Huge, and their units are clean meaning the sheet metal dividers are cut and welded OK.They only have 1 bathroom located at the front, but I mean, they have a bathroom so thats awesome. Someone keeps stealing the lightbulbs, but they leave 1 so thats nice.

Came here to rent a U-Haul truck, the agents were very knowledgeable and friendly. They have very fair prices for their truck rentals.

Five months ago we stopped in at Broadmore Storage to ask about facility. The Manager took the time to explain their rental property and how easy it would be to get started. We went back to a different state and collected our property and came back to Broadmore. Completing the process was easy and the staff are very friendly and professional. So glad we selected them to store our property.

I have had such a positive experience at Broadmoor Storage. They make everything so easy, and the staff is kind and helpful. I came by on a snowy day, and they were great about helping me when the weather conditions were less than ideal! I feel like my stuff is safe here because they make security a top priority. I highly recommend this business!

I loath this place. When I signed up they got my contract wrong and had to do it again. They use to have a kiosk in the entryway to pay your bill but they have since removed that. When. They have raised the rental rate three times in a little over a year, increasing it by around 35 to 40%. Almost every time I go to the lobby area during work hours the door is locked and they are not there. Service and price comparatively are terrible here, but the place is clean and appears well secured- though they have had issues with people breaking in to their rental van parked outside. Honestly the frequent price increases just make it difficult to justify the expense; if you must have a storage unit then shop around the area, there are a couple others close by.

Friendly front desk Office Manager Aaron. He is absolutely the best. He helped me through a very stressful time moving my mother. With his exceptional knowledge of size of storages based on my needs was so helpful. I highly recommend Broadmoor Storage, ask for Aaron. He is truly the best!!

The office staff are friendly and funny. They are fast and efficient and very helpful. They were willing to work with me with some special requests. They present themselves as professionally while at the same time making sure that your needs are being met. Jackie and Aaron are always a pleasure to talk to.

Fairly reasonable prices, friendly staff, and very secure premises. The hours are great and they also provide carts for you to use which has been a life saver when moving items from my car to my unit. They offer many sizes of units, and I got the smallest one as I basically just needed another closet to store some minor things (a table, luggage, uniforms, computer components and boxes). Everything is very accessible.

Just moved in. The 2 experiences with the front desk has been awesome. The 2 ladies very nice, extremely helpful. New facility the units are nice but the sizes are off. Its not measured by inside the unit. Its from the outside door to the inside back wall.

Was in and out of here fast. Kayla at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rates were decent. The units were very nice. The whole process was very fast and simple.

Quality storage unit..... little disappointed in the rate increase but overall this facility and staff are awesome.

They answered their phone, they were accessible in the office and able to process the paperwork and get us in a unit without hesitation. Hands down the best experience.

Little disappointed that I have not been able to move my trailer back here yet,they were going through a remodel so we needed to move to a location that is very inconvenient. Hopefully there remodel will end soon.

Well Ive been with him for over five years prices kept going up bit too much for my likeness now but I got everything out of there but all in all its excellent place to keep your stuff safe but youre going to pay the price people are good to you but Im glad Im out of there
