I went in for a battery check/change and was assisted by a gentleman named Mr. Kahn. He was a knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind man who gladly assisted me with a battery change. We exchanged pleasantries and conversation while he was busy at work, and at the time of departure, he would not accept a tip for his generous work. He simply asked that I pray for him - so I did. Not sure if I had bad luck but these guys wasted 4 hours of time. It doesn’t take long to check to see if a battery has dropped a cell and can hold a charge. Called to ask them to see how my battery was and was told it was charging. Came back after four hours to be told it was dead. Literally could have just swapped the battery out on the first trip and had my car working. Thanks a lot.
Bought a Duralast Gold battery in 2018. It was sluggishly starting my vehicle. My salesperson, Mr. Khan tested my battery and found I needed a replacement. No fuss/no muss/no charge. He even took out the old one and installed the new one for me. Super Service. he whole process took less than 20 minutes. I am a very satisfied customer!

Would have been 5 stars for the cleanliness but I had to teach the employee about freon, I went in looking for 1234yf and the employee told me they dont sell the old freon anymore, and they will not be caring it. So I had to explain to the parts guy behind the counter what it was, why they would carry it and went and got it myself. We shouldnt have to teach employees at a parts store the knowledge needed to work there

I stopped by AutoZone yesterday,after my check engine light came on.I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a gentleman named LEO ( Manager) on his name tag. He immediately took me out to my car,to run a diagnostic check.The entire time we were at my car this very kind,knowledgeable man gave me tips& tricks about what to do to get the issue resolved.We walked back into the store and I noticed that Leo greeted EVERYONE he came in contact with whether is was a customer leaving or an associate coming on duty.Issue was detected and Leo immediatly gave me my options of what I needed to purchase and then he even gave me a plan so I could get my check engine light RESET.WOW.. Stopped by to get my battery checked and the gentleman working did not know how to operate the machine at all. I felt very uneasy as he was fumbling around with switching the leads back and forth and so on and so forth. Only thing that saved this from being one star is the lady working who knew what she was doing took over. Please do not allow employees who are not trained on equipment to use said equipment on people’s vehicles, especially if he has absolutely no idea what he is doing. Will be the last time I stop at this location.

Mr. Rene was extremely helpful today. I do not know much about cars, so I always feel extremely vulnerable when I have to go to an auto store for help on my own. Another worker started to help me but she was less than thorough and basically told me what to buy and I would have to take care of the problem myself and possibly call a tow truck. As I waited for my brother and husband to come to my rescue, I went inside to buy what I needed and Mr. Rene helped me. He checked my truck once more, even more thoroughly than before, found the problem and helped me out by fixing the problem. This was the best customer service I have ever received at this store... I hope he paves the way for his employees. I will not hesitate to come back to this store if I am met with the same kind of compassion and service.

I have never been treated as horribly as I have been today. I have always shopped at AutoZone and was a loyal customer for the last 20 years until today. I have an extensive history with this company and even worked for them for several years after graduating high school. I have never been so upset. The store manager was rude and even the district manager who said his name was Rene. I dont remember the name of the first manager that I spoke to.

Needed help replacing a battery in my key fob and Laurie Quillen went out of her way to help and showed me how to do it in case I needed to in the future.
Had an issue with my car and made the decision to get a new part and the gentleman at the desk told me he could check the system to see whats up with it, I refused but he convinced me and we found out nothing was wrong maybe just overheated. He saved me about $200 I didnt need to spend will definitely come back here!

They got the parts you need for less and sometimes you can get parts like control arms with ball joints for less than you can for just ball joints doesnt make a lot of sense but it does make a job cheaper and easier. more parts for less! staff is also very friendly and helpful

Not impressed with this auto zone, on Saturday March 24th, asked about some touch up paint for our White 2017 Chevey Impala. was shown to the spray paint, asked if they had the pen and was told I dont know, I saw it showed it to auto zone employee to which he replied oh we do have it, there it is, no duh, I showed you where it was. I then asked the color I would need for my car, he said there are the whites choose one. Not very customer friendly or knowledgeable at this auto zone.

