They know my face which is, uh.. Im a 28-year-old with no kids but I sure do love stuffies. They are always kind and accommodating. Thanks!
Great fun for kids.Staff very knowledgeable
Was cute. My hubby and I are always looking for accessories for his companion (puppet) and some of the clothes fit her..lol. They are keeping everything clean and sanitized and are always willing to help.
Not crowed well cleaned and quick service
I give it a 5 out of 5 it was a great experience so fun they are so nice I got a harry Potter bear and it was fantastic! Thank you build a bear!
You need more staff. Only two on, one at cashier and stuffing the bears. Line was so long.
I came here twice (2 times) in one (1) day. Once with my nephew and the second time with my two siblings. The first time was great but the second wasn’t. It was good but not as special because their was a new lady at the stuffing / fluff machine who wasn’t as enthusiastic as the previous lady. But all in all my three babies were happy and that’s all that mattered.
My son always has a great time when we stop in the store. From the moment we want in he is excited to look at all of the selections of bears and clothes. The staff is friendly and makes making the bear process fun. The bath is a fun option for him too and the ability to give his bear a name makes the experience more personal. definitely a fun place to bring the kiddos! Sometimes it can get expensive; but theres always the discount/clearance bin!!
Fun visit for the kids staff was very nice and made the experience fun.
Build-A-Bear is great for the kids and its fun to watch them put thier own personality into creating the bear they will eventually take home. When the people working there are on point, its a pretty special experience and the kids really feel like they have created a friend. Pick a heart, stuff it, dress it, name it, love it! What could be better!?
Gave it a 3 b/c the concept is still cool, why they have Mickey Mouse when my kid has 3 already having option to make a 4th. Didnt thrill me, especially at that price. She saw Mickey and it was over. For goodness sake your business model is unique, keep your inventory the same. Just because this Mickey smells like bubble gum, and sings Let It Go from FROZEN (weird btw... Real weird) doesnt make it cool, makes it cookie cutter.
Went with the girl scouts- made Girl Scout bears! Wonderful day.
This location has great service and is a pretty large store - these Build A Bears make perfect gifts for kids, and even Get Well gifts. Love how you can personalize and am LOVING the new comic book characters you can dress the dolls as.
They have deals if you can not afford the animal and outfit the usually cost for the full experience Id between 50.00 and 70.00 depends on animal your buying . Customer service is ok and sometimes only one person working the whole store so may be wait
My 5 and 9 year old granddaughters loved making a bear. Over priced, but worth it for the fun they had making it and naming it. Tiny clothes for Gucci pricing, bring your bank card, yo will not leave for under 30.00 for a stuffed toy.
Build a bear is just awesome :) The stuffed animals you can choose from are so cute.
Great place to take kids...and grownups! Really friendly staff.
Kids enjoyed it. But it is a bit over priced
I bit over priced for stuffed animals
Always attentive to my kids.
Literally tries to not pay employees to save like 11 dollars Iv never seen anything like it. Horrible customer service. Very rude to the kids as well. Sad
