I had a really great experience at the Zales in Northshore Mall. Go see Karen or any of the associates here. They have some nice pieces and a awesome credit-card program. Plus the donate to St. Jude for cancer research, which is much appreciated. I will be back.

Charging someone $80 for a watch battery replacement is absolutely ridiculous. Will never shop here again.

Decent selection of jewelry for fair prices. Horrendous customer service. Would be 1 star but the male manager is a great guy and lots of help. Purchased a watch before Christmas for my girlfriend and when opening it she noticed it was scratched. Brought it back and manager was nice and said he would order a new one for us and even fitted damaged so she could wear it while we waited. Called store few times and employees had no idea what we were talking about. Only when we spoke to manager is when we got great service. He called us once watch was in and held it aside so his incoherent employees wouldnt sell it. When I went to go exchange the watch the ladies behind the desk were super unpleasant. Gave attitude and said they had no idea what we were talking about and said we couldnt swap watches without receipt even though they had my name in system with the details on my situation. Ladies basically told us to get lost but luckily the manager was there on the phone and over heard the conflict. Once he was off the phone he immediately recognized me and grabbed the watch and took out the links so watch would fit my girlfriend. Manager was awesome and cant give him enough credit. Regulators staff is awful and I cant recommend anyone going here because them unfortunately. Those ladies need to work somewhere where they dont have to talk employees. Maybe it was because I was in work clothes that she thought I had no business in the store. Terrible experience overall, thankfully was resolved by the kind manager who was very knowledgable and ordered watch from corporate to accommodate us.

I do not recommend shopping at this location unless you plan to point to a piece of jewelry in the glass and purchase. The sales associate was clueless when asked any question. I went there several times trying to customize an engagement ring, and they still have not called me to follow up on the settings I requested (after 4 weeks!!). Communication is awful!
