I had a 2/4 drop installed on my ram about 2 months ago. I then had a noise coming from my suspension. Ended up being my ball joints had gone bad after the belltech drop i got installed. Unfortunately i was getting new rims and tires from another shop and my truck was already taken apart when we found this issue so i had to have that shop fix it right away so i could have my truck on the road again! But recklez reached out to me 2 business days after to ask me what had happened and to see what they could do to make it right! Since i had already paid for new ball joints i really didnt have the need for them to replace a part i had just bought but owner of the shop decided he would refund me part of the money i had spent on the work i had to get done on my truck! I really appreciate him taking time to call me back and get things right! I feel it was a fair agreement for him to refund me part of the money i had spent on repairs! In all i feel these people are good about customer service and even if things went wrong with my part that got damaged they found a way to make it up to me and i feel that interest in customer satisfaction deserves the 5 stars. Dropped my truck off for an alignment they called me back saying I needed new lower ball joints,I had just changed the suspension on it with new control arms reason for the alignment, told me it would be 900 for them to put new control arms cause they didnt want to press out ball joints, n still charged me the alignment price to get my truck out the shop n said if I did the work else where n brought it back they would charge me for alignment again. RIP OFFS. Took it to alignment specialist off of airport they aligned it with no problem.

I recently ordered a drop kit for my 2017 Silverado, as I received my package and was ready to install it at my local shop it turns out the spindles were completely wrong. I went from not having my truck for 3 days to not having it for 8/9 days because the guy placing the order messed up on one number. I called them up to send out the correct spindles immediately and they supposedly did but the spindles never came in. As you can imagine, this has been a huge inconvenience for me. Therefore, what I suggest to whoever orders from them is to review your order carefully and also check your package first before installing it.

Great ppl! At times they are very busy hard to get an appointment for service. I guess doing good work keeps them busy. Had my ford dropped rode super smooth. Wifes tahoe got leveling kit with maintenance work. Both turned out great. Keep up the good work guys!

Im very disappointed with place. I had some tubs done to my truck in the front. Im drove from Dallas to this place because I seen some of their work on YouTube and it look good. But I was wrong. My hood and fender was not line up. My door was rubbing on the fender and my hood was rubbing on the fender too. I called him and told him. He said my truck was like that when I took it. That was a lie. I know how my truck is and it was not like that. He told to take it back up there. Really you think Im going to drive 4 hours back up there. Now I have to pay $200 to get it adjusted right. Which they should have done it right the first time. Then I had a my ball joints loose and I barely made it home. I was driving 80 mph on the way home Imagine if my wheels would have lock up I would been in a bad accident on the freeway. I told him about that and he was blaming djm for bad part. That was my life.Very poor work. Think twice before going to this place. I didnt want to write this but people work hard for their money to have good work done for them.

I took in my 13 Sierra 1500 thats lowered 3/5 because the driver side sat lower than the passenger side. I set an appointment, and Julio and his team took care of me the same day! Ive been in the service industry for years, and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had at an outside shop. They answered all of my questions, gave me good advice, and I never felt rushed. These guys are pros!!

Recently picked up my Silverado from Reklez from getting coilovers and a 2 piece driveshaft. the truck now looks and drives 100 times better than before. The owner is very knowledgeable and showed me how to maintain everything. it was worth the 6 hour drive from Oklahoma and im already getting things ready for the next time i can get more work done.

Absolutely the best suspension shop in Houston. Julio the owner explained everything that was going to be used for my 4/7 drop on a 2012 Silverado crew cab, customer service was perfect.They use all suspension parts no cutting springs, no removing leaf springs. The truck came out so much better than I imagined and the ride is very smooth almost better than stock in my opinion.My experience with Reklez was great over all I highly recommend Reklez to anyone who is looking for a top notch suspension job from a lift to a drop with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If I could give this place a zero I would but the workers in back or nice I even brought him breakfast but the guy that runs this place is a good salesman. So I go in to get info on a lift on my truck and this guy has a catchphrase for everything trying to be your friend and i fell for it but asked him if i get this lift will it mess up my truck in anyway --- he said ONE WORD TECHNOLOGY AND NO THAT MY TRUCK WOULD BE FINE NO CUTTING OR GRINDING ITS A SLIP ON KIT (THAT WAS A LIE) So i do it and put down money to order kit and days went by and no kit so i call him and he told me he got some stuff in (to me thats funny a kit comes together so Im thinking why are they coming separated ). The rest of the kit comes in i take my truck in and later that day he calls me and tells me I need spacers because my tires rub but before that he said it would work and charged me for it i had no choice. ----HERES WHERE YOU NEED TO WATCH OUT --- One year Warranty on labor and 1 year on alignment is what he told me at the beginning...WRONG...he writes everything in pencil on the the receipt make sure you read it because he did not put it on there so he got me . So everything is done my truck and like 2 months pass and I have a loud noise coming from my front driver. So I went back to check my alignment was off or loose and he said let me see receipt and its not on there. Then his attitude changed--- I KNOW PEOPLE LIKE YOU ALWAYS WANT EVERYTHING FREE---- that made me mad with the money I just spent with him and I told him you know what just give me my paper back so i can leave and that he was a liar and thats a shame with the Bible verses he has in his shop he nothing but a WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING and he got mad and started cussing me out and came at me. So people be careful with this Wolf he just want your money............My response from your response ......I never wanted anything free just wanted to know what the noise was coming You my sir said it was my ball joints without even looking at my truck And I replace my ball joints and its still making that sound so sir you are a liar

Came here to have new ft. Lowering struts replaced on my 09 Sierra while I was there they notice my lower ball joints also needed replacing they ordered a new set with life time warranty they have an excellent crew working here and I will be coming back later so they can install a new lift very soon

I got my 2016 Sierra bagged and narrowed my differential with Reklez, they do an outstanding job and they never give up until the customer is completely satisfied with the work

I agree, the workers here are nice and polite. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, and the day of my appointment the owner calls me and tells me he CANT work on my truck because hes too backed up (even though i made the appointment 2 weeks ago). Its cool, i get it, i understand how business works and you can get backed up sometimes, but i thought it was pretty Crappy how the owner himself told me Well, i dont really need the money right now. So you can either schedule another appointment or we can give you your money back. for lack of a better term.. I dont need your business is what he told me. I will never be going back, nor will they be getting any recommendations from me since they dont Need my money.