Ive been going to this Auto Zone for at least 10 years. There have been many employees come and go but none stand out like Rick. He is extremely helpful and always gos out of his way to help me. As long as he works there, this is the only Auto Zone I will go to!

This guy told me to go check it myself so the customer behind me went to go check with me cause I have no idea about cars. He has no knowledge on a simple filter. Horrible customer service. Bought some safety strobe for my truck that were on clearance...17.50 plus tax and lady was very rude saying there is no warranty! I said ok and proceeded to smile..go home and plugged them in to aux port and immediately they started smoking! Unplugged lights and called them right away, she says I TOLD YOU NO WARRANTY! Good to know they sell u stuff that catches on fire and brush it off like its no big deal! Could of caught my vehicle or someone elses on fire very easy! Will not be shopping at autozone anymore period.im sure oriellys would love to hear this story! Lucky I dont sue them for selling me a fire hazard!

Cancer has grabbed this company and it is devouring it. This store was great, as well as the others in the area, but upper management ran off all the people who actually worked. Now their stores are filled with lazy people who have no drive, and cant get off their phones long enough to do what they are paid for. The employees move so slow they resemble sloths. Im surprised they dont have Moss growing on them, or dust build up on their backs. The rest of the employees have inadequate training to use the equipment that they need to know how to use to do the most basic tasks. The last time I was there, I overheard a customer with a newer civic come in for an alternator check. The customer said they just changed their battery and they want to verify the alternator is good. Being a mechanic, I know honda and other newer vehicles have to be put in a mode so the computer switches out of eco mode and switches on the alternator. Of course the Auto zone employees havent been trained how to do the simple task or been taught what to look for to identify if the vehicle has this type of system. He ran a test on it and of course it fails, cause the system wasnt ready for testing. They told the customer that its bad, and they need a new one. Thats a $200 to $400 alternator on vehicles with those systems. The customer was gonna buy one when I stepped in and put the vehicle in the proper mode and retested the vehicle, and of course it passed the test 3 times. Just to prove my point I put it back in eco mode and showed the customer where the voltage drops back down from 14 volts to 12 volts. The employees who actually work arent trained properly and are giving misleading information. Im gonna be giving my serious business elsewhere. Like NAPA, I suggest you do the same.
I called the store on my way home to check on a shipment. I was put on hold and I was literally still on hold when I drove into the parking lot and walked into the store over 12 min later. I was supposedly on hold so the worker could help a customer, but when I walked in there were no other customers.

I hate this AutoZone, that is the simple way to sum up the loathsome feelings I have about this store. A more complete way would be to say that this store had some of the worst employees and customer service. Philip is standoffish and rude, and his attitude is like the small flame of a candle next to the enormous 5 story house fire that is Jills attitude and demeanor. I once purchased two disc rotors for my 1995 Nissan pickup truck only to get home and discover upon opening the boxes that one was not for my truck and had been mispackaged and the other had a deep etched groove in it. So I returned to the store rotors and receipt in hand to return the products and the associate I initially met with seemed hesitant but willing to perform a return on the products I bought, but complained because the boxes the rotors came in werent in prestine condition. I do not buy a product expecting to get a mispackaged product and a defective one and try to make a point to make sure the boxes are kept crisp and clean. So if you plan to purchase products from this AutoZone be sure to keep that receipt and those boxes clean and crisp so you can get your money back. It still wont be easy as you try to explain to Jill, they came like that mispackaged and one with a deep groove, only for her to retort, well the boxes sure didnt come like that! Save yourself the headache and hassle and go somewhere else.

Went to get an alternator they said they would order it and have it the same day by 6 oclock. At 6 I called and they told me it would be there no later then 7:45. At 8oclock called up there then they told me it was actually going to get there the next day. The following day went to go pick it up and it looks as if it had been dropped and cracked. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PARTICLEAR AUTOZONE !
