desk. Three other customers walked in behind me and we waited another 10 minutes. I even called the store and there was no answer. The phone continuously rang with no answer. I walked to a little side glass door behind the counter and saw two employees talking. I waved at them to get their attention and one looked up and looked me straight in the face and kept right on talking. I called the store again and the phone rang continuously before a rude employee answered. I asked him if anyone was working and he responds yes. I then responded that there were 4 customers waiting in the lobby with no assistance for 25 minutes and he responded everyone must be in a meeting and he hung up on me. Myself and the other customers waiting decided wed leave and take our business elsewhere. Ill never give Goodyear another dime. This was absolutely unacceptable. Ill be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

Poor customer service, manager doesnt know what the issue with the vehicle is before he tells you are you picking up? Then stated whatever it is, it will have to be dropped off and picked up the following day. I thought having a warranty on new tires with a slow leak in one could be patched or replaced the same day. I recommend doing business else where.

If you can arrange to be without the vehicle you want worked on, they are thorough, competent and friendly. I wouldnt get myself caught in their waiting room for them to finish however, they tend to take their time to get it right.They will do everything in their power to take care of you though, even if it means staying late for an emergency. Mario is great to work with and always shoots me straight.

Quick service. Got exactly what I asked for the night before on their site. Picked up when I was told it would be ready ahead of time. Exemplary performance by the team here.

This was my second visit to this location. At my husbands suggestion, I went for an oil change. Its a pretty clean place and I also.very appreciative of the customer service. It took about 40 minutes (with an appointment) and my oil change was less than 30 bucks. I will return.

Once they got my car in the back the inspection was quick, service was great.

I purchased tires from here a few months ago so I went in for slow leak in one tire. My car was on the rack for 25 minutes with the tire off, I inquired about what was taking so long. After a quick conversation I was told that my tire couldnt be patched. What a waste of time... There must be a high turnover rate of employees here, never the same faces when I go in. Shop else where.

I had a low tire and I drive a big dually... I stopped in and they were awesome helping me make sure my truck was good to go! I will definitely be back.

Ive tried to use this place twice and both times they have been rude or unwilling to help. First time I walked in around 4pm (3 hours before they close) and they told me there would be no way they can take my car in and give it to me the same day. I made an appointment for the next day at 8am. I was there early. Man told me it would take a few hours to get my oil change, I said that is okay, he then says my oil change would be $60 more than what the website said. Im done with place. I should have read the reviews and it would have saved me time.Go to jiffy lube on 518, great guys and super fast service. I was in and out in 10 min.

I am new to the area and found this place through a google search saying oil change. The reviews for most if the car places nearby arent that great, but this was the first place I called where the person on the phone was not rude. Tyrone is awesome and was extremely friendly and helpful. Cost was less than other places I have been to (synthetic oil), and they did my oil change while I waited. I will definitely be brining my car back here.

Hideously long wait for a simple vehicle inspection. Idk why they do not have a separate process for this since we all need them every stinking year and they are very simple/fast procedures. No reason why a person who is getting a quick inspection should wait behind people getting maintenance and repairs.

I have been taking my car there since I arrived to Houston 3 years ago. I always go for the usual oil change and have bought their 3 year alignment (Dont regret that!). Every time I take it there, they check my car and give me an estimate on what my car needs. (I dont do any of those things.) I havent bought any tires from them because I find them cheaper and better at Discount Tires. I always take either food or something to do while waiting because I know it usually takes 30min-1hr and probably more if I ask for the 29 point inspection on my online appointment. I want things done right the first time, so if I need to wait an hour or so, I will. Meanwhile, Ill do other things while waiting. I usually go Fridays around 11 or 3 and theres usually no one there and the staff is super helpful. I guess it all depends on what time you go (if you go on their busy times which are usually mornings) and what you need to do to your car.

Not impressed. Came here because it was close to home but will not be back. Wanted an inspection,oil change, and 2 tires. Was told that the only tires they had were the most expensive so I asked if I could bring my own from discount tire, and they said yes for a 50$ fee. Was on my way with tires and Richard called saying they checked their inventory and actually had some cheaper tires. My concern is that they are either lazy for not checking, or even worse they were trying to price gouge me using manipulative dishonest business practices. Will not be back, was in multiple times today and was not remembered at all. Horrible customer service bordering on negligent.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had a 9am apt to install tires and its now 2pm and they said it will take about another hour. After they told us it would only take an hour to complete. The employees here are very rude and unwilling to help.

I wish I could put zero stars thats how bad this place is. Went in for a oil change that was set by appointment it took 30 min just to talk to the 1 person at the front desk. 5 people left frustrated in front of me. By the time I saw someone they told me its going to take 3 hours for the oil change. Only 3 people ahead of me. Horrible experience. Would not recommend for anything.

