Worst customer service, a package was undeliverable which I now believe was never even attempted to be delivered after speaking with the shipper. called customer support was told to go pick up my package at this location. went and I was told they couldnt give it to me due to creating a return label already even though my package was still physically there. I was then told by the person helping me to have the shipper call to release the package. I was then told by the manager they couldnt release my package due to some restriction the shipper has. the shipper told me they have no such thing and there is no reason they are withholding my package. I spoke with 4 phone reps and 2 instore and 1 manager, all had different stories as to why i was or wasnt able to get my package. the store manager told me its not his issue if the customer support agents dont know the policies and advised me incorrectly, i asked why his own in store reps dont even know their policies, he had no valid answer for that.. asked for a way to file a complaint the manager said it would just come to him so I could verbally complain if I wanted to.. I wasted 2.5 hours of my day to end up not even getting my package, due to lack of knowledge on their employees part. I do not know why anyone chooses fed ex the drivers continually lie about attempted delivery and now you cant even get decent customer service.
You guys have the worst drivers ever, my address is correct and every time boxycharm tries to deliver my box you always say there is a delivery exemption!!! What is wrong with you guys???

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced . They have been mis-delivering my packages for almost a year now. And the driver still cant figure out that hes on the wrong street. Takes hours and several calls to reach customer (non)service and they provide no solutions. UPS delivers here daily without ever missing a shipment. Its unfortunate that I cant always select the shipper that vendors use. Good by DeadEx
We have stuff delivered from fedex on the daily and never had an issue. Yesterday we had a package coming and there was an Alive animal in it so it was very important to to get it opened and put in its heat lamp and tank. It ended up being delivered way down the road to the completely wrong address. When I called fedex it was impossible to get ahold of someone to talk to them. Their animated answering service is ridiculous! They don’t know we found the package. I put 2 claims in for a lost package yesterday and still haven’t heard back.
The manager called and set up a hold on a signature reqd package, added another to the hold. Competent, polite and most helpful. App & site not so much.

Thanks for dropping my package so hard its probably broke. Also didnt appreciate the driver scarying my family when he dropped my package and the loud boom as it hit my front (cement) porch! Now on hold for over 30 minutes and still have not had my call answered.

The company I work for uses FedEx Express daily for both incoming and outgoing packages. 99% of the time, always on time. The weather is always going to be a factor and unfortunately one with which FedEx has no control. Factoring in weather predictions for a single geographical location is difficult, but when there are multiple locations with multiple weather predictions to factor in it can become quite complicated. Unless theres some sort of national disaster, most people dont think about how the weather in other areas could adversely effect their delivery here, but the weather can effect deliveries even when it doesnt reach the level of being national news.

I have used FedEx 6 times this year. Every time they are late. Right now they say its because of the winter weather but its 50 degrees outside and the package is less than an hour from me. UPS and USPS are always on time. They are the ones I would recommend.

Editing this review because I had a positive experience with FedEx. I elected to schedule my delivery between the hours of 5 and 8pm, and it arrived promptly at 5:03pm. It seems like FedEx has improved their service since my original review a couple of years ago.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The delivery service is awful. Twice now I have sat around all day for a delivery and twice have they not RANG MY DOORBELL. They make the faintest knock and then leave with my package, its like they dont want to make a delivery.
This is the second package i get that its all bent worse of it is the only reason i know my pakage has been delivered is the sound it makes while it HITS MY DOOR! Is it so much for yall to train your guys to ring a doorbell or knock and gently put the package down not THROW it
Same as the previous. Status shows Local delivery restriction, delivery not attempted, call the number they say due to bad weather.... I say ya its 18 degs today but the roads are dry and clear. Didnt slow down UPS, USPS, the pizza delivery guy, nor the paper boy... maybe they should use him.

Lazy delivery drivers!Im living in an apartment complex that has a leasing office staffed during normal business hours, and who have my permission to sign for packages. Yet I still end up having to pick up my packages in person either at a drop location or at their facility because the drivers are too lazy to drop packages at the leasing office when Im not home.
Had to go through a crazy security gate but the people were nice and I got my package. FedEx itself is another story but the ship center was nice enough.
Delivered a metal industrial 200 dollar power distribution unit bent in half. Package was obviuosly damaged. Left it on my portch instead of returning or reporting item damaged.
Everyone working 5/25 when I stopped in went above and beyond. Thanks again for the help!

We use all Fedex, UPS and UPS for our biz and the FedEx driver for our area is awesome, always fast friendly and goes the extra mile to help us do whatever we ask.
I had a family member go retrieve my package for me with proof of identification and tracking number and they refused to give it to her because she did not have the same name as me but she had the same address on her ID as mine. I went the next day to go get my package (i was irritated at this point) and they closed the entire facility down because they went on a lunch break. I kept thinking about the words Change our plans, not yours on their door which were extremely ironic because they had made me changed my plans two days in a row. So the next day i went to check the status of my package and they decided they were going to send it to New Jersey so now i have to wait until someone from the New Jersey facility realizes that it wasnt ever suppose to be there and have them send it back and go through this entire hassle again. This is the worst FedEx facility to ship with, extremely unprofessional. UPS may be more expensive, but at least they are reliable.

I refuse to purchase from anyone who uses FedEx. NEVER AGAIN! Not only do they not deliver on time, but also make us wait days to get the package! We live rural and are at the mercy of the drivers daily mood to get our packages delivered on time.THANK GOD FOR UPS & USPS!
Apparently the majority of people only write reviews when they receive poor service. I have had a multitude of items delivered through Fedex and always have received great service......I like the people at the Pasco Facility and will continue to use them
Im so sad. I paid for express shipping to get a package before I left town. A winter storm hit delaying the delivery ( my package was out for delivery but the truck never made it to my house). and I understand that. But what I dont get is why the next day those packages that were delayed because of weather were not priority. Ended up leaving town with no package because my flight is at 7pm. And they couldnt get it to me before that. So disappointed. Sending the package back. No use to me now. I really think fedex should change operating procedures. If a package cant be delivered because of you it should become priority the next day. So bummed.

A FedEx Store that doesnt DeliverPros: Relatively easy to find, easy parking, quick and easy processing when open and availableCons: Its really far away from the city center, and this is the closes FedEx store for Walla Walla. This meant I had to drive over an hour due to a problem with sending a FedEx package. A huge waste of time due to FedExs strange policies. Also, another time had to call this FedEx store as driver refused to knock, so even though sitting by window missed attempted delivery three times. I had to call to ask them to redeliver otherwise having to drive over an hour to once again attempt to pickup a package. The logistics and complications of FedEx in Eastern Washington is really not worth your time.Tips: I recommend USPS or UPS for Eastern Washington. This FedEx is hard to get to, far out of the way and FedExs policies and personnel are unhelpful in solving problems that pop up when shipping packages.

Was supposed to have my package the 21st, it didnt arrive I was told it would be here the 22nd still nothing its the 23rd now they are saying I have to drive an hour to get it they are holding it saying the weather is to bad, the roads are clear no snow or ice just rain its 40 degrees so not freezing completely ruined my Christmas unless I can get off work early and drive the hour to get there hopefully before they close 😓
