I will never go back! I have upgraded phones at this store twice in the last year. Both times they signed me up for ATT Protect Advantage (insurance) without my knowledge or consent. The first time on all 4 lines even though I only upgraded 1 phone ($40 a month), the second time on the 2 lines I upgraded ($30 a month). Both times corporate AT&T fixed it. I have not had this problem at other AT&T stores or with AT&T itself, there is something wrong with this particular store. I assume there is some kind of incentive for them to do this, but it needs to stop.
Had a snafu here, AT&T corporate made it right. The staff here did do their best to get me squared away.I bought a new iPhone 12 and went here for setup, to update my number and process my trade. Rep sent me home with the phone incompletely set up, told me to set it next to the old phone so the info would keep transferring over the next week or so. Sounded odd but ok. This didn’t work, went back to the store a week later where he completed setup. Great! Rep stated trade in envelope was on the way. Waited a couple weeks, called AT&T, they said keep waiting, it takes 10 business days for them to mail you the shipping label... Waited more. Called again, they said this rep didn’t process the trade, and said go back to the store. Went back, he says you’re outside the 30 days, can’t help you. Also, we’re not a corporate store, can’t even physically accept the return. They sent me to the Kennewick store.Kennewick (corporate) store physically accepted the phone which this pasco store refused to do.This was bad on the pasco store for not getting the trade properly set up, but also bad on AT&T to advertise one price (700) to induce renewing a contract on the promise of a trade, then place artificial administrative hoops to push you outside 30 days. 10 business days to send you a shipping label? Seriously? Why not print it out in the store? To push you outside 30 days so they can not honor the agreed amount on the trade.Everyone I dealt with including at this store was respectful and courteous. I do know I was told they couldn’t do certain things (accept my trade) that another AT&T store was able to do.In the end corporate customer service made it right.
There was no wait and the staff was helpful and a pleasure to work with and followed Covid distancing.
Got new phones for the wife and I. She was very excited. Well everything was pretty easy transferred all my music photos and contacts. Now I cant get on messenger. Went to the store and called att. No help whatsoever. Thinking we should pay off these phones and drop att. Customer service is non existent. The staff is great really I blame att for the lack there of. They want me to copy everything and restore the phone to factory. I think thats a crock after paying a grand for a device 🤔 dont you?
Was in and out in like a half hour. The girls were super cool and I was able to get exactly what I needed and quickly. They set me up with a plan and a phone and case and didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff i didnt need or want. This is my new fave location.
This store is always informative and very helpful. I had a great experience and would recommend with anyone.
Had several headaches trying to upgrade to a new phone. The employees at this store stuck to it until all the issues were resolved and I was ready to go with a working device.
The lady that helped us was nice and understanding when we got new phones. Place was clean and not to terribly busy

Helpful on first visit, but subsequent problems with them not being a real AT&T outlet. They have only limited support for AT&T so you might want to consider that