Friend took car in because the engine was shaking. The ignition coils were bad. They charged her $500 to replace them. All 4 parts maybe cost $65 and take at best 30 minutes to replace. Did not even replace the spark plugs and spark plug wires (which cause the issue to begin with). Absolutely HORRIBLE. Took advantage horribly.

Been here now for 4 oil changes. I dont usually wait for it, just pop on over to the shopping center. Always friendly and thorough.

Lately have been having problems with service. The last few times they keep telling me of new problems with my truck. I trusted them with changing oil on rear differential and when I went yesterday for an basic oil change they said my whole front suspension needs to be replaced and that the oil and filter on differential is wrong. They wanted me to pay but told them it was done there and they had to cover. The good thing is they are covering the cost but this should not happen from a place that supposedly are mechanics. Just dont trust them anymore.

Since I moved here to Tx. I have found one store I literally can trust, the manager named August is outstanding, hes gone out of his way for me. He tells me like it is, no overcharging, honest, thats hard to find these days. I would defiantly recommend him and his store.

This place sucks!! Dont take your vehicle there. They will try and sell you something you dont need. They replaced my battery under warranty and tried to say that my alternator was bad and I needed to change it for 1,000 dollars. Took car to several places and all told me the alternator was putting out good voltage.

The man at the register was frantic for absolutly no reason. They had a total of 2 cars in the bay and when I was finally helped he said you should just go somewhere else we are to busy this is after he helped the man behind me in the line before helping me. Dont give this place your money. Thanks for waisting 40 minutes of my life goodyear.

Customer service is terrible. The lack of transparency in repairs causes a lot of mistrust between the customer and the business. The person helping me did not give me any options on my tire choices, nor did he seem to adjust my repairs according to my needs. He also forcefully suggested an alignment check and just printed ONE quote and just stared blankly at me when I wanted all my options given for tires.

I asked to have car inspection for 2 cars, the front disk told me to drop the cars, and wait!!!. should I wait for all other services?they do not have any line for inspection only.I did it in other plase in 5 min!!!

5 hours later no one called! Dropped off car at 11am for an oil change. We were told 2 hour wait. Took over 5 hours and no one tried to contact me. Car was never worked on.

I suggest avoiding this place if you can. A simple flat tire repair took one hour and I was charged $36, which is more than twice as much as usual. Very disappointing.

This place is horrible, they have no idea what they are doing. Went there for new tires, they broke a tire pressure sensor and had my car ALL day trying to fix it, and couldnt. Imagine, a tire shop who breaks a tire sensor, and then cant even fix it. Isnt that pretty fundamental for a tire shop? Like I said they have no idea what they are doing. Needs new management badly!

I should have read the reviews and trusted my gut before purchasing tires here. Ill rewind to when I took my vehicle here two years ago to have my brakes check, they told me that they were absolutely fine. A week later they were making an extremely loud noice. When I took them elsewhere to be checked they were about to lock. This week I called for a quote for four tires, the quote that I received was $1300, later I received a quote for $700 and thats what I paid. Two days later I noticed that I was missing a bolt, when I called I was told that it was missing when I dropped it off. If that was the case why wasnt notified? It would seem like that would be apart of the service. I cannot remember the gentlemans name, but he first gave the quote which turned out to be untrue, and then told me that I was already missing a bolt. He was rude to me from the moment I spoke with him on the phone, even prior to getting my business. I should have trusted my first inuition when it comes to their level of service and professionalism.

Ive taken my car to the Goodyear on Kirby a few times for car repairs and an oil change. The staff is very professional and demonstrate a high level of integrity in their work, unlike some car repair shops Ive been to in the past.

I made an appointment for 10 & they didnt start on my car until after 12. Whats the point of making an appointment!

Worst place. Long wait times many times more than 6 hours always shortstaffed rud manager. My wife dropped for oil change and sh showed coupon she got for oil change from goodyear and he said he isnt gonna make any money on the oil change and asked never to come again with coupon. Rude staff, Worst manager. If you hang out there or wait in line you will see everyone fighting with them... STAY AWAY ... RUN RUN RUN

I have to agree with other reviews about how horrible they do service. I bought a whole set of tires from them and once i have problem, they just simply denied the warranty. The store manager is very rude. Save your headache by staying away from these guys.

Scheduled online appts for 2 different days. Both times, I was called/emailed to tell me those times were not available and that I should call before booking. I refuse to drop my car off for an oil change. Word of advice, either sync your online scheduler to your actual calendar or remove it.
