Loved all the jewelry got a bracelet and the price was really good

Stood waiting to be helped for a good 10 mins. Felt invisible. Very rude. We were already wanting to buy something, but when they dont even look at you, its pretty ridiculous.

Great store with very good service. Staff here are awesome. Went in to buy a ring for my girlfriend and it took a while to choose something nice and the staff were patient and helpful. They have good suggestions so hear them out. Took us about 15 minutes to choose 1 and they were patient all the while and brought out a wide variety of boxes of rings to choose from. Definitely check them out before going somewhere else.

I went to the the store to buy a gift, i checked online to double check it was open and when i got there it was already closed at 7:44 p.m after driving 35 minutes to get there and after seeing that the store closes at 9:00 pm.; it was 3 ladies working or chatting inside. Really bad service

I went to buy a birthday. A group of nine pooled our money so I had a really good budget. The ladies at the Pandora North Shore Mall were very helpful.

Went there and its always busy which is fine! But there was one girl sitting in the corner with longgggg hair and she looked annoyed I felt bad just asking for help because I felt like I was bothering her, she rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could just get my rings cleaned and I even wanted to purchase something but I ended up leaving and shopped around the mall then when I went to get my rings I went to someone completely different and got a new ring

The store was closed before 8:00 pm and it says that it is open until 9:00 pm

The woman was extremely rude and refused to exchange my ring that was purchased two days prior be cause it had been worn. She did not even look at the receipt or the ring just refused the exchange. Will never buy anything from this store again
